Chapter 76: Take Off Your Panties
ELLIE
After a bit more tension and pleasantries, we headed to the dining table. Initially, it felt strange to see my parents talking with Ethan, bringing up my past and sharing embarrassing stories from my teenage years. It was equally strange hearing Ethan speak about his life.
I realized there were many things I still didn’t know about him, and what I did know seemed to be only what I’d heard from others. That made me a bit anxious about what the future had in store for us.
When we finished dinner, we returned to the living room. My parents were all too happy to come up with an excuse to leave us alone, going for a walk on the beach. Did they think they were being subtle?
“You have a beautiful view of the ocean. It must’ve been amazing growing up here,” Ethan said, admiring the view from the large French windows in the living room.
We were both sitting on the white couch. I reflected on my childhood memories—all of them happy.
“Yeah. I was really lucky.”
“They were luckier, ‘golden girl,’” he said with a teasing smile.
Of course, he wasn’t going to let that go. I reached for the cushion behind me and threw it at him. He caught it, still smirking mischievously.
“Idiot!”
“I wonder if they know what their golden girl’s been up to.”
“What have I been up to?” I raised an eyebrow.
“Should I start with this…” He gestured to what was between us. “Or the time you fucked your best friend’s brother? I just realized Jason was a lot older than you. How old were you? Seventeen?”
“Oh God! I thought you’d forgotten about that.”
"That information really ruined your good-girl act."
“What are you talking about?”
“That superior air of yours... It made me want to put you on your knees the first time I saw you.”
“You really are a pervert. But you don’t need to be jealous,” I teased with a smile. “It only happened because we were drunk. And if I remember correctly, I was of legal age.”
He stayed quiet, his eyes slowly scanning my body, making my skin heat up, and my breath grow heavy.
Moving closer, he placed his hands on my legs, which were crossed over each other.
“I love it when you wear dresses.” His voice was deeper, more intense, as his fingers trailed upward.
“Should I ask why?”
“Why?” Grabbing my knees, his gaze locked between my legs, making my heart race. “The question is… why are you wearing anything underneath?”
“I should remind you we’re in my parents’ house.” I reached for his face, capturing his gaze. “So, whatever you were thinking, we’re not doing it here.”
He had that look—the one that could instantly make my panties soaked. A wicked smile spread across his face before he grabbed my thighs and pulled my legs apart, positioning himself between them, forcing me to lie back on the couch.
Then, he leaned over me, propping one arm next to my head.
“No,” I warned.
“What? Is the golden girl afraid of getting caught by her parents?” His fingers slid up the inside of my thigh, stopping dangerously close to my panties, making my skin pulse with desire. “What would they say if they saw me fucking you right here?”
"No way," I said breathlessly, feeling my reason slipping away.
“I want to lift this dress and fuck you hard from behind.”
Oh my God.
“Not here. I don’t want my dad having a heart attack because of me.”
"As far as I remember, you didn’t resist this much the last time we did something like this."
“Let’s go to my room.” I pushed his hand away from my legs.
Well, maybe my room was a bit ridiculous, and I didn’t want to give him more reasons to tease me.
“You know what... the guest room seems more appropriate.”
He raised an eyebrow, confused.
“Why?”
“It doesn’t matter.”
“Ellie.”
I sighed.
“It’s a teenage room, okay? I don’t need to give you more reasons to mock me—my parents already did enough.”
“So, your parents kept your room the same, even after ten years?”
“Yeah. Maybe it’s better if we go to your hotel.”
“No way. I want to see it.”
“What? No!”
“I’m not leaving without seeing it.” He stood up. “Let’s go.”
“Why do you have to be such a jerk?” I sat up again.
“I won’t laugh, I promise. Maybe my parents did the same.”
“Really?”
“Yeah. Now show me.”
I nodded, giving in. I got up, leaving my shoes behind, and led him through the house. He stayed silent when we entered my room. I waited for a joke, but nothing came as he looked around.
“Well?” I asked, unable to hold it in any longer.
“I guess I expected something more pink, with stuffed animals.” He moved closer to my bookshelf, examining a few spines. “Jane Austen, Montgomery… I didn’t know you were a fan of romance, Brown.”
“It’s what’s left for some women when reality tends to be so disappointing.”
“Should I be offended?”
“I haven’t known you long enough to answer that.”
He nodded before turning to face me. His lips curled into a slight smile as he noticed the wall behind me.
“Nice posters. You’re into classic rock? You’re full of surprises, Brown.”
I shrugged.
“Should I be worried about your obsession with the lead singer of Guns N’ Roses?”
“Enough.”
“If it weren’t for the romances, anyone would think this was a boy’s room.”
“That’s your conclusion?”
“No. My conclusion is that you’re a nerd with great taste in music.” He stepped forward, closing the distance between us.“Fuck... your scent is so strong here, it’s driving me crazy.” He closed his eyes, inhaling deeply, and when he opened them again, they were filled with that wild darkness.
“Take off your panties,” he demanded.
