His Weakness (Part 6):
"I thought so too," Ruthless said leaving his father as he began walking over to the other door in his room, where his bathtub was.
"I am serious, son, I don't remember and it seems I do tend to forget things lately." King Galore told him as he watched him open the bathroom door.
"And I said I know, just wanted to be sure," Ruthless said walking in and closing the door behind him leaving King Galore all alone in his room.
All throughout his bath, he thought of Vala and how he long to see her naked, staring at her all through the night has waking a part of him he never knew existed, a part of him that was willing to give to give in to the mate bond, he wanted to be the first person to see Vala when she's awake and the last person she's going to see before she sleeps. He wanted to feel her body on his, he wanted to touch her in places no man has ever touched, he wanted her to shout in ecstasy, screaming out his real name as he pleased her. A certain part of him hardened at that thought.
He could feel his spirit beast getting hungry, not for food but for their mate.
He couldn't get her out of his thoughts no matter how hard he tried too. He wanted to kiss her and possess her completely, body and soul.
He knows why he was at the edge, the full moon is closer than he thinks and he knows deep down within him, he could never, not, stay away from Vala. Their mate pull was strong being that she was a half Demon princess and half dragon princess.
For the first time in his life, he hurried bath so that he couldn't keep his beloved mate waiting, this wasn't love.
Not love
Not Love, but fondness. He was now getting fond of her.

"If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it when I heard the rumors," Fairy said as she and Vala walked to school.
"What rumors?" A confused Vala asked.
"You are pretending as if you don't know now, but it's alright, I will tell you. We all saw you when Ruthless kissed you."
"And so? It's just a kiss."
"Do you know how many girls are dying to have his attention, they are praying and hoping he turns out to be their mate and you who just came that hasn't even reached two weeks have kissed him. If not that they are scared of saying out their minds, I swear you wouldn't have stood a chance, but we girls don't have your courage so lucky you."
"And lucky you too, because I would have skinned any girl alive that dares to glance his way or look his way. The Creator made him for me and I am not letting go of him that easily."
"What about Athena? Are you not scared of the goddess?"
"No, why will I be scared of a girl like me? If I am looking for who to fear then it should be Ruthless."
"I swear to the gods you have strong guts."
They reached the school gate and Vala suddenly stopped which prompted Fairy to stop also, askance.
"What is it?"
"Oh you just wait and see who's going to pick me up from the gate," Vala said joyfully.
"Who?" She asked and with the way Vala eyes were shiny in happiness Fairy immediately know who it was and gasped out aloud. "Don't tell me it's Ruthless."
"You are correct," Vala said as she couldn't hold it in again.
"Oh my goodness, Ruthless is picking you up from here," Fairy said and Vala noticed the stares they were getting but she didn't care
"Yes and if he doesn't show up then a certain part of him will go missing." Vala threatened and almost jumped out of her skin when she heard his voice.
"What certain part of me would go missing if I didn't show up?" Fairy yelp loudly to Ruthless ice voice and fell down to the floor unlike Vala who stood to her feet to face him smiling. Fairy gets up to her feet.
"I told you he'd come," Vala squealed as she closed the distance between them and held one of Ruthless hands in hers. "I can't believe you keep to your word my Winter." She added as Fairy excuse herself and left them alone.
"If you hadn't threatened me with him you wouldn't even be this close to me, but....." Ruthless said and surprised Vala by putting his other free hand around her waist and drawing her much closer, by now those coming to school had stopped right in tracks to watch, even those inside the school compound weren't left out. "....You have succeeded in driving me crazy,"
"Crazy? But you are not looking like a crazy person to me, you look like my Winter."
"I like it when you call my name."
"Oh I prefer Winter better than Ruthless, Winter suits you better," Vala said as she noticed how fast he was suddenly breathing.
Ruthless closes his eyes and steady his breath. "You don't know what you are doing to me, let's go inside. We are giving everyone a nice show," he said and let go of her waist and started leading her in, still holding hands.
Vala was smiling widely and couldn't hide it. She was surprised when he started leading her to her class instead of his own school building, but she was not as surprised and speechless as those around them who stare with their mouths wide opened.
They were creating a large scene and Vala was loving every part of it.
Entering Vala classroom, the students all ran out of the classroom. Ignoring that, Vala find her favorite spot at the front seat and to her surprise, Ruthless sat down and pull her to seat on his lap as if that was not enough, he started sniffing her from her bare neck, inhaling her scent
Weird.
"Winter, what is wrong with you today?"
"Your scent is intoxicating me and I can't control myself, never knew you smell nice," Ruthless said, his words muffed as his lips were pressed against her neck, kissing her exposed skin.
Well who was she to complain? She relaxed herself and tilted her neck in that way exposing her neck to him, submitting herself to him.
When the history teacher walked into the class, she ran out of the classroom before Ruthless would stare at her. No one could have the guts to enter the class as long as he was there.
They stayed that way until the school principal walked in trembling as he entered the classroom invading their privacy.
"What is it?" Ruthless voice was so cold that the principal pissed on himself. "Your interruption better be a good thing or else...." he threatened.
"King Rex, the Dragon King, demands for the presence of Vala my Prince."
"Tell him to come, I am busy with my mate."
The principal walked out of the classroom embarrassed that he had wet his trousers and to add more salt to his injury, everyone students who were outside were staring at him.
King Rex soon walked into the classroom, he tried to hide his fears as he and Ruthless eyes met but failed woefully. He remembered their last conversation.
"Greetings to you my Prince," he said, congratulating himself inwardly as he didn't fret or stammer.
Stopping what he was doing, he knew King Rex was related to Vala that was why he had let him go on the day he had killed that boy.
Damn he hasn't killed anything since and his hands are itching him to do something.
"What do you want with Vala, Rex?"
"Nothing, just came to see her." He responded as his eyes shifted from his to Vala who was staring at him. "Do you know who I am?" He directed his question to Vala.
"Yes, the dragon King like the principal had called you," Vala said. "Any problem my king?"
King Rex stared at her for a while and wanted to open his mouth and talk but one look from the boy behind his great granddaughter made him shut his mouth up.
"I will see you again Vala, it means a lot to see you," he said and left as quickly as he can.
"This is strange, how can the Dragon King who I haven't met before be happy to see me?" Vala said confusedly as Ruthless carried her up from her waist with ease and turned her to face him, she crossed her leg to each side of his and stared at him.
"Probably he heard about a girl who was born with a chain," he said, trying hard not to have a hard-on. He was burning and no matter of ice can cool him down. He was burning for her, a burning that can be quence by her ice.
"And you love this chain girl," she said, bringing him out of his thoughts.
Not that 'L' word again even though he wanted to say that word out.
Ruthless didn't say anything, rather than answering her, he kissed her hard and rough and Vala opened up to welcome his roughness in her lips.
When he let go of her bruise lips, she found herself lost in his eyes.
"What could be your weakness my Winter? I know it's not me." The question came out of her lips before she could stop it from coming out.
He stared at her for a minute and smiled.
His smile made her more aroused and she knew he could sense it. He leaned forward as he placed his forehead against hers.
She loved his smile, in fact everything about him.
"Should I tell you my weakness?" He asked but this time around in her mind. She was startled when she heard his voice In her mind. She had forgotten they both now share a link to communicate in their minds.
"Yes,. please tell me," she responded. "You do know you look so stunning with that smile of yours. I love it." She added with a smile of her own.
"It's the full Moon, on the third night when the full Moon would be at its highest, I will get weak," he said as his hands started touching her, slowly. He tried to stop it from going further but couldn't, it seems they have a mind of their own. He made ice freeze the door and window so that the students won't see anything. Now that they have some privacy, his hands finally find their way to her breasts. "I trust you as my mate that is why I am telling you."
"That's impossible, you are from the lineage of a Lycan, you get stronger even during the full Moon."
"Not me, we Lycan get horny whenever there is a full moon, most who are mated give them the opportunity to make babies, they can't stay away from their mate."
And the full Moon is almost near, no wonder he is this weird.
Vala thought.
"I still can't believe that a full moon can be your weakness."
"Me too, but what can really weak me that one can do anything they wishes to do with me is having sex with my mate."
"I do not believe that."
"Should we test that then?"
"On a normal day, you won't say this to me, it's because of the full moon, right?"
"You are right, I won't," he said and his words hurt Vala, she closed her eyes so that she shouldn't stare into the eyes that was hurting her, but he wasn't done speaking. "Because I will be so busy studying your body, giving you pleasure, and satisfying my mate's needs. So you see, I won't have time to say those words to you. You are changing me Vala, this new growing feeling in me is because of you. You are now in my every thought."
Vala smiled. "Maybe one day you will realize that you love me and say that word to me."
"Yeah one day, but now, I want to kiss you again," he said and he kissed.

Opening the door of her apartment, she was surprised when she saw Zelik.
Thank goodness Ruthless who has been clingy to her all day didn't come home with her or did he know Zelik was here....waiting for her?
She greeted him. "Seriously speaking, you don't enter the house of a person without the permission of the owner. Just because you gave me a house to stay doesn't give you the right to barge in as you like uninvited," she said in anger.
Ignoring that, Zelik nose crunch slightly. "You smell like him like you allowed him really close."
"Isn't that the point and plan of me finding out his weakness."
"I hope his closeness was worth it, did he tell you?"
"Yes, he told me his weakness."
"And what could it be?"
"Sorry, but a mate isn't supposed to spill out what was discussed in secret. I can't tell you."
"Meaning?"
"Meaning that your plan to know Ruthless weakness won't work. Go and tell your Lord Daniel I said so."
"What about your parents? Don't you want to see them set free? Don't you want to see them again?"
"Don't blackmail me with that Zelik, I am spilling the beans out to Ruthless when next we see and he will help me."
"Lord Daniel won't take it lightly with you Vala, you are his."
"I wash my hands and body off this plan of yours, tell your Lord Daniel that I am in love with Ruthless and if he is man enough, he should release himself."
