He's Acting Weird

I didn’t expect that the ‘friend’ they were talking about was the man I saw in his pent house who I think shares a bad blood with me.

It was Blanco. He showed up out of the blue in the most awkward circumstance. He appeared to shocked to see me there, but he appeared even more shocked to see Beau, his friend, which I find really odd. I assumed that since they were shocked, he must have really rejected the idea of going to see his old friend.

I gave Blanco a sly smile as he sat next to Apollo.  As usual, he is gazing at me as if I were some strange animal.

“What a surprise to see you here, Mr. CEO.”

Beaut didn't even give him a glance. He is merely holding the rum glass, which from the way he is holding it appears to be on the verge of exploding in his hand.

Apollo poured the last of the rum, "Come on young man, loosen up. The night isn't even starting.

I tried to discern their intentions as I fixed my attention on Beau.

I asked the two, "What's wrong with him?"

They simply kept staring at me.  Apollo, who had a small grin on his face, and Lucas, who shied away from my gaze.  I groaned and chugged my rum.

I questioned, "So were you still waiting for someone or what?"

“Oh yeah, with you on the attendance, but no, the poison party starts with just the three of us,” Apollo said.

I looked at the trio. Apollo is an elderly man who exudes a spooky air, and Blanco appears to be a novice devil who has just descended from heaven. Beau, whose expression is agitated for no apparent reason

To be honest, this group is strange. How in the world did they become friends?

I grabbed the glass pitcher and sprinted away from them, saying, "Poison party? Then I'll refill the liquor for you, sir."

Since Beau completely changed the atmosphere when Apollo told him things I don't find odd in the slightest, I am aware that they are uncomfortable. I'm giving them a little extra time to make things right.

Whatever they're keeping a secret about, I'm sure to find out. Jade Lewis here. What else might they be keeping from me?

I followed Apollo's lead and went to the hallway where he had earlier entered before giving us the rum. When I walked into the hallway, the unsettling objects greeted me.

There's a smell in the house that I can't put my finger on. I noticed a pair of red and orange lights illuminating the walkways. I also noticed how heavy this house felt, perhaps as a result of how dark it is and how the lighting creates a mood throughout the entire interior.

A middle path and one on each of my sides make up the three pathways. I noticed the first one was the kitchen after giving it a closer look. There were many jars and strange liquids that I couldn't identify. I therefore assumed it to be the kitchen.

I went inside and looked for the alcohol. I searched the cabinets but only found the same things. Green, yellow, fermented roots, and other "herbal" substances? I have no idea!

I asked myself while scanning the entire room, "Where is it?"

I noticed the head of a deer or perhaps an elk on the walls. due to the fact that it is larger than a deer and has antlers. I fixed my eyes on them. It seemed so genuine.

"There is no alcohol here,"

I jumped in disbelief. I nearly dropped the pitcher. To calm myself, I cupped my chest and closed my eyes. Beaut is here. Before he closed the space between us, he came over and took the pitcher out of my hand.

I asked, pointing at the elk's head, "Are those real?

Without breaking his intent gaze on me, he nodded.

He hunts, I inquired once more.

He mumbled, "All of us." My gaze immediately shifted to him. His subsequent words were expected, but they were silent. It appears from the way he said it that he didn't mean to say that.

I laughed and said, "You hunt what? Girls?"

He rubbed his lips against mine as his eyes softened. When he showed me that simple act of affection, my head spun. I blinked my eyes and shrugged off the strange sensation.

I rolled my eyes and turned my back on him, saying, "Why did you tail me? I left the three of you so you could talk about what it is that's giving you a hard time.”

Before I walked through the other door, I performed one final sweep of the space. It's actually the kitchen this time. Red and concrete were all I could see. You'd never guess it was the kitchen at first glance. Compared to this, the first one has a kitchen-like appearance.

I located the rum bottle "here." He is looking so delicate and dodging my gaze after I gave it to him.

My head cocked. You've known them for a long time, right?

His eyes were still soft when he raised them. He nodded. I made a lip purse. I've never seen him like this before.

“You’re a frequent visitor here?” I inquired.

He lightly shook his head.

I sighed. That is why they appear surprised that you are here.

He approached me once more and buried his face against my neck. For some reason, the clingy brute is acting strange.

“Are you inebriated?” I inquired. He responded to yet another query.

“Do you detect that scent?”

My brows drew in. "What scent?"

He hasn't spoken for a while. I pushed him so I could see his face and could tell he was smitten. I laughed.

“You sound inebriated, don't you?”

He wet his lips before he shook his head again.

I chuckled and walked by him, but he grabbed my arm to stop me, saying, "Good, because I'm not even starting yet. Let's go and get our asses drunk."

My grin vanished. "Why?"

His eyes appeared to be fixed on my neck as he sighed loudly. Before closing his eyes, his jaw clenched repeatedly, as if he were struggling or something.

He murmured, "Nothing.

My smile returned. I told him, "Let's go," and I left.

The two appeared to be in better shape when I returned. I poured a glass for myself and set the rum down on the table.

I regarded them with a smirk. Beau joined me in my seat.

I raise my glass to raise a toast and say, "Why? Girls can have rum too. They are gazing at me strangely right now.

We still need to travel to my house, so don't get too wasted.

Beau piqued my interest. I smiled and placed my thumb on his lower lip.

Sure thing, little one.

While Beaut's eyes were glued to me, looking so exhausted, both of his friends cleared their throats and struck up a conversation. Haha!

And that continued for quite some time. Although I am aware that he is drinking as well, it seems that only I am becoming inebriated. They all appear fantastic, whereas I am beginning to act odd and foolish.

I whimpered, "No no no no! You cheated! I saw you.”

After chuckling, Blanco laid out his card, which indicates he had won. Poker was played. Given that I'm drunk, I believe it's not a good idea.

I pointed at Blanco's face and said, "I saw you.

He gathered the cards and extended his hand, "What? Just accept your loss, Ms. Lewis."

I sighed and pulled out my wallet. There is no money left. After digging around in the sleeves, I discovered Beau’s black card. I handed it to him without stopping to think.

I said while juggling my rum jug, "One more round."

I had it snatched away by a hand. When I saw Beau's attractive face, I was about to smack that person, but instead I smiled drunkenly and stood up to get a closer look. I put my lips close to his. I have no idea why I'm suddenly hankering after his kisses.

While we were still kissing, he said, "You're drunk. We need to go home." On the side, I picked up a fake cough.

I looked at him with a pout. I attempted to turn my back on him, but he simply grabbed me by the waist, placing me between his legs.

The cards were only arranged on the side, so I commanded, "Go Blanco!"

The black card was once more placed on the table as he shook his head. Apollo continued to chuckle and smirk.

Play with me, what?

Beau muttered to me from my side, "Baby, stop."

Why aren't your friends playing with me? "No! I came here to play with your friends."

“Jade, you won't like me punishing you,” he muttered.

When I heard his deep, brooding voice, my body immediately became cold. For some reason, I had the feeling I was under hypnosis. Both Blanco and Apollo smirked and shook their heads in agreement.

Beau said and got up, "We'll be going now, both of you.”

With him, I relaxed and went with the flow. I feel like a father dragging a child along. We were sent away by his two friends.

The only time I became aware that I was a little tipsy was as I was leaving the house because the world was beginning to spin.

Blanco questioned, "Will you come back here tomorrow?"

Apollo responded with a chuckle, "If Beaut survives tonight.”

Beaut swore at them, "Fvck off, both of you." He forced me to enter his car after opening the door.

They continued talking, but I couldn't hear them from inside. He then took the wheel so we could drive away. Lucas and Amos were waved at as I rolled down the window.

I yelled, "Bye, Blanco! Bye, Apollo! I had a great time!" Before they disappeared into my eyes, I heard them laughing.

“Okay, lady, shut the windows now.”

With a pout, I propped my head up against the open window.

He commanded, "I said close the window.

I said, "You're not the boss of me," and closed my eyes.

He said, coldly and sarcastically, "Uh-huh."

”You're acting strange, Mr. CEO,” I jokingly said. The wind is making me feel better.

When I opened them, I noticed him staring down the road. He's undoubtedly angry.

I persuaded him, "Just enjoy the moment, loosen up, it's a great night." I saw the full moon illuminating the entire field just as I was about to shut the window.

I chanted, "Oh look! The moon is so bright!" like a little kid.

He said, "Yeah, and you're giving me a hard time," but I didn't care because I positioned half of my body outside to experience the strong wind and observe the moon follow us.
