Chapter 69

Bryan pov
On hearing the name "Dave" made him extremely confused. Why would the idiot try to take his life? he knows they weren't that close, but why?
" Take this fool out of here and dispose him somewhere else."He ordered as he heard his phone ringing on Phillip's hand. On Answering the call, Phillip passed the phone to Lord Bryan.
"What's it?" He asks Grumpily.
"Lord Bryan, Miss Mia has been kidnapped and I've been shot." The driver dropped the bomb shell.
"What? Send the address which you are now. I'll have the boys pick you up." With that he ended the call without another word.
"Mia has been kidnapped. Get me my tracker. Its a good thing i fixed a tracker into her new phone. I knew these guys weren't gonna stop with me." He frowned as he waited impatiently for his tracker.

Mia could been seen tied up on a chair with her eyes blind folded as she was unconscious.
Someone walked into the room in which she was and then ordered "Go get me a bucket of water." The person ordered. In few seconds, the water was brought and the person poured it all on Unconscious Mia who jerked awake immediately.
"Argh, Argh" She yells as she found out she couldn't move her hands nor legs and her eyes, She couldn't see a thing either. "What's happening? Please let go of me." She cried as she kept twisting her hands which was tied with a rope behind her.
"Will you keep your stinking mouth shuIt? " the person fired at her making her flinch.
"Do you think we are here to play? You had really thought you were gonna reap where you didn't sow right?" The person chuckled again. "Well, to burst your bubbles, in few hours from now, You're gonna be chilling your ass in your grave!"The person yelled and then bursted into a crazy laughter which made Mia cringed and bursted into an uncontrollably cry.
"Oh My God, Who do we have here?" Another person asked staring lustfully at Mia and licked his lips.
"You're looking more prettier while you're dripping wet." The person said taking slow strides towards her.
"Please don't come any closer please..." Mia pleaded but it all felled on deaf ears as the person attacked her lips immediately.

"Lord bryan, We've gotten the location. Its a good thing her phone is still close to her."Phillip said which made fuming Bryan calmed down a bit.
"Let's go get her"He ordered as he stormed towards his car.

The unknown person held her cheeks tightly making her feel pains.
"Please, what are you doing?"
His face was very close to mine at this moment, as if he wanna kiss me or force himself on me.
"I wanna make you mine!" he whispered.
Make me his? Is he planning on raping me?
"You're sick, Mr, this is no way to treat the woman"
He chuckled sarcastically.
"Don't worry about that" he brought his mouth closer to my ear. "I'll have to test your sweet Pu**y maybe before knowing how to treat a lady."He smirked wickedly.
"Stop it! Stop it already!" I cried in pain ashe began throwing punches at my stomach.
My arms were still tightly Tied behind the chair so there's no way to fight him off even if I try.
I couldn't stand his punches anymore, so I did the only thing I could do at that moment, I positioned my teeth on his left arm and bite him as hard as I could.
I bite him so hard to the extent I was tasting his blood, but he didn't stop throwing punches at my stomach, in fact, it seemed like he increased his the strength in his fist.
"N-no.. " I trailed off.
At that moment, the door burst open, and i could hear different footsteps trooped into the room but couldn't see them since I was still blindfolded.
I was scared at first, thinking these men were here to help him, but I let out a sigh of relief when I he was suddenly dragged away from me.
The guy chuckled lightly when he saw It was Phillip and the men that barged in, he clapped his hands, and nodded as if he's impressed with what he's seeing.
I whimpered quietly as I rubbed my tummy fondly, The pains I'm feeling right now is just so unbearable.
"Rex!" Lord Bryan suddenly yelled from the door extremely surprised to see him. Mia felt so happy when she heard lord Bryan voice but, the name he called made her shocked.
"You are sure very courageous, you dare barge into my home?!" Rex said.
He turned back to me, and wrapped his hand around my neck in a tight grip, his grip was very tight to the extent that he was choking me.
My eyes rolled to the back of my head as I tried to remove his hand from my neck, but that simply just made his grip tightened even more.
"Rex..." I whispered inaudibly, which he heard but ignored me.
"Let go of her, or I'll make you regret ever touching her!" Lord Bryan growled threateningly.
"Let go of her?" Rex scoffed and shook his head. "No. She. Is. Mine!" he growled possessively.
"Yours?" lord Bryan sighed. "You really want to take what doesn't belong to you right? You really are not serious."
Rex growled lowly
He reached for his pocket and pulled out a whistle, he brought it closer to his mouth, and some unfamiliar men rushed out from
the inner room immediately he blew his whistle, with each of them holding a Gun
.
"Let go of me, you beast!" I pushed him off with the last bit of strength I have left.
I made to run towards Lord Bryan but Asher caught my wrist, and pulled me.
"Funk" I cursed loudly.
It's already chaotic at the moment, bullets were flying everywhere in the living room, Lord Bryan and Rex are shooting at each other by now, both Rex's men and Lord Bryan's men are shooting at each other too, but almost everyone in Lord Bryan's team is down -some dropped dead, and others were severely injured.
I tried to get up and make a run for it while I could, but couldn't as an intense pain hit my waist.
I mustered up every bit of strength left in me, and got up but my legs failed me and I fell back on the floor.
"Lord.. Bryan..." I gasped for air.
His head snapped towards me, his eyes widened in fear and made to rush towards me, but he suddenly halted abruptly and grunted in pain when Rex's bullet hit him at his right shoulder.
"You motherfu?ker!" he growled and aimed his gun at him, but someone beat him to it before he could fire.
Rex was shot a couple of times on his Stomach, and he slumped down, howling in pain and at that moment, Livia was sighted trying to sneak out of the building
"Livia!" Lord Bryan called in an angry tone.
"Take her!" He ordered Phillip who was standing next to him.
"Yes, sir" then Phillip rushed towards Livia as he dragged her out.
Lord Bryan crouched down to my level and held my face in his hands, then frowned deeply when he saw my condition.
"That b@stard!" he growled.
