Mabel Shot Part 6
"Greg was going to make her his official partner in Sodom." She gives a weak smile, pressing her lips together. "A week before he did that, formalizing their union in front of the other advisors... Czar had to travel. At that time, I was working as a secretary in the administrative office of the butcher shop; Czar didn't allow me to get involved in Sodom."
"Is the butcher shop real? Does it really operate?" I ask, curious. "I thought it was just a front..."
"Yes, it is a front, but it’s also real." Sieta rubs her hands together and takes a deep breath. "It was just a small butcher shop that belonged to our maternal grandparents. It had been closed for years after the old folks died, but Greg reopened it and turned it into a profitable business. The massive structure inside was perfect for opening the Sodom club here in Moscow; after all, who would imagine that powerful people would be going in and out of a butcher shop, practicing fellatio?"
"No one," I reply, nodding my head in agreement, understanding her logic. "Was it her, Gaile, who said the key word?"
"No." Her head shakes negatively. "Czar rejected her. They were the first to play the game, just as he was the first to say the key word."
"It was Mr. Gregovivk who said it; he broke the bond..." I gaze down at my feet, which are more anxious, tapping hurriedly on the floor. "But what did she do to cause that, to make him reject her?"
"Gaile did the only thing my cousin would never forgive her for. I had to go to Greg’s apartment to pick up some documents for the company; I had a spare key that he gave me for when I needed to go to his apartment, and he wasn’t there." Sieta tilts her head slightly to the side and closes her eyes, scratching her neck anxiously. "Gaile was there; I didn’t know. I saw her bag on the living room couch and thought Greg had returned from his trip." She opens her eyes and looks at me. "I heard sounds coming from the kitchen and went there."
I straighten my body and keep my eyes locked on Sieta, feeling agony inside me, waiting for the end of the story.
"Gaile was fucking Kaiser, naked, on the table."
"The half-brother..." I cover my mouth, my eyes widening.
"Yes! That bitch seemed unable to be satisfied with just one Gregovivk dick." Sieta clenches her mouth in anger and takes a deep breath. "And she knew, she knew that Kaiser was a disgusting worm who did everything to pull the rug out from under Greg."
"You told him..." I see the answer in Sieta's sad eyes as I lower my fingers from my mouth.
"Yes, I told my cousin what I saw." She nods. "I couldn't let him make her his partner, not when she did the only thing she knew would hurt him... I recorded the two of them fucking in the kitchen, with her on all fours, her face pressed down on the table, with Kaiser naked, fucking her. I didn't have the courage to show it to him, not when even I was feeling sick to my stomach..."
"What do you mean?" I whisper, and I see Sieta's face show pure disgust.
"They didn’t see me; I'm small, and from where I was, there was no way they could see me, but I could see them. I saw and recorded everything they did. Kaiser is a depraved sicko who takes perversion to a nauseating level."
She steps forward and sits back down next to me, nervously running her fingers through her hair.
"What kind of nauseating things?"
"The kind where his dick was coming out of her ass, covered in shit and blood, and he was making her suck it." I feel bile rise in my throat, making me cover my mouth immediately. "Yeah, that’s exactly how I felt when I saw it, and trust me, you won't want to hear the rest of what went down in that apartment."
"Christ!" This time I’m the one who stands up, breathing heavily, trying to process everything I’ve heard.
"I told Greg that Gaile was in his apartment with Kaiser and that I saw them having sex." Sieta sighs and shrugs her shoulders. "Greg rejected her the day he returned to Moscow. She completely lost it... She couldn't accept his disdain, going after Greg at the club, standing in front of the door to his apartment, but he wasn’t living there anymore; he didn’t even go back to get the things he left there, out of so much disgust he felt for the place, knowing she fucked his half-brother inside."
"Kaiser, did he know that Mr. Gregovivk found out?"
"Oh, yes, he knew! Czar broke his face; it was quite a beating. But, in my opinion, it was still too little for that piece of trash."
"What happened to Gaile?" I recall her disappearance, which Macro had mentioned, that no one had seen her since.
"I showed the little home movie she made with Kaiser’s Hannibal Lecter; I told her that if she didn’t leave Moscow, I would turn it over to Greg, and she would be expelled from Sodom forever." My eyes widen, looking scared at Sieta. I’m not exactly sure why she is referring to Mr. Gregovivk’s half-brother as Hannibal Lecter, since the character is known for his, shall we say, abominable taste for human flesh, not for making women eat their own waste.
"Lecter was a cannibal, Sieta..." I stammer, even more terrified to see her head nodding in agreement.
"As I said, you won’t want to know what happened inside that apartment, but I can guarantee it was the most terrifying and disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life."
"Are you telling me that he ingested..."
"Why aren’t you ready yet?" The serious voice of Mr. Gregovivk behind me makes me jump and put my hands on my heart, breathing rapidly, looking at him in fear. "What happened... Why are you like this?"
I look at the large man standing in the doorway, watching me suspiciously, with a question mark on his face.
"We were talking about books; Mabel likes them a lot. I told her that the only one I read was Red Dragon, and how scary Hannibal was. I think I got carried away with the descriptions of the scenes..." Sieta stands up and pauses next to me, placing her hand on my shoulder.
Czar turns his eyes to me, as if he wants to know if what his cousin is saying is true.
"I'll be ready in ten minutes," I say softly, avoiding his gaze.
"I’ll be waiting for you downstairs." He takes a deep breath, and I can still feel his brown eyes fixed on me. "Sieta, I need to go over some things with you..."
I hear his footsteps retreating while Sieta walks to the door, and I lift my face to her, seeing her standing in the doorway, looking at me.
"Greg has never brought a woman here and has never cared for any of them the way he cares for you." She gives me a shy smile. "He and Gaile could have had a rhythm, but they didn’t have what you two have. The way he looks at you is different; his eyes come alive, full of warmth."
I stand there for a moment, looking at the open door as she leaves, feeling more confused than when I first walked into this house.
