As the front tires of the jet landed in California; Tyler’s cold blood felt as if it was boiling, he wanted to kill the person who wanted to vanish his existence, what else reason a person could have?
He was out the second the announcement of the plan landed was heard by him; his speed was faster than a sports car, if it was not for the humans around the airport, he would have shown the vampire speed.
James followed him to the car; actually he jogged behind Tyler; he was afraid Tyler will lose his control and show his actual self in front of all these people.
But thankfully none of that happened.
“ Let me drive, I do not want to get into an accident , “ James said as he held the door of the car.
“ As if it matters, like we can die, “ Tyler’s words were bitter like a bitter-god.
“ I know, not even when we want to, “ James murmured under his breath.
Tyler felt guilty when he realized what James meant by saying that.
“ James it has been 7 years, “ Tyler tried to reason out but deep down he knew what answer he was going to receive.
“ the pain is still as fresh as it was 7 years ago, Ty, the pain feels like it happened just yesterday, “ Tyler was silent after that but he knows how broken James was when he was told his beloved had already died.
The pain of not having a beloved is well felt by him; he knows because he have not found his beloved till now.
“ maybe a second chance? James? “ Tyler was trying hard to give James hope.
I wish I could tell you Tyler, My beloved left me on her own, she took her own life, it was all my fault, I am to be blamed no one else.
The car ride was silent; Tyler and James reached the place where the prisoner was.
Tyler’s clenched his fist as he sat on the king’s place.
“ welcome Vampire king, “ Tyler kept his quiet as every other Vampire came in front of him.
“ who is it? “ Tyler asked.
“ A weak Vampire—“ Tyler did not let him speak as he showed his hand to the person who was telling him the information.
“ I do not want to know anything else, torture it for 3 days, I’ll kill him myself the day he will beg for death, “ Tyler’s voice was a threat itself.
No body dared to tell him it was not a him but a her, no-body dared to tell him anything about the girl who tried to steal the resistance stone, he gave his words to them and now the Vampires were bound to follow Tyler’s orders.

The girl looked up when she heard footsteps echo in the empty place, it was terrifying but all she could do was crawl back and shiver out of the coldness that was slowly freezing her mind and organs.
“ you, get up, “ The chilly voice was making her shiver more; she looked up to see the person’s lips moving.
The cold was killing her enough; her mind could not make up the words the person was saying.
“ Get up, “ the vampire was afraid if there will be any delay in punishing her then they will bear the punishment which is supposed to be bear by her.
He opened the cold ice gates and Zia looked at him shocked to even move.
The cold burns on her skin were making it difficult; “ get the fuck up! “ the person yelled and held Zia’s hand in a burnishing tight grip.
Not giving her a chance to even compose herself; she was dragged out her feet were getting rubbed against the floor enough to pull off her skin.
The jeans she was wearing was already torn from her legs till she was dragged to a point.
She could not even open her eyes; her tears rolled down her cheeks as she tried to stop herself from sobbing.
I need to escape this.
She opened her eyes; She was torn in a warmer place; sooner she realized it is the place where breads are baked in large quantities.
“ Have fun begging for death here, “ the person who had dragged her there said to her before he closed the door.
For a second she was scared because her sense were not working.
On the other hand Tyler reached the place she was locked at; “ Vampire King, you here, “ The person said who had pushed Zia in the hot bakery.
“ Needed to see who dared to steal against the Vampire King, “ Tyler answer. The person gulped, he knew hot place for Vampires were a curse.
Tyler was about to go to the door when the voice behind him stopped his movement.
“ Vampire King, the button of burner is already pressed; just in a few moments time, this place will start to burn itself, we need to get away from here in the next 50 seconds, “ The person said to Tyler.
Tyler’s heart was beating fast; he wanted to open the door, he wanted to see the person so bad; it was not the first time someone had tried to deceive him for resistance stone but before it was always used to a human who get to know about the secrets of Vampire world and now wanted the place of king for a mortal or wanted to be in power.
But never before it was a Vampire against him; the thought itself was enough to send him to search the person and dug the grave of it who dared to steal it from him.
“ Okay, “ Tyler said with a nod before he walked off; before being out of the reach of heat; Tyler looked back at the closed door of burning area.
A sick smile made its way to his lips as his eyes changed the color into red; “ Happy begging for death, “ He said loud enough for himself to hear.
Soon the place was burning and a distant scream made its way to his ears but he pushed the thought into the back of his head.
