Chapter 13

We left his mansion and were on our way to Baltizar. We were slowed down by Beatrice. She is Klaus's mate. We were friends when we were little until things because sour between our kingdoms. Payne had to hold her and she was walking slowly.
It pissed me off. I didn't know what they must have done to poor Zoe. I grabbed Beatrice.
"If you don't walk fast I wont hesitate to kill you I swear." I yelled and she whimpered.

The journey became a little bit faster after my threat.
We passed bushes and many other kingdoms which we had to sneak in.
Finally,we got to Baltizar. We had to sneak in because Carlos would never let me in considering I'm here to take Zoe and werewolves and vampires enemity.
We passed a secret tunnel Klaus showed us. "How deceitful can you be?" I said. "Even Carlos is stupid to trust you." Payne added.
"What? This is my back up plan in case something happens." He defended himself.

We got in and begun our search for Zoe. "Payne stay here with Beatrice. I'll be back soon." I said when we got into the house.
"Will you be okay with him?" He asked.
"Yes. He can't do anything to me." I said and left with Klaus.
"You'll be fine Beatrice. I promise." He said and I rolled my eyes.
"Payne don't lay your finger on her." He said.
"My fingers have been on her since." Payne said sarcastically. We left them but I didn't know where to go.
"Where did you keep her?" I asked looking around the dark room.Everything was made of wood and everywhere was looking dark. Even the curtains was black.
"I don't know but let's go to the torture room." He suggested.
We tiptoed and tried avoiding the vampires that came our way.
One was in all black. He was coming our way. We open a door quickly,got in and closed it. Lucky for us,no one was in the room.
"Is the torture room that far?" I asked.
"A little bit." He said. He breathed heavily.
"Are you scared?" I smiled.
"No " He said keeping a straight face.
"Let's move." I ordered.

I woke up feeling pains all over my body." I batted my eyes twice before I opened them fully.
My hands and legs have been tied. The room was a little bit dark and creepy but had some many instrument while looked like they were used to fight in world war 2.
I saw a woman who was in all black staring at me. Her makeup was a huge turnoff. She has beads on her neck and her ear rings were made of feathers.
"Who are you?" I managed to say.
"Delilah." She whispered.
"Go tell father she is awake." She ordered a pale looking guy. He looked very handsome but he would have been more handsome if he smiled more. He was also in black.
"What am I doing here? Let me go please." I struggled with the ropes.
"Don't struggle with it. You can't leave here." She said.
"Please. Let me go. I've never done anything wrong." I begged as tears began to drop from my eyes.
She didn't answer. She closed her eyes and began to murmur.
Soon a man came. He looked really young and handsome too but angry. He as holding a glass cup
He moved closer,grabbed my wrist and cut it.I screamed as loud as I could.
He put his cup under my hand and my blood filled the cup.
He handed it to me.
"Now say,I give it you Carlos, after some Latin words."
I didn't hear because I wasn't paying attention. My hand hurts a lot.
His slap brought me back to my senses for a while before the pain in my hand came again.
"Please. Don't kill me." I begged.
"Just say the words before I kill you." He yelled.
"I don't know what to say." I said.
His eyes kept rolling. He was looking at the blood oozing out of my wrist. He licked his lips.
"Is he sick or something?" I asked myself.
He moved closer to my wrist. His Adam Apple was going up and down.
"Does he want to suck my blood?" I asked myself. I moved back a little,scared of what he'd do next.
He moved back,later he moved forward as if he was contemplating on what to do to me next.
"Torture her. She'll obey." He nodded positively and left.

"Please help me.I don't want to die please." I begged because I was losing blood.
The guy standing beside Delilah came and slapped me.
"Would you talk to our father now?" He asked.
"Yes I would. Just help me get out of her please." I begged.

We finally got to the torture room. I heard a female voice scream. I wanted to go inside but Klaus held me.
"Don't go yet. We are outnumbered." He advised.
"What if he kills her?" I asked.
"He can't kill her. He never wanted her dead. She must die by my hands." Klaus said.
"You wish." I said and we both waited.
We heard footsteps approaching so we hid at the back of a wall.
The footstep became inaudible so we assumed they were all gone.
We walked inside the torture room and we found some guards standing there. I closed the door and we launched towards them. I threw a bottle of holy water to Klaus. We sprayed holy water on them and the turned to dust.
We moved forward and found Zoe and a witch sitting in front. The other guy came forward and I and Klaus poured hold water on him.
"Bastard." we chorused.
The witch stood up and turned.
"Disgusting werewolves." She said

I was walking up to her and she disappeared.
I walked up to Zoe and loosed the rope. She had lost so much blood. I carried her bridal style and we ran out of there.
We went back to the tunnel where Payne and Beatrice were.
"Can I have Beatrice back now?" He asked but I declined.
"Let's get out of here first.
We ran out and ran as fast as we could.

" How can you let them get away." Carlos yelled at all his guard including Delilah.
"I'll still get you Zoe. I must." He clenched his teeth as he walked back to his room.

We reached Moondor and a physician was summoned. I was feeling sad as I could feel some tingling feeling in my heart.
The physicians bandaged her hand and she was put to sleep.
"We need to take her back to her world." Payne said.
"Why?" I asked.
"Police? Stella? What if Carlos comes back?" He asked.
"What if we leave her there and Carlos comes back." I asked.
"We'll stay with her. I don't think she's a werewolf I think she's human. She could have saved herself." Payne said.
"Why would the moon goddess pair me with a human?" I asked him.
