Chapter 23

I jumped off the bed and ran downstairs.
She hugged me immediately she saw me and the devil Stella just folded her arms watching like an eagle searching for food.

I hugged her back. I couldn't resist. She smelled like roses and I felt her soft breast against my chest. I tightened my grip.
"Pervert alert." My subconscious added.
I released her and she searched for the injury on my face.
"Where's it? I thought you were injured?" She scanned my face.
"No,I wasn't. it was his blood." I laughed nervously.
She took my hand into her and made me follow her upstairs.
"Why did you hit Anderson?" She asked me.
"He was stalking you. He has been waiting outside your house for a while that's why I went to challenge him and it didn't turn out well." I informed.

"He came to return my necklace." She announced.
"He hugged you and he said I love you." The words dropped out of my mouth before I could even realized.
"So you were jealous?" My words seems to appease her.
"Who's jealous. I'm just stating the obvious " I defended myself.
"I think you are. Well now you know who he is and why he came. You don't need to be worried.
" I am because I don't trust him." I folded my arms.
"We attended the same high school. We are just friends." She explained.
The door swung open and Payne and Stella came crashing on the floor.
They were eaves dropping. "She told you he is her friend,why stress the issue?" Stella glared at me. I was already used to her glaring and yelling.
"Its none of your business." Payne defended.
"Can we go now?" Stella asked.
"No. I'm still talking to Sam." Zoe said.
"No. I don't like Sam. He's egoistic and annoying. I prefer Anderson." She yelled again.
She grabbed Zoe's hand and began to drag her out of the room. Zoe's head hit the wall in the process. She pushed Stella away and held her head. I and Payne rushed to where they were.
"Are you okay? Is it back?" Stella asked but Zoe didn't answer,she just held her head
"Zoe are you okay?" I held her hand.
She kept turning and twisting in pain. "Zoe calm down. Just calm down." I yelled,I didn't know what to do or say.
I carried her and lay her on the bed.

Stella grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the room. I was trying to release myself but I hit my head on the wall.
My heart hurts and it was banging.
I held my head hoping the pain would go but it didn't.
images began to appear but I didn't understand.
First it was a little girl sitting on a dinning table with a man and a woman. I guessed they are her parents.
Second the house became dark and something fast past the young girls face. I could feel it this time.
Its the same as the dreams I used to have but this time i felt it. The pain and the agony.
Sam laid me on the bed but I wasn't comfortable. I kept rolling on the bed.
I heard the claws slashing through the body of the man and the woman and blood was everywhere.
I was already crying and screaming. "Make it go. Make it go please." I yelled.

"Sam do something please." I heard Stella's voice.
An old scary man walked up to the young girl. He looked really scary and she screamed. I screamed also.
"What should I do?" i heard Sam ask Payne and Stella.
The girl ran and hit under a table. She saw her dad lying on the floor dead but her mother was still moving. Her mother signaled her to come towards her.
The little girl did and he mother instructed her.
"GI upstairs to my room. Open the drawer,you'll see a blue potion. Drink it and run."
The little girl ran upstairs and did exactly the same thing her mother had instructed.
She ran outside the house and the old scary man attacked her again.
I flinched in reality and I felt Sam's body against mine. He cuddled and I was hearing some whispers.
"Its okay Zoe. Calm down."
The little girl screamed and the old man changed into a young handsome man. His fangs came out and his claws showed.
He tried touching her but the girl was untouchable. It was like they were in a parallel universe. The little girl noticed this and ran away until she herd a whooshing sound and she was in another place entirely. Where she knew nobody or understood the world.
The hallucinations were over and my head stopped hurting a little.

I opened my eyes and tried explaining to Sam but he shut me up.
"You need rest." He said.
"I have to tell you what I saw. It was very scary." I cried.
No matter how many time I dream about this,I never felt it like I did today. It was scary,it was like I was there and it happened to me.
"Just sleep okay." Sam said. "You guys can leave now." He told Payne and Stella and I heard the door close.
My eyes were shut and I held onto Sam like my life depended on it.

Her kept whispering words like "You'll be fine,I'm here,just sleep,nothing will happen to you." Which were pleasant to my ear.

I really wanted to tell him what I saw. I opened my eyes because the old creepy man face kept appearing.
I opened my eyes and my eyes met with Sam's.
"You should sleep." He said
"I don't want to. I don't want to." I cried.
He cleaned my tears with his hands.
"I'm here and nothing can happen to you." He assured me but I really wanted to talk to him. This assurance was not doing anything.
"Sam I'm scared." I was shivering at this point.
"I'm here." He came closer and I could feel his breath on my lips.
He was already very close to me. Not only was I scared I was shy too.
His lips were centimeters away from mine.
I felt something pushing me closer to him. It was his hand. His hand was wrapped around my waist so he launched me closer to him.
Our lips met and I closed my eyes. He kissed me and I just stayed still. I didn't return the kiss.
The old man's image didn't appear. He released my lips from the kiss since I didn't kiss him back.
"I'm sorry " He apologized.
"Its okay."
"Don't leave me okay."
"I promise, I won't." I felt him stretch and I felt the sheet covering me.
I hugged him tightly and I didn't even know when I slept off.
