Chapter 49

The Wedding (Part 4):
"I am going to kill him, that he would wish for a simple death," Lord Daniel said, turning around to face his mother, as his wolf closed his mouth. "He dared touch my mate and you didn't do anything to him, mother." He added, still angry.
"What do you want me to do? Fight him? Well you and I both know that is impossible, I can fight him but I won't last long in the fight, you on the other hand can, and that is why you are going to fight him, not me. I did my part by releasing now it is left to you to bring a new era in the supernatural." His mother told him.
"Zelda, show me where Vala is? I am going to take back what's mine."
"Son, don't hurry things, our first aim is to get the gods to our side and if they refuse we kill them. Ares has already supported our plan right from the beginning so getting into the Realm of the gods would be easy," His mother said, "You can close your mouth now Zelda."
The wolf did as commanded.
"Mother, you and I know she would be pregnant now, he slept with her during the full moon. She will become pregnant."
"And so? Isn't Galore taking care of your son, Blue, thinking he is his blood, you can do the same for Vala child or kill the child after she has put to bed."
At that moment, Zelik appeared before them. He bowed down before Lord Daniel, going down to his knees.
"My Lord, you have returned."
"Yes and I am not happy with the way things are."
"She took us by surprise, my Lord, I thought she would kill Ruthless at the mention of her mother as planned but alas, she didn't, instead she was brainwashed by him and he turned her against us." Zelik explained.
"And you did nothing to stop Ruthless from meeting Vala?"
"I am sorry my Lord."
"Leave the girl alone for now, Ruthless should be your main concern son, take it from me, he will be stronger now that he has mated with his true mate."
"Not for long, mother, you have forgotten that years ago, his true powers were taken away from him, the powers he possesses now are from his spirit beasts and those he took their powers from, he doesn't remember that," Lord Daniel said to his mother. "He doesn't remember who he is yet,"
"Still yet, don't let your guards down son around him son, we are not discussing an ordinary supernatural being here. That is why I said you should first of all attack the Realm of the gods and take their powers."
"Alright mother, what about the falcons?"
"One step at a time son, we defeat the gods and then come back to kill Ruthless, and finally with him dead, the Falcon's will have access into the supernatural kingdoms."
"Zelik, you know what to do with the king's."
"Yes my Lord,"
"Do it and give the announcement that 'Lord Daniel' has returned."
"I will do just that, my Lord," Zelik said and disappeared.

Queen Lati Room:
Queen Lati was surprised to see her son appearing in her room. She was not only surprised at his sudden appearance in her room but at his livid face.
"What is it son?"
"Vala is pregnant mother, If only you had acted fast, all these wouldn't have happened," he said.
"Vala is pregnant? How did you know?"
"Ruthless carried her to school today, her stomach was big and her aura had changed into that of a pregnant mate."
"But how?"
"The night Ruthless had escorted Vala home was the night the full moon appeared, that must be the night she conceived. I have lost the battle mother, I have lost Vala forever."
"No, not yet, you haven't lost her. I will remove her pregnancy if you want."
"You can do that?"
"Yes, and don't worry, I will tell Eyes to give me the spell and if she refuses, I will kill her."
"Good, no more chances."
"Yes, so relax."
"I don't feel like going back to school today, I don't want to see Vala now with her pregnancy."
Queen Lati nodded in understanding.
"Will be in my room mother," Blue said and teleported himself to his room.
Queen Lati went to her wardrobe and searched through it for a while, bringing out a little bottle portion, she opened it and applied it on her palm, rubbing both palms together, before she kept the bottle portion back at the place she had taken it.
She disappeared, going to meet Eyes.

River of Abss:
"Your son has almost drained Haule's powers, this was not what we bargained for." Queen Elfey said as she stared at her husband. "This was not part of our plan." She added, keeping Haule's head on the ground gently and stood up to her feet, she faced them.
"It was all part of the plan, only, you were not part of it." Daniel's mother told Elfey. "Don't be sad Elfey."
"How could you do this to me, I supported you and helped you to divide the River of Abss and all I could get in return was you stabbing me in my back. You took my husband's powers away, you and your son have rendered him useless," Queen Elfey said.
"He isn't useless Elfey, he is now my puppet."
"You....." She attacked him, sending him a back of fire as she transformed into her Dragon.
Lord Daniel gave her a lopsided smile as he blocked her attack. "You know, you should have picked someone of your own size," he said. "Thanks for your help, goodbye Elfey." He added and walked towards Elfey.
Elfey, who saw him coming, surrounded herself with fire made of long tunic.
Lord Daniel smirked at that.
Elfey froze when she could no longer see Lord Daniel who was standing in front of her a few seconds ago.
He appeared behind her and held her in her neck preventing her from fully transforming.
"You have forgotten that I have made your mate a puppet thus making you useless. Your Dragon and Elves powers can't hurt me, Elfey. Goodnight forever."
Queen Elfey's eyes went blank white as her powers started entering into Lord Daniel through his fingers.
No struggle, Elfey died.
"Throw her body into the River of Abss, give Hauel to Zelik. In case he asked about his wife, let him tell him she died in the hands of Ruthless. You know what to do mother."
"Yes son."
Staring into the River of Abss, Lord Daniel breathed deeply.
Elfey has forgotten, he is no ordinary Nilela.
He disappeared, going into the Realm of the gods.
