~Logan Pov~
"Vena?"He called extremely shocked and confused at same time.
Mia stirs awake as everywhere felt blurry at first before becaming clear to her view. She felt an excruciating pain at her forehead and immediately placed her hand on her to found it bandaged. All this while, she haven't seen Logan not until he said a word.
"Vena!"He called again with his eyes bimming. Mia flung herself to a seat on seeing an unfamiliar face.
"Who the hell are you? where's this place?"She ask feeling a little bit scared.
"Vena? Don't you recognize me? It's me your "Cute Berry" Don't tell me you've forgotten me."Logan explains hoping she remembers him.
"Uhm Mister, I'm Mia not Vena. By the way, I've not met you ever in my life."She scoffed a little remembering his word *Your Cute Berry.* Why would he be my cute berry?
"Don't tell me you'd lost your memories, Vena. I thought you died, vena. It was so hard moving on without you. Your Mom really wanted you dead and I thought she'd sucided when you got into an accident and I never got to see you Vena."Logan signed in relieve.
Mia stared cluelessly at him and scoff loudly."My mom is nothing close to what you'd just described Mister. And to burst your bubble, She's kindhearted but, she's late now. This cruel world took my ever loving and caring mom from me. Leaving me to suffer!"Mia couldn't help the pain she felt remembering she wasn't gonna see her Mom ever again.
"What!"Logan scoffs. "Your mom can't be caring and loving at the same time. Are you trying to tell me you don't remember anything about your past, Vena?"He asked staring intensely at her.
"Past? I don't have a past Mister. I've always been Mia not some silly name I've never heard all my life."She yelled as she just couldn't take in more of his tricky words.
"Now it really seems you had indeed lost your memories. The vena I knew would literally be jumping on me like the Baby she is not acting this upright with me."He said flatly feeling quite hurt. Mia frowns deeply. *Is this guy being all serious right now? I Mia can't throw myself at a guy not even a cute one at that. She didn't say a word as she stared away.
"Vena, I heard you say your Mom is dead. is that in anyway true? your Mother i knew wouldn't go down easily."He said as Mia was just staring cluelessly at him.
"Mister, is there any human that isn't gonna die? is death evitable to some humans?"Mia couldn't help but ask instead of arguing with him. This guy seems to know something she doesn't.
"Look Vena, your mother wasn't to be callef a Human. You should know that more than I do."He let the cat out of the bag making Mia shrieked alittle.
"No! My mom I knew wasn't like that.She was a soft hearted woman that can't think of hurting a fly!"She yelled feeling so infuriated. how could he say such words about her Mom.
"I'm sorry to say this vena, I think this soft hearted woman you're referring to, isn't in anyway your mom! Your Mom is a "WITCH" Vena!"He said Sternly without blinking an eye.
"WHAT!"Mia shrieked.
~Anna pov~
Anna got to Rukky house and knocked on the wooden door. I don't mean to be rude or something, but, I and Rukky weren't supposed to be friends. I mean, we aren't in same class. They're poor, her Mom is just a laundry woman and her dad, I'm sure he got no direction.
My dad is late But, My Mother made sure she manages the companies my dad left behind.We are wealthy and this made my mom never supported me being friends with Rukky. She's a spolt brat that throws herself on all handsome guys she crosses path with. She'd even tried to steal my boyfriend from me by throwing her stinking self at him. She's just so annoying!
Rukky Mom pulled the door opened to found Anna waiting patiently.
"Good morning, Ma. Is Rukky in?"Ann ask with a sly smile.
"Morning Anna. Rukky isn't home. is anything the problem?"
"Uhm, Not really. Just needed to confirm something from her. I'll just call her later."she let out a feigned smile as she felt so disappointed.
"Alright dear. Hope you both has settled your differences? You both are good friends you know."
"We're not ma. I'll just take my leave now."Anna said and turned around taking the route back home feeling so annoyed.
"My walk to her house was just a waste of my time.Where would she had gone so early this morning? Something feels fishy."She mutters to herself as she continues the walk back home.
~Rukky Pov~
The drive felt so slow as Rukky was so eager to get even at Bryan for what he did to her.
"Aren't we supposed to be there, already?""She asked impatiently.
"We'll arrive soon , ma."He simply said with his concentration mainly on the road.
Rukky scoff and began scrolling through her phone to pass away time.
Almost immediately, A car was seen blocking their path Making the driver step hard on the brakes screeching the tyres to an abrupt stop.
"What the hell is going on?"Rukky yelled terrified at the abrupt stop of the car. The question wasn't answered as the bodyguards stepped out of the car approaching the Car blocking their path.
There was just one occupant in the car and the bodyguards didn't suspect a thing as they approaches him, Gun shots rang out as they were all shot. They didnt noticed the four men who hid behind the bushes.
Rukky couldn't believe her eyes as she quickly jumps out of the car and tried running when she collides into one of the Gun mens.
"And where do you think you're going, Little girl?"He grins exposing His yellowish teeth.
"Let me go!"Rukky yelled as she tried fighting him off. The guy smirks and covered her nose with a folded handkerchief drifting her into unconsciousness.
