Chapter 12
He came out of the gate. He was on a blue top and a white trouser. His hair was wet.
"I have lots of them." He said proudly.
I moved closer. "The enemy that's about to destroy you is here." I said.
He laughed. "Why are you looking for me?" He asked.
"You know why" I replied.
"Stop beating round the bush son." He said.
"Son?I could be your ancestor considering how I beat your ass many times." I folded my arms.
He was furious already. I could hear how he was breathing. He was about to hit me,I held his hand.
"You still haven't learnt." I turned him and held his neck, pressing it well. Payne moved and brought out a silver knife. His guards moved closer but he used his hands to wave at them, signaling for them to move back.
"So you came prepared." He chuckled.
I added more pressure to the neck.
"Where is she?" I asked
"I don't know." He said.
I tightened my grip.
"Fine I'll take you there." He conceded.
I released him and he began to walk. His guards wanted to follow but I told them to stop.
"Tell them to stop." I said.
"Fine. You guys should wait for me,Sam can't kill me." He said and we began to walk.
It took hours until we got to one dark building.
He asked us to enter and we did,he followed suit too.
I stepped on something and I heard a sound.
A rope grabbed my leg and hand and swung me upside down. The same happened to Payne.
Klaus let out a loud laugh and clapped.
He turned on the light to illuminate the dark room. There were tables and shelves filled with knifes, wolf banes and other torturing equipments.
"We've been tricked." Payne said.
"Yes I noticed." I said sarcastically.
"I'm always one step ahead." Klaus chuckled.
"Not for long." I said as I dangled upside down.
"Then save yourself." He said and some guards came in.
"Give him the beating of his life. I don't want to recognize him when I come back." He ordered.
"Why don't you come do it yourself?" I said.
"You arrogant bastard." He said. He moved closer and punched my face. The rings he wore on each finger added to the force of the blow. Blood began to ooze from my nose.
"How you like that?" He bent down to my face level.
I spat on his face. He stood up and chuckled again. He wiped his face with the back of his hand. "Don't kill him." He ordered and left.
His guards began to beat i and Payne.I was getting tired already.
"Let me take over." Pascal said.
My eyes turned red and my veins popped out. I howled which scared the guards, they moved back a little. The ropes that was holding me cut and I changed to my wolf form.
I killed all of them and freed Payne.
"You could have done this instead of taking the beating." Payne said.
"Now I'm angry." I said and changed back to my human form. My white top was stained with blood.
I and Payne went back to Klaus's mansion we killed anyone that was on our way.
We got there and his guards were on standby.
"Do you want to do this the hard way or the easy way?" I asked as I looked at the blood on my clothes.
The moved away from the gate quickly and I walked in majestically like I owned it.
I got in and sat on the couch. The interior was looking good. The blue couch, the paintings hanging around every corner to the ceiling and the floor. Everything was high class. Klaus was drinking wine.
He didn't look shocked or surprised. His face was not holding any emotion.
He dropped the glass cup on the table. I picked it up and drank from it then I passed it to Payne who dropped it back on the table.
"Seems you are smarter than I thought." Klaus stood up.
"You mean stronger." I corrected then I stood up too.
Klaus attacked by sending a punch to me but I dodged.
"You are always like this that's why you never learn." I said.
He tried to punch me again, then we engaged in a fight.
"The last time we did this I broke your nose." I reminded him.
He tried kicking my leg but I dodged again.
"Oops. Let me show you how its done son." I said and punched him in the face.
He punched my stomach and I moved back a little, holding my stomach.
I punched him again and he tried punching me which earned me a chance. I dodged and kicked his leg. He fell
He knelt down on one knee.
"Now this is how its supposed to be." I said. Payne passed me a face towel from his pocket. I used it to clean my sweat.
Klaus stood up and changed to his wolf form.
Everyone moved back except me.
I changed to mine and we continued the fight. It was brutal. I guess he has been practicing more but I never give up.
I targeted his neck when he swung towards me. I gave him a deep bite and he changed to his human form immediately. I also changed back.
I pulled a silver knife and wolfsbane from my pocket. I had stolen it from the place he trapped us in.
"Will you tell me where she is or I'll kill you and wipe your entire clan." I threatened.
"Over my dead body." He said and he tried to struggle out of my grip.
I pierced the silver knife into his neck gently.
He screamed. His body was shaking. "I'll tell you. I'll tell you." He said.
"Where is she?" I yelled.
"She's at a vampire nest. I gave her to Carlos." He said.
"You gave her to Carlos? Why would Carlos need her?" I asked.
"I don't know." He answered sharply.
I pierced the knife in again. He screamed. His guards dare not to come near because they were all omegas and only a beta was there. They knew I could kill all of them in a jiffy.
"I don't know I swear. I'll take you there." He said. I released him and his guards moved close and helped him up. He pushed them away.
"Did you really think I'd help you?" He made that evil smirk again.
"I know you wouldn't that's why I always say I'm smarter than you." I said.
Payne brought in a woman with her hands tied together. She was in a black sleeveless dress.
"How you like my surprise?" I asked.
"Beatrice" He called.
"How did you get her? Don't lay a finger on her you bastard." He rushed to where Payne is. Payne had already grabbed her and put a knife beside her neck.
"Let's go. Now " I ordered.
"How are we going to fight vampires? They are faster so physical combat is out." Payne said.
"Holy water." I and Klaus chorused.
Klaus ordered a guard to get holy water and he did. He packed them in a bottle and put them in a cross bag which I carried.
There was nothing left for Klaus to do. I knew his Achilles heels and I used it against him.
