Chapter 74

Bryan's POV
"Lord Bryan" Philip called before reporting "Livia, Dave and Mandy are still in the torture room. What do we do to them?" He has not instructed them on which torture to give to them or what to do with them so Philip had come to ask.
"Torture room? Why?" Bryan left the window side to face him. He thought they were in jail already?
"You asked us to bring them there, Lord Bryan" Philip replied with his head bow. Did Lord Bryan forget? That's close to impossible. Torturing people was his hobby, it gives him joy so there's no way he forgot something like that
"Take them to the station" he heard lord Bryan say and Philip blinked multiple times
"Lord Bryan, I should take them to the police station?" He asked to be clear. He would be yelled at for asking questions again but he didn't want to make mistakes and he think he heard wrongly.
"Yes, I don't want to hurt anyone anymore, I don't want to have anything to do with them either" Bryan replied before going over to give a drink from the shelf in his room.
Philip was so surprised but happy about the new change "Okay sir" this could only be because of Mia. He was already scared of what Lord Bryan would do to Dave, his brother. He won't have cared if they were blood related.
Philip turned and left the room with a smile. He saw Mia outside just about to enter.
"Ma'am Mia" he bowed slightly causing Mia to frown
"Why all these, Philip?"
"I knew you would be the one to change our Lord Bryan" he said staring at her. He was amazed at how she even did it without doing nothing
Mia smiled "I really didn't do anything" she shrugged
"You did. You did alot. Thank you"
"You're welcome. Is he in?" She asked and Philip nodded before he walked away
Mia knocked
"Come in, Mia"
She stepped right in and went to his side "How did you know I'm the one?"
He shrugged. "I guessed"
"You look happy" she spoke when she saw the drink on the small table
"Yes, I feel at peace" he smiled at her
"Can I feel at peace and drink some too?" Refering to the drink he was having. Bryan frown
"You are not allowed to drink any of these because you are carrying a child"
Mia pouted "You said we are pregnant yet I'm the one carrying the baby. You are allowed to take anything but the doctor has mentioned a lot of things I'm not allowed to take anymore. I feel-"
"That's enough now. I'll get rid of all these" he stood up with the bottle of drink in his hand and went straight to the bathroom to flush the drink in the toilet before coming out.
Mia was so surprised at how he just obeyed her without much talking. Does she really have the ability to control this man? He saw the look on her face and chuckled
"Are you free?" He asked as he took off his shirt and searched for another to put on
"Hm, yes why?" Her eyes were fixed on him. His body was firm and fit, his chest.... She licked her lips
"I want to take you somewhere" he turned to her and caught her but almost immediately Mia raised her brow and turned her eyes away
"Okay, I'll go dress up" she stood up to go out. She wanted him but she didn't know how to ask or go about seducing him
"Wear a dark coloured top and a black trousers"
Mia furrowed her brows "Okay"
She left to her room to change. She wanted to ask why but found herself just obeying without questions asked.
Mia's POV
"Where are we going?" She asked again while they were already on their way and Bryan smirk,
"You'll see when we get there" the ride was long. Mia had even slept on the way. When they got there, he woke her up and they both came down
"Bryan!" She held his upper arm when she saw the hut. They were looking right at the hut.
"Remember?" He asked her
"Yes, how did you find this place?" and Bryan shrugged
"Should we go in?" Mia asked and Bryan nodded with a smile. He was always scared of going in but now that he had Vena/Mia with him. He didn't think there was a need to the scared of the hut anymore. The power to calm it was right by his side.
"You saved me. Twice here" he said as they stepped in
"Twice?" Mia asked with furrowed brows. She only remembered it happened once.
"Hm, I've been here twice. One with you, the other time I was almost killed but you came and saved me" he explained as he opened a box inside the hut and saw ashes inside, he stretched his towards it but nothing happened, no light came out so he closed it back
"Me? Is there something I'm still not remembering?" She asked with a smile as she caressed the couch they both sat on the first time they met
"Your voice I mean. I was here to be judged and for my powers to be taken from me. You asked me again to stretch my hand which I did and was able to get the hell out"
Mia smiled, "I'm glad"
"Thank you, Mia"
"Thank you too"
"Oh hello! If it's not my favorite person Bryan Chapman and Vena or should I say Mia Donald his lovely soulmate and savour" Bryan smirked when he heard that voice
Mia moved close to Bryan as she looked around searching for who was there with them. Bryan held her and said
"Since when did I become your favorite? The last time I was here you almost killed me"
It chuckled "Let the past remain in the past my old friend" and Bryan smirked
"So what brought you here?"
"Who is that?" Mia whispered to Bryan
"The hut" Bryan replied
"It can speak?" Mia asked with wide eyes as she felt creeps in her back
"It looks like" Bryan whispered back
"There's no need to whisper, even I know the thoughts in your heart"
Mia gulped. "But don't be scared little girl, I'm here to serve only you"
Bryan rolled his eyes, he tried using his power again to bring out light from his palm but nothing
"Why can't I use my power as I liked" he asked the hut
"Mia here, is the controller of it. If she says you should, then you will" it replied making Bryan nod in understanding
"Thought as much"
"What's that suppose to mean?" Confused Mia asked
"Until you asked me to get to work like you did in the room for the scars that day, I can't do some certain things" Bryan replied her with a smile
"Correct!" The hut exclaimed causing mia to shift back from fear
"How...Why do you talk?" She asked
"Because I have mouth"
"Where?"
"Here"
"Where?" Mia kept looking around
"Here"
"Where?"
"Can't you see me point at it?"
"You have hands too?" Mia asked with knitted brows
"Yes"
"Ignore it" Bryan told Mia as he held her waist
"I can see you both are expecting a child, how delightful"
Bryan snapped at it "Stay away!"
