Bryan POV
I had woken up to see everywhere painted in white and some beeping sounds was being heard making me wonder were I was. I Managed to stare at my sides and there, I found some machines connected to my body and on the bed next to me, I could see two ladies sleeping peacefully. I strain my eyes to get a perfect view of their faces. Mia? Mom?
"Oh Mr Bryan, You awake."The doctor cooed as he stepped into his private ward.
Due to Bryan's personality, He only frowned and didn't bother saying a word. The doctor still didn't give it a thought as he proceeded.
"I'm doctor Mark by name and I'm the doctor attending to you. How's your health now? Are you feeling any pains in your head or anywhere else?" The doctor asks making him ( Bryan ) Frowns deeply. The Doctor's question had made him remembered what had happened to him. How he felt so dizzy, and accompany with the fact that he was hit at the back of his head which made him fall to the ground. he tried catching the guy's face, but it felt so blurry to him.
"Mr Bryan, Are you with me? Can you hear what I had said?" The doctor asks in concern as Bryan didn't give a reply to his question.
"I heard all you asked perfectly. I'm alright and I'm not feeling any pains. I'll like to get discharged now.There's so much I need to get settled and it won't be possible if I remain in a sick bed like a weakling.
Mia Heard Bryan's voice in her sleep which made her Jerked up to your feet and her action had woken up Mrs Johnson too.
"Sir Bryan, We can't let you return home for now. We still have to keep our eyes on you to make sure you've fully recovered to avoid any implications." The doctor advised making Bryan scoffs.
"You can't keep me here against my wish Doctor Mark. I have every right to the time I need to be discharged and not you is gonna tell me what time to do it. Get that into your skull!"He raised his deep voice a bit which made the doctor flinch back at his outburst.
"What's going on Son? Why are you exchanging words with the doctor? You being in the hospital before is for your own good son."Mrs Johnson says trying to convince her son not to go against the doctor.
"Don't tell me that shit, Mom! I have every right and As it is now, i wish to be discharged this minute! There's alot scores I need to settle outside."He growled trying hard to hold back his anger. His feeling so angry with himself for not observing well and getting himself drugged and wounded. He craved to get back at anyone who has hands on it. He stares at Mia and finds her staring at him but didn't mutter a word as she stood close to his bed. He could see how exhausted she looks and knew it's all because of him. Does she loves him this much after all he did to her? He'd thought staring back at her and Mia had to break their eyes contact.
"Bryan you've really got to stop this attitude of yours! Can't you just listen to your own mother for once! You really need to think about your safety first and not some silly revenge!"Mrs Johnson yelled feeling so infuriated.
"You don't need to waste your saliva Mom as my mind is made up. Doctor get these of me or I'm gonna pull them off and get myself wounded. If that happens, I swear you're gonna loose your job and go rest your ass on your damn bed at home.
On hearing this, The doctor didn't waste time in getting into action as he didn't wanna lose his job.
" Phillip" Lord Bryan Called making the door bursted open immediately as Phillip scurried into the ward. Seeing his boss healthy made him so happy and his excitement could been seen on his face.
" Good morning to you Lord Bryan" Phillip Muttered With A bow of his head.
Ignoring his greetings, He said "Call kelvin to meet me at home As I have a job for him. Go get the car ready let's go home. There are much better scores i need to settle."He ordered.
"Alright Lord Bryan."Phillip answered and quickly brought out one of Lord Bryan's phone from his pocket and dailed His (Kelvin) Number.
After few rings, the phone was answered from the other end and his (Kelvin) voice camed up.
"Hello Lord Bryan."Kelvin Called from the other end.
"It's Lord Bryan's personal guard, Phillip. Lord Bryan Needs you at his House now! Do not keep him waiting as his got a job for you"Phillip passed out the message and hanged up immediately without waiting for a response from him.
"I've informed him, Lord Bryan."Phillip said to him (Lord Bryan) as the doctor was busy removing the instruments fixed on his body.
"Go get the car ready quickly."He (Lord Bryan) ordered. Phillip quickly made for the door and passed the message to the rest of the bodyguard situated outside the ward before returning back to the room to be beside his Boss. Few of them immediately rushed to the car park to inform the driver to get the car ready as Lord Bryan has been discharged.
"I'm done, Mr Bryan. Please you have to be careful as you haven't fully recovered yet."The doctor advised. Bryan didn't give him a reply as he stood up by himself with just a short on him. Mrs Johnson immediately picked up the clothes (A pair of jean and a T Shirt.) she had asked Phillip to get ready in case he ( Lord Bryan) needs to be discharged.
Phillip tried helping him out but he blurtly refused "I didn't loose a Arm or broked a leg Phillip."
"Mrs Johnson, you can come see me in my office so, you could sort out the bill."Doctor Mark said and mrs Johnson quickly followed him out as Mia and the rest made for the car.
