Ruthless kept quiet and stayed in that position until the following morning.

In an Undisclosed Place all the king's gathered to have their secret meeting.
"After we all warned you not to go and warn King Galore, you refused and went to do as your heart says, now see where 'follow your heart had led you to', if only you had listened," the king of Vampires said to king Hound.
"I know and I have learnt my mistake now," king Hound said bitterly, his one eye gazing at the eyes of the Vampire King, his other eye that Ruthless had removed was covered with a piece of white small clothes and a leather held it in place. "So what are we going to do, how do we stop Ruthless?" He asked, returning his gaze to Zelik.
"Soon, Hound," Zelik responded.
"When is this 'soon' you are talking about taking place?" The king of Fairies asked. "I can't wait to kill Ruthless with my own hands." He added.
"You will, just be patient, Ruthless shall all taste our swords," Zelik said. "He will not escape."
"So what are the plans, the girl you said that is doing the work for you is delaying it or is there progress?" The king of Witches asked.
"There is a little progress, you know, to get to Ruthless she has to become his friend and gain his trust and strike him when he least expects it. I have this feeling that it will be sooner than later when what we are all seeking for will be presented to us in a platter of gold." Zelik told them. "Until then let's all hope that she succeeds in her plan. If it was Galore's first son, getting Blue won't be as hard as getting Ruthless, but we all know who we are dealing with." He added.
"We all know who Ruthless is so that is why this task is difficult because he easily interacts with people, so I believe we all should exercise a bit patience for everything to fall into place," king Rex, the Dragon King, said.
"Fine then, we shall have more patience and I hope our next meeting will be our last meeting of having Ruthless heart with us," the king of Vampires said.
"Good night everyone," Zelik said.
Everyone of them all went back to their various Kingdoms.

"We need to talk, mother," Blue said once his mother entered his room to check on him.
"Why are you still awake by now son, I thought you might be sleeping." Queen Lati said she had only gone to check on her beloved son thinking he was sleeping.
"I was thinking," Blue said sitting upright in his bed
"Thinking about what, my son?" Queen Lati asked.
"Thinking about what ruthless has told you and what he told me at school."
"And what did he tell you in school?"
"That only the true son of Galore would sit on the throne, so I have been wondering what he met by that," Blue said.
"Don't overthink it son, very soon, everything shall be revealed to you and you shall know the truth. But I assure you that you will seat on that throne."
"Okay, I trust your judgement mother, so what about what we discussed last, have you gotten the spells?"
"No, not yet but I will soon and this nightmare of yours will soon be over."

Vala's Apartment:
The first thing that Vala felt that morning was that she was holding onto something in her mouth, no, biting it, bitting a little bit harder and caressing it, she noticed it was a human ear
When she opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the white hair and familiar scent, without being told she knows who it was. She quickly removed her mouth from his ear and jumped from her bed, staring at ruthless in shock and surprise.
How did they ended up in the same bed? She could remember vividly that she had locked everywhere before going to sleep and according to what Pula had told her before. No one has the powers to teleport his or herself in the whole hostel. So how come ruthless was in her house, in her room, on her bed.
Oh my, on her bed? She shifts back a bit, still staring at Ruthless, but a thought suddenly crosses her mind. What if he had touched her?
Ruthless rolled his eyes when he read that thought and sat upright on the bed.
"You could have bitten the ear off, never knew you have now turned into a Vampire."
"Did you in any way touch me last night?"
They both said at the same time.
"You wish," Ruthless said sarcastically and stood up from the bed, slowly unbuttoning his shirt and his refined skin and muscles were showcasing right in front of Vala. He removed his shirt completely and dropped it on the bed.
Glup hard, Vala couldn't help but stared shamelessly at Ruthless exposed skin.
"Do you like what you see?"
"Yes." Vala answered truthfully. "I can't believe all these are all mine."
Ruthless snorted and concentrated on his ear, the one Vala bit, the redness was gone.
"What is the excess of you removing your shirt when nothing extraordinary will happen? I thought your whole body would glow or something."
Picking up his shirt and wearing it. "I just wanted your eyes to feed on what you can never have,"
"Oh so you were teasing me," Vala said and asked, "Why are you here, in my room?"
"I came to--" he stops to think and continue, "I came to check on you, since you are all alone."
"And how do you know I am alone?"
"You can say the bond between us told me."
"Hmm was that the reason why you are in bed with me?"
"Don't go round telling anyone about this."
"Oh I won't but there is someone, a certain goddess, I wish to tell right now," Vala said in a singing lovely tone.
Rolling his eyes, "I will see you school soon."
"Will you hold my hands when you see me or hug me in school?" Vala asked.
"I don't hold hands and I am not a hugger, so no," Ruthless said.
"If you won't hold my hands and hug me when I shout your name from the school gate, then I will allow Blue to touch me at any place he wants, I will follow him and eat with him on that fancy table and chairs of his and not with you, do you want that to happen?" She asked.
Giving in to the mate's pull, "No, don't allow Blue to touch you, I will do it, but don't shout my name, I know when you will arrive," he said, staring at her.
Maybe having a mate isn't that bad like his mother has said. He could not resist their mate's pull and now he is getting fond of Vala, his mate. The thought of breaking their mate bond irks him and he throws that thought out of his mind.
"Come early and don't keep me waiting," he said and was gone.
All through Vala's bath as she set to prepare for school, she was smiling.

As soon as Ruthless appeared in his room, he saw his father.
"I waited all night for you to return thinking you'd return but you didn't son, where were you?" King Galore asks getting up from his son's bed.
"None of your business, and if I may ask, what are you doing in my room?" Ruthless asked.
"Those words you spoke about last night at the dining room, has got me thinking so I couldn't sleep well last night. I had to come here and wait for your return."
"You shouldn't have waited for me Galore, you should have slept well because where I was last night, I slept really well."
"Son, let's bury the past in the past. Your mother and I have a beautiful relationship but circumstances couldn't allow us to be together, I already have a mate and a son, if it weren't for that, I would have accepted you and her, but I was scared and a coward that I had forgotten that I am the king of the supernatural and my word is finally. When I realized my mistakes, I wanted to come back but I can't recall the way to were Flower dwells. Forgive me son, forgive me son, you've been hating me all your life but can you at least love me just a little." Galore poured out his heart. "it's killing me that I get along with your brother and not with you. And I don't know why you still hate me so even after so many years has passed."
"I hate the 'L' word so much, they remind me of the lies you must have told my mother before you rejected her and she became a shadow of herself," Ruthless said, "But I don't you hate, Galore, I don't at all. I only hate the fact that you deceived my mother into loving you and you left her heartbroken."
"To be sincere, son, I can't even remember how I had met your mother, I am sorry. Just please don't hate me, give me a little chance to prove myself to you."
"Like I said before, I don't hate you if not I wouldn't be sitting and eating with you on the dining room, neither would I fight the Hellhound's King, there are a lot more so I don't hate you Galore, I am the type that doesn't show out my emotions, this cruel face of my mine is now part of me."
"Then why don't you always call me 'Father', you like calling me by my name."
"I do call you 'Father' when it's necessary," Ruthless said. "I have got to prepare for school now Galore, can you leave my room now."
Galore nodded his head. "Thanks for clarifying something for me son, hope we talk soon like this again," he said and wanted to leave when Ruthless voice stopped him.
"Can I ask you a question, a very simple question?"
"Go ahead and ask."
"The demon King you defeated years back, what happened to his wife you captured? Where is she?"
King Galore was quiet as he tried to recall, after some minutes had passed he said, "To be sincere, son, I can't remember anything."
