Weird Explanation

The scent of roses emitted by an air purifier seemed to lighten the tense conditions in the room, Theophile still took a deep breath, trying to make up a story in his heart even though it took a little while he had to do it. it was so that Daniela wouldn’t get hysterical.

Daniela was still impatiently waiting for Theophile and Tristan’s explanation who was now in front of her. Daniela was very worried about Lavelle’s condition, she was injured everywhere and had an IV tube attached to the back of her hand.

“Actually, she fell while trying to visit a flower garden,” Theophile said.

“Fall? How could she possibly fall like that?” Daniela replied later.

Trista took a deep breath, then glanced at Theophile who seemed to have a hard time getting a good reason to lie from Daniela who seemed still very worried about Daniela. Tristan folded his arms across his chest and then said, “Maybe, because I think ... she tripped over and got tangled up in the very sharp spikes of vines and that’s why Theophile reached out to hold Lavelle up.”

“Garden or gorge? Are you lying? I can’t believe this at all,” Daniela muttered.

“Why don’t you believe it? I’m telling you the truth, Daniela.” Tristan confirmed.

“Oh my God, this is hard to believe. Then how about the condition after treatment?” asked Daniel.

“Try to calm down a bit… Doctor Charlotte said she would be fine in a week’s time. And maybe she’ll get better soon,” replied Theophile.

“Is that true? I’m afraid that something terrible will happen to Lavelle instead.”

“Don’t worry, we’ll make sure Lavelle gets well soon.” Theophile smiled very sincerely.

“I only wish the best for Lavelle’s recovery, because I just invited Lavelle’s mother and Liza here to just eat together.”

Theophile nodded in understanding. “I hope so too.”

“You’d better go to your room now to rest, you’ve traveled all the way from the city here, right?” Tristan quickly motioned for Daniela to go to her room as she looked a little weaker.

Daniela nodded, without waiting long she immediately went to her room upstairs, meanwhile Tristan cast a meaningful glance at Theophile who was sitting awkwardly.

“This is the first time I’ve hypnotized a human other than Clementine,” Tristan whispered.

“I don’t know, I just hope things get over quickly,” Theophile replied quickly, standing up and putting his hands in a pocket.

“You’ve done a good deed, I think it’s enough to protect Lavelle from the dangers of Euphorious,” Tristan said later.

“I’m still not quite satisfied with letting them still be alive. On the other hand, I can’t lie that I’m afraid she’s getting more and more indiscriminate and destroying all the facilities of our city,” said Theophile.

“I’m worried about that too, it can’t be helped. We must always be vigilant according to Elder Jun’s message.”

“Hm… then don’t you want to bring Clementine here? Accompanying Lavelle and Daniela?” replied Theophile.

“I haven’t contacted her because Clementine is busy with her new shop,” Tristan said.

“Oh I see, I will go to the room now. It’s time for Lavelle to take her medicine.”

“Go ahead, I’ll also take care of something a little important.”

“Aren’t you hungry? You just ate a few spoonfuls of the chicken porridge I made this morning, you should have lunch and then take the medicine Doctor Charlotte gave you.”

“Am I really that bad? I can’t move my wrist at all,” Lavelle said with sad eyes.

“Doctor Charlotte said that her wrist was severed and should be treated immediately, you should also get enough rest.”

Theophile fetched her a glass of water and a few packets of yellow and white pills, it was a five queen milligram dose of mefenafatic acid that Lavelle had to take to relieve the pain all over her body. Lavelle opened her mouth and received the medicine from Theophile, then half of the mineral water.

“You want to eat something? What kind of food does your mother often cook when you are sick?”

Lavelle cleared her throat. “I’m not sure, but… can you make me some special spiced chicken soup?”

Theophile smiled faintly. “Chicken soup? Sounds like a special menu, do you want extra tofu with meatball dough?”

“Or just make me some more porridge.”

“Why are you asking me to cook you porridge instead? I can make whatever you want.”

Lavelle accidentally touched Theophile’s right arm which was now wrapped with several rolls of thick gauze, Lavelle touched it like feeling the pain of a silver dagger from R Monster, Theophile grabbed Lavelle’s finger then kissed it slowly.

“What is it?”

“How do you tell Daniela the truth? My mother would be very worried if she heard me like this and she might hate you.”

“Hmm… I understand your concern right now, my sweetheart. Even without you telling me beforehand I just said that you fell because your foot was tripped by a spiked spike,” Theophile retorted.

Lavelle rolled her eyes feeling a little silly that Theophile’s words were completely nonsensical and would even sound a little stupid. “So what does she believe? Daniela is a bit stupid but, she—”

“Tristan hypnotized her on purpose, honey. I don’t know, I feel a little guilty about this but, it’s for the good of all of us.”

Lavelle sighed, then withdrew her own hand. Turning her gaze to the large window, saw sparrows and colorful butterflies flying freely as if they didn’t feel how complicated this world was, they were like cotton candy that had just been lifted from a spinning machine.

They danced following the path given by the wind, they flew soaring to feel the beauty of some of the flowers on the balcony of Lavelle’s room, occasionally perching on the branches of the pony tree that was there.

“I’ll ask Jessica to go make you a bowl of chicken soup with tofu meatballs and I’ll accompany you to wait here, please promise to keep taking your medicine regularly so you get better soon.”

“Theophile may I ask you something?” asked Lavelle.

“What?” replied Theophile without turning his head because she was lighting an aromatherapy candle.

“How did you know that I was being held there?” asked Lavelle with her innocent face.

“Hm… why do you want to know?”

“Because I want to get a satisfactory answer, don’t you love me? If you love me you should have made me get those satisfying answers.”

“Hm... I’ll answer it, but not now because you shouldn’t think too much to recover quickly, the more thoughts you have the longer it will take for your body to recover.”
