after I had left Emily, it was more like she was struggling, I was so enraged yet pained at the same time, because I felt like I have failed her in every way, I took a mouthful of air, trying as much to keep a calm expression, not until I noticed the old woman came close to me before she asked soothingly.
"you love her right?" she asked, I nodded, because I have never felt so much Emotions, not until I met Emily, she give me hope whenever I'm I'm about to lose hope.
I cupped her cheeks, I wondered why I got so lucky to meet a woman like her, she's just so perfect, I can't stop myself from loving her even more,I felt even more guilty especially the way she was ready to risk her life for me, and what will I possibly ask in a woman.
" she's too perfect, I don't think I even deserve her" I muffled those words, the old woman, shook her head before she said .
"don't think that way, you know you would have done better, but you have your best, and that was your limit" she tried to make me feel better, but looking at Emily was making me feel more like a failure.
" don't try to make me feel better, i know that I sucks, I can't possibly do what I did, hadn't it been I was there for her and I was ready to stand by her, I was so stupid by leaving her all by herself that day" I voice out my vulnerabilities, there was something about this old woman, that I can't help but want to appreciate her for who and what she is.
I then noticed her came closer to Emily, then she started chanting some words, before she took some herbs, she was about to pour the content in her mouth, I immediately stopped her.
"please stop first, are you certain about this drugs, because I don't really trust this drugs" I said to her, she plastered a smile on her face, before she said.
"I'm not giving her any cure or some sought, rather I'm actually testing her health"
I creased my brows, already frustrated, there was something about this woman, that I can't help but trust, I took a deep breath, trying as much to keep calm, hoping that what's bothering Emily was not that life threatening.
after she has finished her chants, I saw her gasping, fear etched at her face, it was evident enough that she found out about something that she doesn't want to tell me.
" what's the matter?" I asked, she took a deep breath, before she said.
" she...she" she said stuttering.
"she what?" I demanded already frustrated, she then took a deep breath before she said what shattered me.
"your mate was pregnant, but she was given some herbs,that led to her early miscarriage" .
when those words escape her lips, I found myself trying as much to keep calm, because at this moment I just wanted to destroy anything that comes close to me, I just want everyone to pay.
I didn't wait for her to continue before I stood up to meet the fucker that did to my woman, I have always dreamt of having a child of my own, seeing my child playing in the fields as he did he first transformation and having a complete family, but the fucker destroyed it all.

I couldn't continue my sentence, before I noticed like I was transported back in time, that's when I noticed Richard, but in this moment , it was his younger self, and young lady, she was beautiful, especially the way she will sprawl hee lips to a smile, I can't stop admiring her every features.
"let's go to the river I have a beautiful surprise to show you" the young lady said in excitement, I noticed the smile which managed to sprawled on his face..
"which surprised is that again... Dianne you know I hate surprises" Richard said, which made me took a deep breath, I tried to keep calm, because there was that familiarity attached to the name Dianne, it was Almost like that names rings a bell somewhere..
I noticed the dou, started walking hand In hard towards the river, there was that gazes that they shared, it was the same gaze I usually share with Emily, it was evident enough that this couples were in love, I couldn't stop myself from looking at scene, because Richard's gaze was very gentle and warm , unlike the wicked gaze that he always shows.
I then noticed a man who seemed to be in his thirties, he called out to Dianne.
" where are you going?" he asked inaudibly, Dianne immediately let go of Richards hand.
"uhm... actually we were going for hunting " she stuttered, she just made her lies clear .
" I know you Dianne, so don't lie to me" the man said, his voice was still gentle.
" I'm not lieing father" she tried to back up her Words..
"actually sir, she wanted to show me a surprise" Richard chimed, eventually saying the truth, I noticed the face of Dianne was already all flushed.
"uhm... I, I..." she stuttered.
then I noticed her father took steady strides towards her, before he cupped her cheeks..
"you know what Dianne, one thing I have always loved about you, is your sincerity, and I won't want anything or anyone to take that away from you... therefore whenever you want to tell me anything, just tell me, don't lie to me okay" he said, before he gave her a tight hug .
"I love you so much dad" she commented, then she took a deep breath before she continued, " for that reason I'll never lie to you again " .
"that's my girl..." he pursed, before he Stared at Richard, then he said.
" I'm now leaving you in the hands of my daughter, take care of her okey" he said, before he shook hands with Richard, then he left, when he was gone, I noticed that Dianne was looking Intently at Richard, before he Punch his elbow a little.
"ouch " he screamed, faking a grimace.
" what you did back there, makes me likes you the more " she commented, which made him stopped to look at her.
" so your like me?" he asked, I noticed the way she started turning her face to different directions, almost like she doesn't want to look at him directly.
"uhmmm... actually I...uhm" she stuttered, her face was all flushed, it was evident enough that she was finding the whole situation very awkward.
" if you don't like me, I'll like to tell you that I like you, even from the first day I set my eyes on you" Richard said, I never knew he could actually be this cheesy when it comes to words, when I'm looking at him at this moment, he was acting very soft and gentle, unlike the way I knew him.
she then took a deep breath, before she cupped his cheeks, then she said..
