Where is my mate?

I found myself pacing back and forth, I just couldn't keep calm, the lingering thought of how it all happened, and what Raph told me, was already making me restless, I wanted to be sure that Emily was safe, I hate the fact, Richard had to return in such a critical situation, I just wanted to be happy for once, I just want to forget about the situation of life and be happy for once in my life, I took a deep breath..
then that's when I heard a very loud scream coming from the background, it was in my room, I rushed inside only to see the room was disheveled, the windows was pried open, the bed shows sign of struggles, I wanted to say something, but no words were brave enough to escape my lips.
that's when I heard the loud screams echoed again, I felt like my heart was pierced my a thousand needles, I felt like it was bleeding, that's when I immediately realized that Emily was not okey, I rushed to the window, only to see a figure taking my woman, she was struggling in his grip.
I immediately jump through the window, even without thinking twice, I really want to know what was happening, i found myself taking very brisk strides towards the woods, I was scared, I don't want anything to happen to Emily.
If anything should happen to her, I'll continue blaming myself for the rest of my life, I'll continue hoping for the best, that everything will eventually go well.
" Hahaha" a loud laugh echoed in the woods, but i just couldn't find the person who was making that hysterical laughter.
"Bring back my woman" I shouted with so much dominance etched in my voice.
"Still acting alpha on me aye?" he asked, but still there was no figure around me, I kept on turning back and forth, trying to figure out who was echoing, but I couldn't find any.
" You won't be able to see me, but I'm here" the voice echoed again, not until I felt a touch on my right elbow, feeling even more angry.
" Come out like a man and let's fight like real men, I hate hide and seek games" I shouted at the thin air.
" Well that's fair, I won't argue to that" he said, before he swiftly made his way out of the place, and I noticed a man who was wearing a hoodie, covering his appearance, and he had a dagger held firmly to his hand, blood was dripping from the dagger, he then licked the dagger, making my heart churned, because I Inhaled the strong stench of blood, trying to understand who's the owner of the blood, it was no other but Emily's.
" Where the fuck is she? " I asked, but silence followed and a smirk was made evident on his face.
" I said tell me where the fuck is she" I asked with a panic voice, I can't keep myself calm any more, I just wished she's okey.
I channel my thoughts to her, I came to realized that she was still breathing but in severe pain, I found myself breathing so hard, and fast, I couldn't think rationally as I lunch at him with so much force.
I found myself hitting the tree trunk so hard, that i felt dizzy and my body felt so weak.
" This was my intention, your weakness is the only thing I needed, I don't need you, I need your strength through your weakness" his voice echoed, making me have the raw urge to stand and fight, but my body was already weak and my heart was beating so erratically, I wish I could remove his heart right now, my head was aching so badly.
My vision became blurry, before I succumb to the unending darkness, waiting for what I'll see when woke up.
I squint my eyes to the blaring light, the birds were chirping, the leaves were falling, the sun has already risen, that's when I came to realize that I was still in the forest, where I was yesterday, that's when the lingering thought of what happened yesterday, came seeping in, like a flash of light.
I groaned in pain, before I managed to stand up, feeling so much pain, I can't stop myself any longer, I just wanted to be out of here, I want to safe my mate.
I closed my eyes, trying to channeled my thoughts to where I can find her, I felt my body got weaker, as time goes on, the moment I tried to send her a mind link, she was not responding, she was rather quiet.
I panicked, I flicked from the thought of it, the urge to destroy anything that comes close to my mate was there, I was not thinking rationally, but I can't feel my mate, that's what made me really worried, I failed as an alpha of the pack, I failed as a man to my woman, I was feeling so restless.
I know the strength of Richard, he is the vampire, wolf and a witch, he is someone that's unstoppable, someone's that's very clever, someone that thinks before he acts.
I can't possibly go to my woman, I need a helping hand, I need poeple who will be ready to contribute with reasonable ideas on how to destroy Lord Richard.
I then rushed home, that's when I remembered that Diana was here with me and Raph has gave me the responsibility to protect his mate,I then rushed to the room, where I'll find Diana, but she was not there, the room was empty.
" Diana... Diana" I called out, but there was no response, I felt scared, I hope Richard has not taken her as well.
I was restless, I felt like something was not right, I can't stop myself any longer, But i know for the fact I'm finally going crazy, I took a deep breath, trying as much as I could to get a grip on myself, but I couldn't stop myself anymore, I just want my woman back, I don't care of I have to break the gates of hell to bring her back, I'm ready to do that.
but I won't be able survived it, if anything should happen to her, I won't, I wished that I was the one was taken, not her, because I hate to feel this way, I hate to feel like I have failed as a man.
I was about to turn around, only to feel a very tight grip around my neck " where the fuck is my woman, where did you keep her, please tell me, where is my woman... please" Raph shouted, he was already feeling vulnerable, I have never seen this side of him, I bet the pain of losing the one you love is unbearable, is inseperable.
" Lord Richard has..."
" where the fuck did you leave her, for Lord Richard to have taken her, please tell me where, please" he begged, Almost like he was the only one feeling the pain, I know how it feels to lose the one that matters most to you.
" my mate was also taken Raph, you need to get your shits together and let's work things out" I said to him, shaking him violently.
" it's better you, that you can feel your mate, you can feel her pulse moving, you can feel that she's fucking alive, but I can't feel that Rowland, I can't seem to get her out of my mind, the thought of her being killed, still lingers in my memory" he said , I only shook him, trying to make him get a grip on himself.
" you think I can feel her as well? do you think, I can still send her any mind link like I use to? do you?" I asked evidently enraged, I hate the fact he is not getting his shits together, he is letting his emotions get over his rationality.
" we need to stop acting emotional and let's start thinking, what the fuck are we suppose to do to safe the ones we love" I said almost yelling, he took a deep breath, before nodding his head.
" you are right but..I can't concentrate, because I feel like I'm going to lose myself if anything should happen to her, I won't be able to forgive myself " he said.
" I know that feeling Raph, I know how it fucking feels, but you have to get your shits together, so we would be able to achieve our aims, If not, we would lose our mates " I tried to reason, he nods his head, before he sat down.
"then how the fuck did you expect us to overcome, Richard, the man who has always been undefeatable " he asked me, while looking Intently at me .
" I don't fucking know, I don't even fucking know where the fuck we will get him, he seems untraceable, but I know we would work things out" I said to him, he immediately stood up as he stared at me.
" tell me, how the fuck are going to work things out, when we don't even know where the fuck he is" he asked.
" I'm here" the voice of lord Richard echoed, as we both turned to see who he was.
