Chapter 10

"We are werewolves." He said and it earned a chuckle from us which later turned to laughter.
"If you're a werewolf I'm a vampire." Stella said.
"The sun. Arggg it burns." She mimicked been burned by the sun.
"I'm serious." He said.
An old woman barged in and gave us a weird look.
"So you guys now have girlfriends." She chuckled.
"No they aren't." Payne answered immediately the woman finished talking.

Sam cut me off " No."
The woman went upstairs.
"I've had it for today. I have to go." I said and Stella stood up with me.
"Wait!" Sam said.
"What again?" I almost yelled.
"We need you in Moondoor. We need to go back to our kingdom. We need you to come with us." It kind of looked like he was begging.
"No." I said and left. I felt pity for him but I felt he was crazy.
We went home and I got some rest.
"

I and Payne went upstairs.
"She rejected you." Payne said.
"I even begged but she refused. An alpha begged her and she refused." I said.
"Let's pack our bags we are going back home." I said authoritatively.
"No we can't. You promised the kingdom you have to bring her back and she's the only one that can save us." Payne reminded.
"I know but she doesn't want to. She acts and looks weird and she doesn't look like a wolf." I said.

"We can't go now. Maybe something is wrong with her." Payne concluded.
We took our shower and Eleanor served us dinner. We ate and slept off peacefully.


I and Stella got home. We ate,showered and went off to sleep.I couldn't take my mind off him. He said he is a werewolf and his world needs me. "What if he was saying the truth?" I asked myself.
Soon I yawned and I slept off.
I saw the vampire again as I crept under the table. He has killed my mom and dad. They were in a pool of blood. He was walking closer to me when someone held him. I heard a loud shout and I took the opportunity and ran out of the house. It was really dark. I just kept running and running till I fell and was breathless. My body was bloody and I could feel my chest rise and fall.

I was just a young girl who has a happy family until the vampire appeared and killed them. He ruined my happy family. I was just eight years old. I stood up and dusted my cloth and wanted to run away but I couldn't. The vampire already got to where I was and he was holding my wrist.
"Let me go please." I begged. I didn't want to die.
I saw a flash of light I woke up. It was Stella,she has flicked on the light in the room and I woke up immediately. "What happened?" She squatted in front of me.
"Nothing." I said and walked to the bathroom. I washed my face and saw a shadow in the bathroom,I ran out and hugged Stella.
"What's wrong? Did you have that dream again?" She enquired.
"Yes. It was really scary. It felt real." I explained. My hair was wet,I didn't know if I has poured water on it when I rinsed my hair or if it was sweat.
"Maybe we should go find that werewolf guy. Maybe he could help." She said.
"Yes. Its surprising I keep seeing my dead parents but I can't remember when that scene happened. in fact I can't remember my whole childhood." I said and sat on a chair which was facing the mirror.

"Try maybe you have super powers." Stella squeaked.
"Stop! Its not funny." I ordered.
"I'm sorry." She apologized and sat on the bed.
"I get you are looking out for me but I'm frustrated,and scared." I whispered the last word and tears began to flow down my eyes. I packed my hair with a pink band.
Stella walked up to me and hugged me. "Let's do it this way. We go to the coffee shop after class. We tell him about your issue maybe he can help." She said and we began to get ready.

I don't have much time left. I need to kidnap Zoe. That girl is becoming a pain in the neck. I was walking on the pavement when I bumped into someone.
"Watch it!" He yelled.
It was Klaus. "Klaus!" I yelled. He fidget a little.
"Who are you and how did you know my real name?" He asked.
"Its me Carlos." I said.
His eyes widened. He was shocked to his bones. "What are you doing here?" He yelled.
"To do the job myself." I answered.
"I've found Zoe,Sam and Payne." I said proudly.
"Really? Where? How?" Klaus asked lots of questions.
"They work at a coffee shop here and Zoe also goes to buy coffee. I don't think Sam knows she is his mate yet." I explained.
"Lets go to my house,we have a lot to talk about." I said and they all followed.

"We really need to take Zoe back to Moondor." Payne said and he cleaned the table.
We were on morning duty today so we had to clean the shop before we open for business. He didn't come his hair well and they all flung in different directions and his eyes were swollen,puffed and purple.
"We are getting late. I hope Moondor is okay?" I asked a rhetorical question.
"Maybe we should go and check." Payne suggested and I nodded positively in agreement.

"We will go today after shift,just to check." I said and we went on with our work.

We finished class and I packed my books in my bag as fast as I could. I bumped into Stella who was already coming to get me. We ordered and Uber and we got to the coffee shop but we couldn't find Sam and Payne. We asked around but they didn't know their whereabouts too.
"What if they've gone back to their world?" I asked.
"Or maybe it was an illusion. Maybe we were just imagining things yesterday." Stella said and I eyed her.
We went out of the shop dissappointed.
We were walking when Carlos approached us. This time he was with two other men.
"What does this guy want?" I asked.
"I think he likes you,give him a chance." Stella said.
"I don't want him,that's the problem."
He called me and I stood a taxi and the driver drove off immediately.
"Nonsense. Let's follow her to her house." Klaus said and we all did.

I and Payne had left Iowa and crossed back to our world. Unfortunately it was very peaceful. Everyone was doing their daily jobs faithfully. They soon recognized me and started bowing as I walked past. I went to my palace to rest. I ate and laid on my soft,big bed.
I heaved a sigh and slept off.
Payne ran in and said my people were outside again.
"What did they want?" I yelled.
I went to the balcony and greeted them from there.
"Where is your mate?" He asked and I eyed him.
"I've seen here but she is not ready to come. I just came back to check my kingdom as a really good king." I said and went in.
I locked the windows to prevent their loud cry and noises from disturbing my sleep.
After a while,they left and I got my peaceful sleepy. I slept for hours and woke up eventually.
I took a walk round the palace and discussed with Payne.
"I don't think we should go back to the other world." I suggested.
"You have to find your mate remember?" He said.
"Since all these while I've been okay without my mate. She isn't who we all seem she is." I said.
"Yes. Something must have happened to her. She is acting all weird." Payne said.

We followed her home and waited until night before we struck. We didn't want to waste time. Immediately the light was turned off we went in and attacked.
I turned on the light and I grabbed Zoe but Stella hit a vase on my head. Klaus handed her and she felt down in a pool of her blood.

Zoe was more strong. I grabbed her wrist and she bit me. I tried hitting her but she dodged it. The three of us decided to attack.
Klaus was about to punch her in the face when she bent down,dodging the punch and hit him in his stomatch. He touched his stomatch and grunted.
"You bastard." Matthew yelled.
He went up to her and held her by her neck. She struggled with him and I tried helping him out but she kicked me on my manhood. I fell on the floor and yelled in pains. if I was on Baltizar with my own powers she wouldn't have dared. She hit her head on Matthew jaw and he released her instantly. She was about to run away when I caught her leg. I held onto it and she struggled. She stepped on my hand by then Matthew and Klaus had regained their strength and we pouced on her. We gave her a beating of her life and she went unconscious. We has succeeded in our plans. "It was easier than I thought." I said as I breathed heavily.
