Love Whisper

A heavy voice made Lavelle gasp as she walked around the carp pond in the mini-park while looking at several expensive cars parked in a spacious parking lot covered with expensive marble floors. Lavelle was stunned when she saw Theophile walking towards her with such a confident footstep as he flashed a dazzling smile.

“Hi, sweetie. What are you doing? It seems like you are busy,” Theophile said when he had just arrived in front of Lavelle, who was now suddenly awkward.

“I... I....”

“Why do you look so nervous, sweetie? Are you sick? Why are your eyes so swollen? Are you crying? Who hurt you?” Theophile bombarded Lavelle with many questions.

Lavelle could only be silent and lower his head.

Theophile looked up at Lavelle’s face for the girl to look at him. “Answer my question, sweetie.”

“I’m fine, Theo. There’s no need to overdo it like that,” Lavelle said later.

“Did Martian hurt you again?” guessed Theophile.

“No, I just ... miss my mom,” Lavelle replied awkwardly.

Theophile let out a deep sigh. “Do you want to meet your Mommy?”

“Um ... if you allow, of course, I want to, Theo,” Lavelle replied.

“Alright, I’ll arrange it later.” Theophile nodded understandingly, then stroked the top of Lavelle’s head. “Don’t cry, sweetheart. I’ll draw up a plan to take you home and meet your mommy after the main meeting.”

“Really?” Lavelle made sure.

“I promise. Oh yes, what are you doing here?” asked Theophile, immediately turning to the subject.

“I just saw the flowers around here, is your meeting over?” Lavelle asked back calmly, her eyes spinning to distract from the negative thoughts that kept wailing when Theophile was right in front of her.

“Did you have a good lunch? How does the dish taste?” asked Theophile, “Jessica told me that you wanted to meet me after the meeting. Did I worry you because I wasn’t there when you woke up?”

“The taste of the dish is good, and I like it, and umh ... I really want to ask you something if you don’t mind,” Lavelle mumbled.

“Do you want to ask me what happened to us last night?” Theophile guessed with a cute expression that couldn’t be hidden.

“Um... absolutely,” Lavelle replied as she played her fingers a little awkwardly.

“What do you think?” asked Theophile with a mysterious smile. “We love each other, don’t we?”

Instantly Lavelle’s face blushed. It was realized by Theophile, who immediately laughed crisply. Lavelle pouted her lips, then turned her attention to some maids who were already preparing to clean the royal area covered by dried leaves.

“I didn’t think you always thought that way,” Theophile said.

“Actually, I don’t think anything. I just want to make sure you don’t do something like that to me,” Lavelle replied ambiguously.

“Really? I think you’ve always thought that way. I don’t even like being too rash, let alone seeing the shadow of a little child who fell asleep soundly when you were drunk and ploughed into my bed.”

“After all, who told you to take me to your room? It’s not my fault,” complained Lavelle, “You freak vampire.”

“I’m sorry. I left you because you slept well. I was discussing something with my brother. Soon we will have a meeting in the glass building near the lake, and later I will invite you.” Theophile pinched Lavelle’s blushing cheeks.

“Did I hear wrong? Are you kidding me? How could you be willing to invite me to such an important meeting?” Lavelle raised her eyebrows after brushing off Theophile’s arm.

Theophile chuckles, showing two cute fangs sticking out. “Of course, because you are the owner of my heart.”

Lavelle sighed in annoyance, immediately patting Theophile’s arm lightly. “Don’t joke all the time, Theophile.”

“I’m not kidding, sweetheart. I’m serious. I’m going to introduce you to everyone as my mate,” Theophile said then, with a smile full of mystery.

“Theophile, please don’t make me think any harder. Please explain why you want to take me to your room. Why don’t you take me to my own room?” Finally, the question came out of Lavelle’s mouth.

“I didn’t do anything. I just stayed awake until morning to see your beautiful face while you were fast asleep. Besides, I feel so disrespectful when I take you the already drunk into your own room. Daniela is asleep, and this makes me a little reluctant,” explained Theophile, “And the point is I didn’t tarnish you one bit.”

“Um … why don’t you try to wake me up and have a maid prepare another bed? You can try to wake me up.” Lavelle bit her lower lip, feeling a little embarrassed for looking so perverted.

But isn’t it natural for a geeky girl like Lavelle to worry about such a thing? And maybe she would feel a little surprised when she regretted it. A moment later, Theophile flicked Lavelle’s forehead in annoyance and then pinched her cheeks, causing both cheeks to turn blushing in an instant.

“You are so cute when you are emotional like that. You are adorable as a baby paimon.” Theophile mocked with a chuckle.

“I should be the one to talk like that. You are also so cute when you feel guilty. By the way, when you were little, you looked chubbier than me, really chubby and with glasses,” Lavelle replied, not wanting to budge.

Theophile took some water, then splashed it at Lavelle, who was still trying to mock him. After Lavelle is sprayed by the water of the fish pond, Theophile sticks out his tongue, mocking Lavelle, who is getting angrier and angrier at Theophile. Then Theophile accidentally pulls the bandana that Lavelle is wearing. They chase each other around the goldfish pond with occasional shouts of annoyance at each other.

Lavelle always failed when she tried to reach the hem of the shirt Theophile was wearing that afternoon. In fact, she sometimes wanted to fall because she tripped or slipped because the grass there had just been watered with fertilizer by the gardener.

“Ah, are you all right, sweetie? Are you exhausted? How about we go back inside and have a fruit salad and some other delicious food?” asked Theophile as he looked at Lavelle, who had given up and was gasping for air.

Lavelle was still trying to catch her breath when Theophile came to her with a look of desperation on his face. Lavelle gripped the hem of Theophile’s shirt so tightly that the man was a little worried if there was a serious problem with Lavelle’s health.

“Honey, are you all right? Are you breathless? Are you short of breath?” asked Theophile so worriedly.

“You really are a crazy vampire with no heart. You almost killed me from suffocation,” cursed Lavelle.

“Honey, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you breathless, and I just wanted to try to make you less sad, that’s all. Umh … what if I tell Mark to send a maid to fetch Doctor Charlotte?” asked Theophile then.

Lavelle sighed with a bit of exhaustion. “I don’t think it’s necessary. I just need a lot of drinking water to clear my barren-like throat.”

“Alright, come into my arms. I’ll take you inside.” Theophile sat across from Lavelle, gesturing for the girl to quickly climb into his arms.

Lavelle wanted to refuse Theophile’s offer. However, her throat was too dry to walk alone back to the kingdom because the distance from the garden was the same as the road to her house from the highway, about two hundred meters. It was exhausting, and it was a fact that bothered her so much every time she walked. She didn’t like walking far enough that her shins would hurt and swell.

“Don’t forget to hold on to my shoulders, so you don’t fall.”

Johnny was stunned when Theophile put Lavelle down on the living room sofa. Several other siblings seemed surprised by the arrival of two lovebirds who were drunk in love. It didn’t take long for Theophile to call Jessica over to ask a maid to prepare Lavelle’s favorite fruit salad with a generous amount of grated cheese, a bowl of ice cream flavored matcha, and other snacks to pamper Lavelle.

“I don’t know what happened to the two of you until all of a sudden you asked Jessica to bring a lot of dishes,” Johnny said later.

“A little pampering your lover is not something strange, is not it?” Tristan, who was busy reading a book, replied to Johnny’s words a few seconds later.

“Yeah, I think that Lavelle deserves that since she seems exhausted because of me,” Theophile muttered later.

Johnny furrowed his brows slowly. “What are you guys doing at sunset like this? Running around like you were in a fairy tale?”

“We were just discussing a fairly important little thing. I’ll discuss this with you two later,” Theophile replied.

“About what things are you going to talk to us about, hm?” Tristan asked then.

“Umh… I’ll talk to you about it later, I’ll tell you later. You don’t need to rush,” Theophile said later.

“Oh my… how could we not be curious? By the way, why do your ankles look a little swollen, Lavelle?” Johnny asked, then looked at Lavelle’s ankle, which seemed to be swollen.

Lavelle shook her head, not knowing what had happened to her feet at that time. Meanwhile, Theophile immediately crouched down in front of Lavelle to look at the girl’s swollen ankles.

“I think it’s because of Lavelle’s sprain that hasn’t healed and has finally swelled up again because Lavelle used it too soon,” Theophile replied, “I’ll contact Doctor Charlotte to inject the purple cabbage essence into it.”

“It’s better if you ask Sophie or Mark to call Doctor Charlotte at this time because you will understand that Doctor Charlotte has had a lot of patients these days,” suggested Tristan.

“Sounds a bit exaggerated actually it’s not a serious injury,” Lavelle whispered, feeling uneasy.

“What do you mean it’s not a serious wound?” asked Theophile later, “Look at your swollen ankle, and it’s bound to get worse if it’s not treated properly.”

“It’s just a small blister that even I can treat myself. Don’t worry about me. You are so embarrassing.” Lavelle looked secretive and pulled her feet away from Theophile’s sight.

Theophile took a deep breath and immediately looked into the two cute girls’ eyes, slightly annoyed by Lavelle’s stubborn nature, but couldn’t shake off that one trait.

“Let’s make a deal. If you want me to drive you home, you must follow my orders to treat your swollen ankle,” Theophile said later.

“Theophile… you….”

“I’m not kidding, sweetie. Let’s make a deal about our very complicated relationship. I will grant you what you most desire, and you must obey my orders,” Theophile said, standing up, then shoving his hands in his pockets.

“But not-”

“Look at your younger brother, Johnny. He’s a little more overprotective of me. He is even a little pushy like that,” Tristan whispered a little, then teased Theophile a little.

Tristan knew very well that Lavelle was such a special girl to Theophile that his younger brother had to force Lavelle to obey his orders so that the girl would be treated by Doctor Charlotte. Meanwhile, many of Theophile’s brothers didn’t know Lavelle thoroughly because they came when Lavelle was still fast asleep, and they left for the meeting immediately.

“Alright, I agree to this deal. After all, I never phobia on a syringe,” Lavelle complained, giving in and already clearly knew Theophile’s real game was so manipulative.

“That’s pleasing to hear, sweetie.” Theophile smiled faintly, then stroked the top of Lavelle’s head.

“For some reason, I feel like I’m watching a romance drama that is really familiar,” Johnny said sarcastically, and then took a cup of lemon mint tea served with a few biscuits with the aroma of pandan. “You guys are so perfect for just being a pair of soul mates in a different world.”

“I also thought that way, and I thought that of the many people who showed affection in front of me. They’re the craziest,” said Tristan, half laughing, and then stood up. “I’m going upstairs now. If you don’t mind, I’ll call Doctor Charlotte for you two.”

“Thank you, Tris. That helps a lot,” Theophile replied.

“Of course, see you later.” Tristan went with some of his reading books.

Shortly after, Jessica came with a food trolley so politely and gracefully that she put all the food on the table and smiled kindly.

“Is there anything you want more, Young Master?” Jessica asked.

“It’s all complete, and I’m so satisfied when you do your job without any flaws, Jess. But, you should have asked Lavelle that,” Theophile replied.

Jessica looked down. “Ah, I’m sorry Young Master… I forgot that this was a request from Mrs. Blanc.”

Lavelle sighed and elbowed Theophile’s bicep in embarrassment. “There’s actually nothing lacking… however, I need some drinking water.”

Jessica flies slowly to go to the mini kitchen, which is often used by her masters to cook for themselves. She gets a glass of cold drinking water for her master. Then, in just seconds, she had handed the glass of cold water to Lavelle.

“Thank you very much, Jessica,” Lavelle mumbled, who was now busy eating her fruit salad.

“With pleasure, Mrs. Blanc,” Jessica replied.

“Jessica, umh… later, Doctor Charlotte will come to treat Lavelle. Prepare some snacks to welcome Doctor Charlotte’s arrival.” Theophile again ordered Jessica to tell some of the chefs about such a magnificent job just to prepare a small dish.

Jessica immediately nodded and disappeared from before the three of them. While watching Lavelle busy with her meal, Theophile and Johnny looked into each other’s eyes and telecommunications with each other.

“What will you tell us?” asked Johnny.

“I want to bring Lavelle as my mate to the prominent meeting later, is that okay?” asked Theophile.

“It certainly doesn’t matter as long as the audience who come to the meeting don’t realize how fragrant your girl’s blood is,” Johnny replied with a grin.

“Huh ... sounds a difficult thing.”

Johnny chuckled. “Yes, maybe it will sound so complicated but, you understand, right? The blood that Lavelle has could have invited a question mark as to where Lavelle came from, and you need to know when Elder Jun knew this.”

“Gosh, but I have something you need to know,” Theophile said later on the same telecommunications network.

“What’s that?” asked Johnny.

“I want to take Lavelle home to meet with mom and her sister. Does that sound possible, and does it make sense? I’m so nervous to think about this,” Theophile now looks stiffer than ever.

“Oh, you want to socialize with humans anyway? That’s a great option, and you can visit some of your companies in Kensington City. The company is quite large and already has many employees. It is strange if the employees of garment companies and food production of such size never know the face of someone who has paid them,” Johnny replied wisely.

“But haven’t you ever been there to check in person?” asked Theophile later.

“You are the king of Neo Green Peace,” said Johnny firmly.

“Why did you two suddenly fall silent?” Lavelle’s spontaneous question cut off the telecommunications between the two vampires.
