SEVEN

Even today every time that I stay here in the underworld and as my eyes landed into that butterfly image that everyone is searching for I can't help but to feel pain. It hits different and I don't even understand why. Maybe for me I pity that girl on whoever will be the devil she will encounter in the future. But I don't understand why. Is this a normal feeling? Honestly I don't know anymore. From day one of me staying in here dreams and strange feelings are the things that I always encounter in my daily routine.



"Hey" I was startled when someone tap my shoulder and I learned that it was the twins. These two were the first one that I have known since the first day. They are quite charismatic so it is no surprise for me if they also belong to the top ten of one of the most signed clients.



"Hey," I called back and Spades was looking at me intently like he was searching for something. While Ace is all teeth at smiling at me. Look at this two they look like something bad is going to happen whenever they are near.



"Seems like you have not participated this challenge? And I am doubt why? Haven't you ever thought of being a mortal again? Do you not wanted it?" Spades asked and I sighed.



I don't know this two suddenly get interested in me while the last time that I know is they love talking about themselves.



"As quite as I see, this case is difficult. For me it is tiring to search for this girl. So I'd rather focus on collecting and searching for clients because as you know I am quite new in this business. And unlike the two of you, you have reach the peak of having all of what you desires of being one of the devils," I stated and it seems like Spades is convinced in what I have said. While Ace just sighed and shrug his shoulders.





"See, what did I told you?" Ace said as he glance at Spades who is still looking at me but blink his eyes and look at his twin. Spades rolled his eyes on him and sigh.





"Okay, we don't do apologizing here in this place and before you thought about it I am just asking you because maybe you are just a spy in here. I mean that would be ridiculous but you know me I like searching for clues," Spades said which makes his twin chuckled.



"Like a lunatic psychopath. It's no new if whoever will heard of it besides you are a devil," Ace chuckled as he said those words to him and also I can't help but to join him making us three laugh.



And then I realize I haven't laugh in my entire being. Or maybe I just forgot when but I am sure I haven't laugh in my entire being. It was beautiful and soothing even though I have just experience it now in my devil place. It was funny though that I have experience a delight when I am already in the dark way. I wasn't expecting it to be in this way.



It seems like Ace have notice it so he began to talk to me. " I have heard that you are a fallen angel. I didn't ask you this before from the first place but here it goes. Why? What happened?" he asked and Spades spat him at the back of his head.



"It is non of our damn business in asking that, Ace. Know your place," Spades asked and I saw Ace glared at him and rub the back of his head. "But yes, Ac, is right. Why? How did it happened? Would you care to tell us? We promise to you that it will a damn confidential thing just the three of us," he said which cause him a spat at the back of his head too, it was because of Ace.



"Thick face," Ace spat and before I can speak they began to fight and that was my cue to get out from the two of them.





I watch them fight and sighed. Took a step back and walk away from them. I want to get a coffee or any refreshments.



As I was walking out of the devils realm my heart beat was beating in an uncertain way. I don't know if it is because of the crowd, maybe I am nervous or something would happen. I don't know.



FLASHBACK

"You are now sentenced to death Angel Seven and we have decided to send you into your end, the realm of the devils. Blessed you, now sleep."



Those were the last words that I have heard before I see myself dressed in a black suit, I was all in black and I even have a weird hat. I was sentenced to death huh, how ironic are those sentences that they had told me.



It is like I am living in a fantasy book. Like in heaven I was all dressed in white, suit in white and in hell where devils are you are dressed in black. What is this? A kind of manga novels for young readers? And I even have a weird hat. Is this even necessary to wear? I frowned as I look at the hat that I am holding. It looks silly but as to what the head told me it will be useful for us. It will makes us however invisible into the naked eye of the people if we wish to. But for me, what for? And I also notice myself, I act like a nasty one now. Why am I so stubborn? I am not like this before I was up there.

I look up and saw nothing, only dark hole that looks like infinity because you can't see the limit of it, the reach of it.



I was startled when someone speak behind me which cause me to glance who it is. But as I look at him, it became familiar. He was also an angel , I saw him before. He was a senior of mine but as I saw him that was then he was sending also here. Well, here I am now maybe I am done talking to him huh, yeah right.



"Maybe you are here because you broke a rule right? Up there, there are lot of rules. Lot of words to obey but down here is different. Way too much different here my child," he grinned as he look up and I was in thought of why he was here. What did he done? What did he do to make it here? He was the best angel but then in the end he made a great sin. He was the most outstanding one in the realm of angels and everyone adores him and the includes me way back then. But in a sin he was immediately executed and send him here. I wonder how much hated he got in his heart even though he is an angel but in his situation right now being in the devil's realm he is allowed to have grief in his heart right?











That is all that I have remembered for now.
