Chapter 80

Mia's POV
The day everyone has been waiting for has finally come. Mia Donald's wedding to Bryan Chapman. The wedding was so huge, all celebrities attended. Bryan was a celebrity, of course his people from the entertainment industry must come around to show their support. Bryan had to rush the marriage due to Mia's pregnancy. She kept complaining that if the pregnancy gets bigger she won't bother going for a big wedding anymore since she didn't want to be stressed and Bryan knew his people would never agree to a small wedding, including him. He wanted a big wedding that everyone will forever remember and he didn't want her to give birth first before their wedding
Mia sat in front of the mirror, she was looking really pretty. She can't believe she was finally getting married and to the man she once hated the most. She was alone in the room, she kept staring at her face as a tear drop. She took the white handkerchief and carefully wipe it so not to ruin her make up but she found another drop, she frown. Again, she carefully wiped it off. She heard her phone ring, it was a call from Bryan
"Hello" she cleared her throat
"Hey baby, how are you?" Bryan asked with a huge smile
"I'm fine. How are you?" She cleared her throat again
Bryan furrowed his brows "What's wrong? You don't sound fine"
"I'm good. I'm okay"
"Mia?" He pressed
"I'm just so happy, Bryan" she cried "I can't believe I'm finally getting married. And to the love of my life" she giggled as she cried
"Hey, hey, you don't have to cry about that"
"I know, maybe it's the baby. I don't know why I can't stop crying" she complained
"I'm coming over"
"No!" She screamed "you can't come over. We are not suppose to see until we get to the church"
"F*ck such belief! I'm coming"
"Bryan don't. I'm fine" Mia began to panic. She knows Bryan very well, he could do that. He can come ignoring that tradition of not seeing the bride on her wedding gown until they appear in church
"Come on Mia!" He growled in frustration
"I've stopped crying I promise. I'm just too excited that all" she explained
"Come over to the church fast, I want to see you"
"Hm, I will. Goodbye now" she smiled
"I'll send my mother over"
"Okay, thank you" she smiled
"Okay, I love you" Bryan said
"I love you too" she replied before ending the call
Bryan's POV
"What's up?" Lincoln and Raymond asked immediately the call ended
"She's emotional" Bryan replied with a frown as he scroll through his phone and dailed his mother's number
"Hello mom, where are you?" Bryan has been calling her more often now because of Mia, she was pleased
"Some of my business partners are there so I'm-" Bryan cut her off instantly
"Business partners? Leave them". Mia was crying alone in some room, and she's with some business partners?!
"I can't just leave them here. I have to-" again he cut her off
"Mia's crying" and Mrs Chapman froze
"Mia's crying? Why?" She was already walking out of her business partners. Off to where Mia was "Why? I was with her a while ago. I'm going there now"
"Thanks mom" Bryan sighed in relief. Even though he wish to be there himself, he knew his mom will do a good job too
"Okay, okay" she ended the call
"I'll send Rose over there too" Raymond said refering to his younger sister
"Please, thank you" Bryan fell back on the bed
"Are you okay?" Lincoln asked as Raymond called his sister who promise to go meet Mia as well. Rose and Mia had met the day at the concert that immediately became friends.
"I want to see her. Why is she crying?"
"She said she'll be fine right? She will" Lincoln said
"I don't know"

"Are you okay?" Mrs Chapman asked Mia the moment she entered the room.
"Mother! I thought you were with your business partners" Mia asked as she tried to clean her eyes, ruining her make up in the process
"I didn't want to leave my daughter in law for too long" Mrs Chapman moved closer and pulled Mia from the chair to the bed beside them
Rose entered as well
"Are you okay, Mia?" Rose asked really worried. She had ran all the way here. And Mia frown, what's going on?
"Did Bryan call you both?" She asked and saw them both shook their head and knew that Bryan had sent them. She felt loved, he couldn't come but he was able to send people to represent him. He is such a loving and amazing boyfriend turn husband, she didn't know tears were dropping
"I'm okay, really" she hiccuped
"Then why are you crying now" Rose asked
"I don't know" She rested her head on Mrs Chapman laps as she cried and the woman caressed her hair
Rose went out to call the hairstylist and make-up artist back because they'll be needing their services again.

*Instrument*
The church was opened and Bryan who was standing at the altar, saw his beautiful bride with her face covered with a veil and also her father who was walking by her side following the rhythm of the instrument, he smiled.
Mia saw how Bryan was staring at her and she blushed. She has to look away so she won't trip, she has been practicing this walking step since she knew she was getting married in a grand style. She looked at her left and right, and saw faces she has seen on the T.V only and she could help but marvel. Wow, Bryan was really famous to have these people come for his wedding. She also saw her step mom and Rukky, her step sister there. She had even forgotten to ask about Rukky from Bryan after their conversation with her father, thank God Bryan didn't forget and kept to his word.
Soon she was in front of the love of her life. Bryan was tempted to take the veil off already, he wanted to see her face. Mia smiled when she saw the eagerness in his eyes. She was able to tame this dark billionaire, she was able to change him and take away the beast in him. She snapped out of her thoughts when she heard the priest announced
"If there's anyone that does not want his marriage to hold, let him or her signify or forever remain silent"
There was silence in the hall as Bryan frown at the priest.
Mia almost peed on her gown when the priest said that. She was scared, since she knew Bryan someone is always not in support because they wanted him for themselves. Even his fans kept screaming that they loved him, girls would die to have him.
Bryan had specifically warned priest not to add this part to the ceremony. She became tensed as she knew alot of people would want to object.
Mia's heart raced when she saw two men stood up
