"Haven't you heard?" A woman who dressed in a long black dress that hugs her body and a fitted gloves that reaches to her elbow.

And every time she walks there was smoke flowing at the hem of her dress. Her name is Esmeralda, the mistress of doom. A long smoking cigarette is stuck to her fingers and together with her is an animal dog with four heads in a body.



"I heard," a husky voice answered and a small smile creeps in his thin lips.

She puffed a smoke and pull a chair for her to sit. A small laugh escape from her lips and puff a smoke again.

"Rumors spreads like fire. Imagine that bitch really had put this kind of spell for the birthmark. How witty she is," she said and throw her cigarette and her dogs snap out of it.

"Call her again that and your neck will be snap by your dogs," he sternly said every words that came out from his mouth. Esmeralda stiffened from what she had heard and somehow she is afraid of him but she covers it with a smile and just laugh about it. But somehow she was hurt but that doesn't fit into her vocabulary. Hurt is not her word and she is the mistress of the doom and she had it all what a woman wants and even desires.

"Very defensive. Anyways your daughter is somehow got found by this new devil of ours. The fallen angel whose name is Seven. And didn't yet reported to us and I wonder why," she said with a teasing tone which got his attention.

"A devil?" he asked as he turn his chair to where her direction is.

"Yes, Seven found her and it's been a day and until now he had not reported it yet. And from what I should be expecting is that he should because of the great prize ahead. Being a mortal again is a foolish thing to do but it seems like bunch of foolish devils wanted it so badly. Having a mortal life and having no job but you have what you desire is the best grand prize. No wonder aye? But this one is different and I conclude and if I am not mistaken he is the guy form her past. The past of your daughter. He is Knight," she said and that makes him put into a deep thought.

"Now you are thinking," she teased and sway her fingers in the air. "Knight is Antarteces master way back before. She serves him and witnessed that the man she had loved is in love with someone else and that would be Ysabelle another picture, the daughter of Eris. The one that your woman got linked into. Oh, how I hate your stinky romance. Melecient was just too crazy for him. Head over heels if you might say but she is treacherous. She had planned everything though. She tried to avert the attention of the gods to Hades and Ysabelle because of her, Antarteces," she said and she saw how his fist clench and a smoke of fire heat up from his fist. It was him when he is mad.

Still he is silent and that makes Esmeralda talked again.

"And maybe yesterday or even as of today Eris is on his way to talked to this fallen angel, Seven. And his memories will turn back. Erasing of memories of a subject is not a great idea to move for it will held the subject in grudge and vengeance. Still this devil is still unknown to me. I can't find his background and even in angel's realm is no data of him. I don't know if it is hidden but it is not important for us in registering a subject. But I will find a way. There is no secret that can't be kept forever especially if I am the one who will be finding it," she said and clap her hands like a child and her dogs stuck out of their tongues and their saliva was licking out.

"Eris," he whispered but enough for her to hear it.

And from that action Esmeralda was moved and hurt. Until today she can see that he had really loved that woman.

'But why? How? Is she lovely? I am more lovelier. Is she have the body? But I am more luscious and every men wanted me. Is she pretty? But I am much prettier than her. I have more than her and I can give happiness to a man that can ever wish for. I can be anything that he likes.'

"Are you still into her?" she asked even though it cut her throat to ask those words. Her heart winced in pain and she can feel the hot liquid forming into the lid of her eyes.

A moment of silence took them and Esmeralda can't take the silence so she broke it. She doesn't want to accept the saying of silenced means yes. Probably he is really in a deep thought.

"Okay you don't really need to answer that lame question of mine. Instead we focus on this situation that we are going to welcome. Any time soon the angels realm and our realm will have this battle and that would be a history. We should expect great things that will come ahead right? And I am sure we will get what is yours. We will get your Antarteces. She will be here and reign what is right for her. And of course I will be her guide," she said and he stands from his seat and look at her like an unknown person. It is like telling her to know her place which makes her understand that look but she ignored it. She doesn't want to be feel that way.

"I'm not obligated to tell you everything, Esmeralda," he said and turn his back on her. Gestured her to get out and with a heavy heart she composed herself like she was not felt ashamed but she have to regain her composure.

"You still don't change, Asmodeus."

"It's a fool thing to say but I do have my eyes on you from the start."
