I took a deep breath, waiting for what Seb has to say, But he said nothing, he was rather staring at me with an expression that shows, that something might have went wrong.
"what's the matter?" I asked him, he took a deep breath, before he came closer.
"it's Rowland, he's bleeding profusely, I don't know what might have happened"
after hearing those words, I dashed out of the room, heading straight towards where I might eventually find him, but he was not there, so we decided to head to the packs clinic, where we are sure we might find him.
when we were there, I noticed him trying his best to keep calm, he was having that expression that shows he was in so much pain, I held firmly to his hand, trying as much as I could to calm him down.
"you need to calm down Rowland, take steady breaths, and calm down" I tried to console him, but his eyes was shut, but he was still fighting, Almost like he was having a mind battle, I tried as much as I could to stop him from doing anything foolish, that's when I noticed him, almost like he was looking for something, then his hand touched the needle that was close to him, before he gesture it towards his chest.
I struggled to take the needle from him, but he was too strong, he has always been stronger than me, so the only way I could actually do this, was when I think I should call Emily, she's the only one who can calm him down, it was almost like he was dieing, and I don't want anything to happen to him, I want us to fight this together.
" please Rowland, just try to get your shits together" I said, but it was like he was not listening, because I noticed him shook himself even more violently, he was not giving up, he was being so relentless, at that moment, I tried as much as I could to stop myself from shouting at him, I just want him to calm down, but I know he must me experiencing an immense battle.
" Diana" I called, she immediately came closer to me, panic was etched at her face, it was evident enough that she was feeling scared as well, especially when she noticed the situation of Rowland, she then looked at me waiting for me to tell her what to do.
" I'll like you to run, and look for Emily In the Witch coven, and try to convince her to come here" I commanded, even though I know I'm risking both her life and that of my unborn child, I just can't help it, because I want Rowland to survive by all means.
"Aiden, please go with her" I commanded, at this moment I'm confused, I hate to see Rowland in this state, I have some bickering questions in my head, I can't help but wonder what he could have possibly done to result to this, I then held his hand so firmly, before I took a deep breath, then I started.
"Rowland... Rowland" I called out gently, he didn't say a word, rather he kept quiet, still struggling, I was already frustrated, I wanted him to calm down and get his shits together.
"Rowland.... Rowland, please give me a sign that you are here with me" I tried for fucking hard, because I'm already panicking, the thought of losing Rowland at this moment, was already making me at the edge.
" please answer me Rowland" I tried further, that's when I noticed him creased his brows, his jawline dropped, before he let out a growl of pain.
" please don't do this please" get started begging, almost like he was looking so vulnerable at the moment.
" Rowland I know you are can do this, just fight" I encouraged further, even though I was not sure if he was fighting any mind battle or not.
"Raph... where are you " he said in panic, his eyes was still closed, I wonder how he was hearing me while his eyes was closed.
" you need to fight Rowland, remember you are the alpha of this pack, and alphas don't give up, they are always ready to fight " this is me trying to boost his morale to do this, but it was Almost like he was not buying it, especially when he continued groaning in pain.
" I can't do this Raph, I'm weak, I think he's going to kill me, no matter how I try I think he's going to kill me "he continued sounding so weak and vulnerable, I had the raw urge to do anything, In other for him to open his eyes.
" please you need to open your eyes, just try And open your eyes" I tried to encourage, I noticed his trying to open his eyes, but it was like they were tightly shut.
I really got confused on how to go about the situation, I don't know what else to do, to make him understand that he just have to do, what he was told.
that's when I Heard the sound of the door, being pried open, I then noticed Emily, she was clutching her dress, she was looking so dirty and malnourished, that's when I came to the realization that she must had experienced worse, when she was the captive of lord Richard.
"please stop him, Raph help me, Because I'm dieing" he pleaded vehemently, that's when I came to realize the situation was more critical than I anticipated, because is a high Chance of me not getting what I Wanted, which was to get him out of this shit hole.
then the door was barged open, I then noticed that Emily was crying while firmly holding her skirt, which clearly shows that she was in a panic state.
I then let her come close to Rowland, because I know she's the only one has the power to make him Calm down.
she took a deep breath, before she held his hand so firmly, it was like just her touch alone was doing wonders to him, because after sometime, I then noticed that he has stooped shaking violently, he was no longer shaking violently,but His eyes was closed.
"oh that scent that sweet scent, please let feel you close to me" he said, while his eyes was still tightly shut, u found myself taking deeper breaths, he was trying as much as he could to keep calm, just to Inhale her scent.
"you need to calm down Rowland, anything that's happening you over there, I know you will overcome it, just continue fighting" she encouraged him, and after sometime, I noticed his expression changed, from there I noticed that he was having that bold and courageous face, making him even challenging, he face was Stern, that's when I noticed him moved his hands in a position that shows he was hellbent on achieving his aims.
I tried as much as could to keep calm, but deep within, I was happy that he was fighting, he just didn't stand there, because his mate was there to support him.
" you are doing it right" she encouraged.
after sometime, I noticed Rowland woke up While gasping for air, it was evident enough that he was still trying to get a grip on himself after the aftermath,I rushed towards him, before I held his hand..
"are you okey, I hope you are not wounded anywhere" I was even surprised at myself, I wondered when I became loving, and caring to the extent I don't want anything to happen to Rowland.
"yes... yes I'm fine, but damn, I thought I was never going to survived that shitty hole, especially his friend. Lucius, who are now great allies, I never never knew that Lucius will end up being so strong, and much worse he was a monster.
" please let's stop talking about that " he Said, it is was evident enough that he doesn't want to remember about those horrifying scenes, I placed my hand on his shoulder, while patting him.
"I'll give you sometime with your mate, I don't want to overwhelm you with questions " I said to him, before I left with Diana, while leaving them behind. After we were out of the house, I then noticed that Diana was having a very gloomy expression, I wanted to ask her what was bothering her, but rather she immediately shook her head, almost like she doesn't want to tell me something.
"what's wrong Diana?" I asked, she shook her head, before she came towards me, with her face hung low, it was clear enough that she doesn't want to tell me.
"no... nothing, please Don't bother yourself, actually i just wanted to tell you, that what you did back there was very nice, I never knew that you will eventually love him like the way you do" she said, I know definitely well she's trying to migrate the topic, I then cupped her face before I made her look at me, so she will tell me what's happening.
