Chapter 16: I don't need your opinion

***Nala's P.O.V

"Nala did your mate rape you?" Blair again inquired me as she shook my body eager to know.

"No, he didn't," I finally answered.

"Thank the moon goddess," Blair said relieved, and brought my head back to her shoulder. She hugged me tightly in her arms.

I soon stopped crying and slowly moved away from her, staring at the wall of her room sadly.

"I'm sorry what had happened to you Nala," Blair apologized.

I nodded.

"Knowing you, it must have been a terrifying experience for you."

I again nodded and lowered my head.

"I thought you didn't find your one true mate as yet though," Blair said surprisingly. I never told her anything about my life but the horrible land I use to dwell in, only Dr. Annie knew almost everything about me.

"He's not my one true mate anymore," I answered her gravely. "I rejected him."

"So, is that why he stripped you of your clothes and held you down, wanting you to be his again?" Blair inquired me.

"He didn't strip me naked; I was coming from the bathroom when he held me down and I don't want to talk about this anymore," I told Blair.

"I'm here for you Nala, you can talk to me," Blair said to me supportably.

I didn't answer her I just remained to stare at the wall before me, melancholy.

Blair hissed her teeth and got up angrily.

"I don't understand why you're so stubborn when people are trying to reach out to you," Blair complained. "I'm trying to help you talk about what had happened to you, instead of keeping it bundle up inside," Blair remained to complain. "I'm just trying to be here for you Nala."

Before Blair began to exit the room, I turned around and stopped her.

"The wolf who tried to hold me down in my room is the alpha of Burnesfield," I told her.

Immediately Blair turned around, stunned at what I had said.

"You're a Luna!" she said surprisingly.

"I'll never be his Luna," my head returned to the wall, angrily.

"You're like royal," Blair said shockingly as she returned beside me, sitting close to me.

"I'm not royal, I'm just a normal wolf like you," I disagreed with every word that came from her mouth. There were silence within the room for a minute, shortly it was broken by Blair's numerous questions.

"So, what had happened between you and the alpha?" she inquired me. "What had cause you to give up on him, for any she-wolves here would die to have an alpha mate."

I sigh sadly before I answered her. "His evil father tried to kill my family for he thought I wasn't good enough for his son, but my mom was only the lucky one to escape from him with me."

"I'm so sorry," Blair apologized.

I nodded sadly.

"Did the alpha's son rejected you back there as well?" Blair inquired me, curiously.

I shook my head, telling her no.

"As I got older my mom and I had to return to the land for she was hurt and while doing so I met my alpha mate, but he didn't know I was his mate, for his father lied to him that I was dead and paid a she-wolf he was with to be his fake second chance mate, his Luna."

"That's so sad," Blair said.

"When I met the alpha, he taught his feeling for me was wrong for he was clueless that we were mates and so he forced me to be his secretary and would hurt me. He later stopped, hating what he was doing to me but when his father discovered that my mom was in his land, he helped his dad threw us into jail and he made my mom died when I begged him to let a doctor see her."

I began to cry.

"I'm sorry," Blair apologized as she hugged me.

"Is that why you rejected him when he found out that you were his mate?" Blair inquired me.

"Yes," I answered her sadly. "He was petrified when I told him that I was his mate and end up finding out his life with his Luna was a lie and his father was a liar, but in the end, it was too late to forgive him for all the bullshit he had put me throw now that my mom was dead. In the end I rejected him and was brought here by Dr. Annie, cousin."

"Did he punish his father for what he did?" Blair again inquired me.

"He killed him," I told her. "Not that I care at what he did, I'd only be happy if he too did the same to himself."

"Nala," Blair called my name surprisingly. I looked at her.

"I understand all the hatred you have for him but hearing this story your mate seems to be as innocent as you because he was brainwash by his father," Blair told me.

I moved away from her hating what she had said.

"He's not, he's evil just like his dad," I disagreed with her.

"I mean what he did in the end, killing his father for you says that he truly does loves you, Nala," Blair tried to persuade me in forgiving him.

"I'm tired, I need to sleep," I lied to her. I lay down and close my eyes. Blair got off the bed as I did, and I heard her footsteps leaving the room. I was happy she was leaving. What she was saying to me was complete bullshit. If she was ever once in my position, she would never take Alpha Anton back as well.

"I know you don't want to sleep now Nala you just don't want to hear what I have to say," I heard Blair behind me. "But if you should think about him without any hate within your heart, you'll see that he is innocent, and you need to forgive him. My eyes rolled and my lips pouted annoyed by her, wishing she could just leave now. Who was I to listen to her when she's nothing but a whoring wolf just like her cousin. I'm sure if alpha Anton was here now and she could get a chance with him she would take it. Bitch, I said angrily within my mind. Finally, she left the room giving me peace.

"I'll never forgive him," I said out loud angrily as I roll onto my back and began to stare at the ceiling of the room. "Alpha Anton doesn't deserve my forgiveness."
