CHAPTER 21

AMETHYST'S POV

I don't know why there's something inside me that gets annoyed so much every time that Jean gets close to Aivan.

"Because, it may ruin your strategy, Amy. Remember that you'll get a huge amount after this what they call vacation?" I spoke softly to myself now as I watched the two of them from behind the kitchen door where they were. Here at the house near the falls.

The other friends of Aivan were outside and I think they were in the falls and enjoying the water with their girls.

Except for Drake Jairus, the man with two pairs of gray eyes and then he also has two women. I think they were in the room and I already had an idea what they might be doing.

Back to this two people I'm looking at.

They sat at a long table with eight chairs. They sat side by side in front of the door. They can't see me because the door was just slightly opened that only my one eye can see them and also the door is not in the middle. Also, the table is in the middle of the kitchen.

Jean was keep trying to get close herself to Aivan while Aivan was just using his cellphone and it looked like he already wanted to literally squeeze Jean but he couldn't.

Huh? I thought this Aivan is brutal?

It was obvious from the reaction on Aivan's face that he was already so irritated.

I couldn’t hear what Jean was saying because they were a bit far away from me.

But I don't know why I'm getting so annoyed of seeing Jean's hand travel on Aivan's arm. She even once ran her finger on Aivan's face.

Aivan's jaw just tightens but he doesn't do anything! What those jaw tightening for? Is he being irritated? Or he want something more?

Why don't he kill her already? Wait, I'm being harsh at that part.

I first took my eyes off them and asked myself a question.
"Am I jealous? No! It will only ruin my strategy!" I said softly while my eyes were closed. I also didn't help it but to bite my lip due to irritation.

I opened my eyes again then I returned it to them.

"What the," I whispered softly at what I saw.

How about that? The female snake hugs Aivan as she keeps her breasts instigating to him!

It looks like the girl is trying to be cute. Come one, she just looks like--- nothing. Yeah, she's really beautiful I might say.

But why does Aivan keep ignoring this woman? Aivan didn't paying attention to this woman and just keeps using his phone.

If Aivan really wants this Jean, he should entertain her and give her what she's asking for is he wants, too. No one will stop them, tho. I just don't know why I'm feeling nervous.

I close my eyes for a moment and gasp. When I returned my eyes to them, Aivan was looking at my direction!

Oh my, I'm dead!

Did he see me?!

I immediately ran out of the house to get away from them.

It's a good thing that Jean didn't look at too earlier and she was busy flirting Aivan.

I just went to the falls to see the rest of us but I still don't want to swim.

I just sat on the boulder in front of the waterfall. The weather is not hot today and we are surrounded by big trees so the sunlight is also blocked. That's why our comrades were still able to enjoy the water even though it's three o'clock in the afternoon.

I looked down and watched my feet as I played it with the sand.

Am I jealous? No! Other than I have no rights to be jealous, why should I be jealous? Am I jealous? How can I be jealous? I shouldn’t be jealous! Nothing! I don’t feel jealous!

I don't care about that madman! That one is crazy, yes, crazy! He's insane! He's heartless!

Remember this, Amy! That guy is nothing! He's nothing but a dumb*ss! Dumb*ss and a dumb*ss!

Oh, who owns these abs?

Because, I looked up a bit and abs are the first that my eyes saw.

Oh, don't tell me.

I even looked up and that's it! It's him! The fool even grinning!

"W-what are you doing here?" What the heck. Why am I stuttering?! I must be a little cold because I don't care about him!

"Why was that?" The lunatic grinned foolishly.

"What do you mean?" I looked at him boldly in the eye.

"Your reaction. You looked pissed off." The corner of his lip rose.
Should I answer his question?

"AIVAN! WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME?!" the female snake shouted as she ran towards us.

I looked at Aivan and his smirk disappeared from his lips and was replaced by a blank reaction.

What is the relationship of this woman to Aivan?
Even this Aivan, he's complicated.

She immediately wrapped around Aivan's arm as she approached us.

"Get off me." Aivan took his hand away from hers and the woman looked at Aivan very shocked.

"Did you just?!" this woman hysterically asked Aivan.

"I don't want to entertain you. I don't want to see you here," Aivan said emotionlessly but full of authority.

"You will choose this cheap girl over me?!" She even pointed me from head to toe.

I clenched my fists because of this. I'm ready to attack this witch anytime!
What I hate the most most is that a mean person will degrade me!

"She's not cheap. But, yes I will choose her. But, actually I don't think why would I choose. You just came from nowhere," Aivan replied and shrugged.

"Don't you dare to think that you can take Aivan away from me!" She pointed me in my face.

What the freak? What's the problem of this witch?

I've been quiet here, she's being too much. If she will say something to me again, I will fight back, huh!

"You think I didn't see you behind the door?" The witch grinned that made me a little stiff here in my seat.

Oh, my the...

"Go ahead and just be jealous," she added.

"Why should I be jealous to someone like you?" I admonitively asked her while staring at her sharply.

"Because I'm way too prettier than you." The lunatic even folded her arms.

"No. You're not," I replied and let out an air.

"Yes, I am! Compare my looks and all of me to you. I look more expensive while you look so cheap!"

"No, you only look like a nothing but a pathetic attention seeker." The witch's jaw dropped a little by what I said.

I was just sneering looking at her.

"And you look like a nothing but a gold digger. You are a b*tch. Are you a wh*re?!" She even laughed in disgust.

"Doing this so that you can provide the wants and needs of your family?" Even though that seems nothing wrong, but that caught me off guard.

I don't know why I stand up from my seat and stepped away.

"Yes, b*tch go! You loser! Get out of here!" she even shouted from behind me.

I prevent the loss of even a grain of tear from my face.
I was just a few steps away when I suddenly thought that she might be the answer so that I can free from Aivan!

Right! Right!

I turned in front of them and walked back to them.
But before I could finally get close to them, suddenly three of Aivan's men were there and one of them gave Aivan a gun.

"Wait! No! Stop!" It was too late and I just startled because Aivan himself shot Jean in front of us!

My jaw just dropped at what I saw.

"She's my woman. Anyone who makes name to her, death is waving at you." Aivan pointed to me with one hand while the other was still pointed on Jean who was lying on the ground while dying because she was hit in the chest!

Aivan looked at Jean in a very dangerous way.
He's like a monster!

"You make name to my woman twice so I will shoot you twice." Aivan then shot Jean one more time and it was there that Jean totally died.

I seem to be stuck in my position because of this.
What the... What did I just witnessed?!

His gun did not make any loud noise because it had a silencer. Aivan now approached me and presented the gun to me.

"Want to shoot her, again? Just at least you can take a revenge." He asked me like it was just nothing to him.

"N-no." I shook my head.

My knees are also shaking now and it seems like in a few moments I will fall to my feet.

"Clean this mess." He handed the gun to one of his men.

"Yes, boss," they replied.

I looked at the friends of Aivan and it's seems like nothing just happened for them. They just looked at us for a moment then they went back to what they were doing.

Seriously? Is this just normal for them?

"Come with me." Aivan grabbed my wrist and I just let him take me while I'm watching the so-called clutter they were cleaning up.
