Chapter 18

******Payne pov*****
I and Stella were seated in the living room. it was so awkward for me. She kept on staring at me before she finally moved to sit beside me.
"Do you have a girlfriend?" She asked.
"Yes." I answered quickly even though I didn't know the meaning.
She moved away from me and it made me happy. At least she isn't clingy anymore.
"Who is she? Is she in this city?" She asked.
"Yes." I said slowly. I was irritated by her attitude.
"Why is she acting so cheaply. If she acted like this in Moondoor I would have dealt with her seriously." I said in my mind.

******Sam pov*****
Zoe and i came out of the room and I jumped to my feet immediately.
"Thank God you are here." Payne said.
"We'll be leaving now." I said and Zoe hugged me. It was warm and heartfelt.
She released the hug even though I didn't want her to release it soon. What's wrong with me.
"Bye." She said and I bopped my head and smiled.
"Can I have your number?" I asked her.
"Sure." She collected my phone and typed her number. She also saved her name.

I and Payne left and stopped a taxi. This time we already know what to do. it was easy and fun.
We barged in without knocking and met Eleanor fast asleep on the couch. Payne locked the door and we tiptoed upstairs and sat to talk.
"Does she remember now?" He asked.
"Is that how a person remember a lost memory?" I raised my brows.
"Always ready to pick a fight." He commented.
I went into the bathroom and locked the door.
He knocked. "You could have given me the full gist."
"Wait till I'm done." I said.
I got into the bathroom and took off my clothes. Can't believe I'm blushing because of Zoe. The girl I told Payne I disliked.
An alpha blushing. What nonsense!
I ignored my feelings began to shower but my conversation with Zoe kept popping up.
How she forgot her childhood,she doesn't even remember her parents. "Does Klaus or Carlos have anything to do with this?" I asked myself.
"Why did they kidnap her? Why was Carlos keeping her?" Those questions began to flood my mind.
"Is it because of the prophecy? Is the prophecy beginning to manifest now?" I asked myself as If there was someone in the bathroom who would provide answers.

I finished and dried my body with the towel. I wrapped the towel round my waist and came out of the bathroom.
Payne was fast asleep on the bed. My bed.
I wanted to wake him up but I just stopped.
Her has been such a nice person to me and I've been such an asshole,trying to keep up with the alpha thingy. He followed me here, to an unknown world. He has been more than just a friend to me,he is more or less like a brother. I changed my clothes into my pyjamas and sat on the chair in the room. Payne was still fast asleep. On a second thought,I stood up and kicked him. He was startled.
"Why do that?" He asked as he rubbed his sleepy eyes.
"Get off my bed." I yelled and pushed him away.
I jumped on the bed and closed my eyes.
"So much for your so called brother." My subconscious added and I chuckled.

*******In Baltizar********
I was seated on a chair in my living room.
"Would I have to go back to their world again?" I asked Delilah.
"Yes father. You have to." She said sharply.
"Well. You have to put me back into that boy." I ordered.
"You can't use him anymore." She informed.
"Why?" I hit my hand on the handle of the chair I was seated causing her to shiver.
"The boy is already dead." She announced.
"Oh!" I exclaimed.

"Yes father but I'll need some ingredients so I have to go now." She shivered.
"Fine. Just get it quick. I have to go back and this time I have a plan." I smiled.

I called two of my trusted guards.
"I need you guys to go to the other world and get me an handsome boy. Five hours tops." I ordered.
"Why don't we just use one guy from the kingdom." One of them suggested.
"We can't use our own." I yelled and stabbed him with a knife and he turned into dust immediately.
"Never question my orders." I said and I smiled mischievously.
"Over to you Trevor. Five hours." I said and sat on my chair.
He bowed on left.

*******Trevor*******
I got to the border binding I and Moondor.
I checked the Map father had given to me when I embarked on this journey. I followed it thoroughly and diligently as I had a time limit. I got to the border of Moondor. The last and the end of all kingdoms. I touched the empty space in front of me and said the magic word.
I appeared in another world entirely and I screamed scaring away everyone.
"Thank God it was already dark in their world." I touched my chest. I looked around to admire the beautiful world I just landed in but there was no time to take a little tour.

I just kept walking looking for a better place to execute my plan.
I got to a place where a guy was holding a ball. He was seated and looking at the empty space in front of him.

I walked up to him and before he could react I knocked him out with a punch.
I carried him and went back into my own world.
I hurried and walked as fast as my kegs could take me. I got to Baltizar after running as fast and my vampire legs could go.

I got to our mansion and Deliliah and my father was already waiting.
I walked in waiting for him to praise him for a job well done but reverse was the case.
"Thought a car ran you over." He said sipping from his cup.
I would have taken an offense or felt bad only if I knew what a car was but I know he wasn't pleased because he didn't praise me.

"Get to work Deliliah." He ordered and I just stood there.
"You can leave now." He commanded and I left.

******In Baltizar******
Delilah started her chanting and was mumbling unknown words. This time it was shorter than the first time.
I felt like I was inside something again. Like a vessel.
"Remember you have just 15 days." She reminded and I left.

I crossed back to the other world "Iowa" I ransacked his brain and learned more about him. His name is Anderson Miller,25 years old college student,popular basketball player in college.
I went straight to his hostel and blended in. All his room mates were fast asleep and I just went to sleep,smiling at the huge plans I have for Zoe. Even Sam cannot stop me now. I'll destroy the whole world. I'm taking over.
I chuckled and slept off which was really annoying for me. Humans sleep but a vampire sleeping at night. It can never be comfortable. I wish Delilah programmed him not to sleep at night.
