She sat on a wooden chair blind folded and her hands tied to the back of the chair. Sweats all over her face as she has been screaming so hard but, still wasn't answered by anyone.
A side of her cheek swollen and her body were full with bruises. The guy dealt with her without no attom of pity.
Her tears were mixed up with her sweats which made it unnoticed to the eyes.
Her throat dried up due to her screams and wailing. They couldn't even offered her a glass of water. She thought as she felt like bursting into tears again but it seems there's no more tears left in her eyes.
Remembering the last word the Heartless guy had said to his Partner before leaving made her More frightened. 'I think this is okay for now. When boss arrives, He'll torture her more.' She just couldn't get that word off her mind. Something tells her this is just a tip of an iceberg.
Logan Pov
i already placed order for our breakfast as i walk to Vena's room to check if she's awake.
I walk into the room and found her fully awake and freshened up. She wore on a black sequence body hug gown which had a little side slit at the both side. Her skin made it even more pleasant. She let her hair fall right down to her shoulders and I just couldn't stop myself from checking her out.
"Hey, will you just keep watching me? Am I some TV now?"Mia asks with a roll of her slightly big eyes.
Logan let out a small smile "It's worth it Vena. You look really beautiful in that dress."
Mia blushed hard before muttering "Thanks"
"You're welcome, Sweet heart. We're going out after breakfast. I need to take you round the city and make sure you enjoy to the fullest."
"Awwn Are you serious?"Mia asks excitedly.
"I aren't kidding baby."
"Oh my Gosh, I'm so happy"She grins twirling around.
Logan was about saying a word when a knock was heard and the guard came in informing him about the arrival of their Pizza.
"Lets go have our breakfast so we'd leave early."Logan said. Mia feeling extremely excited immediately follows suit.
Mia's POV.
I spread out my arms as the breeze felt so refreshing at the Park and I just couldn't help but enjoy this beautiful moment or should I say -A lucky one?
I pulled down my arms as I watched the children running around while laughing heartenly- So cute.
"Why's That mister taking so long?"I thought staring around to catch a glimpse of him.
"Hey, are you missing me already?"Logan suddenly asked from behind making her flinch.
"What did you do that for? You scared me, mister."Mia said with a frown.
"Sorry about that Vena, I didn't mean to. Vena can you please just call me by my name? Mister feels weird to my hearing."Logan muttered as he passed a cup of ice cream to her and a stick of meat balls.
Mia took a piece of meat ball into her mouth before replying "Alright I won't call you mister anymore. I'm actually getting use to your present." Logan smiled feeling so happy as he watch her devour the meat balls before switching to the ice cream. He chuckled at how fast she were shoving them into her mouth. He can't think of eating his own that way, He's gonna choke within minutes.
After a while, They were both done licking their ice creams as they just stood watching the adults and the children play. "Uhm vena, Aren't you famished Already? We've gone to two other Places and I think you must be so hungry right now.
Logan actually said her mind. She's been so hungry and just couldn't tell logan. That's the reason she'd devoured the meatball within minutes.Seeing she couldn't keep shut anymore due to her rumbling stomach, she quickly mutters
"Yes I am." with pouted lips Making Logan chuckled.
"Alright then, I know of a nice restaurant you'd love and their dishes are well prepared."
"Really? Lets go then."Mia said without a waste of time. Logan nods and led the way back to the car. His bodyguards seeing them approaching, One quickly pulled the door open for them to step in before shutting it right back and the chauffeur ignited the engine and drove out after been instructed the location by Logan who began scrolling through his phone.
After a long drive, he finally pulled over at the restaurant. With the name boldly inscribed 'SPICEY RESTAURANT"
They stepped out of the car together and logan held her by her waist as they walked into the restaurant. The big glass door was pulled open by Logan and they walked in as all eyes turned to their direction.
"Why are they staring at us?"Mia couldn't help ask as she cringe under the gazes on them.
"Remember I'm a popular Guy, Vena and it's bond to be this way." He mutters and took her to an empty seat at the window side.
Almost immediately, A waitress walked to them with a bright smile on her face with a note book and a pen on her hands.
"Good Evening Sir/ Ma'am. Welcome to Spicy Restaurant what would you like to order?"She asked with a bright smile on her face.
"Should I order yours?"Logan asks Mia as she nodded.
He ran his eyes through the menu on the table before settling for "Get us Meat broth, Sausage and Sandwich."He ordered making Mia lick her lips. When did she become a eater? She thought frowning a little as she watch the back of the retreating waitress.
They didn't say a word to each other as Logan's focus was on his phone. He was busy chatting up some of his business partners.
Soon, the waitress walked back carrying a large tray and placed it on the table between them. She removed the covers and the aroma almost made Mia dive into it not minding the presence of the waitress.
"Do enjoy your meals"She bowed alittle and walked off.
"Let's eat Vena."Logan uttered and Mia felt butterflies dancing around her stomach. She picked up a sandwich and took a large bite from it moaning at the taste. Mere staring at the scumcious meal, she knew it was gonna be delicious.
