The Beginning (Part 12)
His Mate (Part B):
Vala smiled looking at the window and Nilela saw himself walking closer to her, he stopped three feet away from her.
"You know, you look more beautiful when you smile."
"Who are you?" Vala asked with a little frown bringing her gaze back to him.
"My name is Nilela, you?"
"Vala."
"Vala." he repeated after her and Vala found herself loving how he said her name. "Vala," he said again and Vala couldn't stop the smile from showing. The way he had said her name made it look as if he was making love with it.
"Haven't you heard a girl with that name before?" she teased him, moving out of the window and putting some space between them.
His strong scent was overwhelming her and any moment from now her wolf will take over and she doesn't want that to happen, she trusts herself, but not her wolf. She could control herself but can't control her wolf.
"You feel that, don't you?" Nilela question halts her. "You feel the pull between us, right?" he asked again, closing the distance between them and this time around, place his hands on her waist and she allowed him too. "Vala." he whispered and Vala shivered, not out of fright, he pressed her body against his, "Your wolf wants me, I can smell it and do you want to know a secret? I want you too, I want to possess your body, mind and soul my beautiful Vala."
Vala shuddered when he said that, she rested her head on his stomach and was breathing very fast.
"Stop and give me space," Vala said breathlessly and Nilela obeyed her.
He gave some space between them surprising Vala who turned around to face him.
"You stopped when I ask you to, why?"
"I won't do anything to hurt you, my Mate." Nilela said and briefly closed his eyes before opening it. "He will soon be here, why are you in the palace with my cousin?"
Vala knew who he was referring too, but he couldn't tell him the truth of her reason being here. She was a thief and she didn't want him to know that, that would make him think less of her.
"I have to do something for him so that is why I am here."
"Are you sure?" Nilela asked with raised brows.
"Yes,"
"Well, if you say so."
Daniel entered the room livid with anger. "How dare you!" he asked.
"Inform your mother that there is a contest coming soon, very soon, and that if she or you wants to sit on this throne, then either you or her will fight the whole King's of the supernatural kingdoms and if eventually you or her wins, I said if, then you become the ruler of the entire kingdom except the Kingdom of Angels."
"What?" Daniel's anger faded a little,he was confused a bit but when he heard what Nilela had said, his anger return. "You are not serious."
"The contest is for those who wish to become the Grand King of all. Zeus will come and inform you and your mother, I am just giving you a tip." Nilela told him ignoring his ranting.
"I am the King of the Nilela kingdom and no one is taking that away from me."
"Then prove that instead of making unnecessary mouth Daniel. That's the reason why I am here and also you should know that Vala is mine," Nilela said and with a quick reflex kissed Vala on her forehead and jumped out of the window, flying away.
Daniel growled in anger as he stared at the window wishing for the tenth time he had wings, he could have chased Nilela.
"Why didn't you dodged his kiss?"
"Don't put your anger on me and besides I am here only because of our deal. You don't own me and he can kiss me wherever he wants to. in case you haven't noticed, we are Mate. I Am His MATE!"
"Go and have your bath again." Daniel ordered. His head repeat the word 'Mate'. No she doesn't belong to anyone but him.
"No I just finished my bath, it seems you now have a memory loss since he fling you out of the window," Vala said, getting angrier by the minute. "I don't have time for your nonsense, I am hungry so please and please, don't tell me to clean my mate scent off my body." After saying that, she left the room, going to find Mary.
Daniel left his room and walked towards the throne room, opening the door, he saw his two personal guards waiting for him.
"We followed her down to her village, she was telling the truth, she has a lot of brothers, I think she is the only girl her mother has."
Daniel didn't say a word, he began pacing around and stopped when he knew what to do.
"Change of plans, take some guards with you and go to her village and kill every single of them, leave one of her siblings alive, he will be the one to tell Vala, Nilela destroyed their village."
"Do you think she will believe that my King? We don't have any evidence against Nilela."
"That's why we need one of her siblings. We are going to beat him and threaten him to lie that Nilela attacked their Village."
