The Mafia leader

I apologized to Clara when we got to my room, trying to convince her that what happened in her room wasn't a big deal and it was all my fault. I didn't want her to see me as a pervert, so it was the right thing to do else she is going to get uncomfortable around me. The rest of the day ran very fast, I and Clara woke up very late for school, but we still went all thanks to Clara who convinced and threatened me at the same time.

Even after preparing for school, I had a strong urge not to go but my urges were nothing compared to Clara's threats. She threatened never to stay in my room again if I failed to go to school with her, it was indeed a great threat to me. Clara and I went together in my car, but on getting to school she suddenly requested to get off in order to avoid being seen together with me, I refused but she insisted and there was nothing I could do since it was her choice. While driving into the school, some students were being punished for their late coming but I wasn't stopped neither was I punished. After parking my car, I walked down to the school gate to get Clara because she was going to get punished for coming late.

" Stand up" I told Clara. She was kneeling on the floor with some other students while the teacher shared some task in which they were to do to serve as their punishment for coming late. Clara looked up and me and shook her head, refusing to stand up instead her eyes were fixed on the teacher who looked surprised, probably wondering who I was talking to. " You had better tell my girl to stand up from there or have yourself to blame later" All the student were shocked, they all pulled up different reactions and facial expressions. Clara was clearly embarrassed, instead of happy. The teacher immediately order all the student to go to their various classes and forget about the punishment.

Clara bursted out in laughter as we walked to class together. Murmurs came from student as we passed by, which I least cared about. But at the same time, I wondered when Royal height school started punishing students for late coming, it is something that has never happened.

"Thank you" Clara managed to say looking downwards, she was clearly dying from embarrassment probably because I called her my girl in the presence of those students and the teacher. I actually liked the way she was looking, it was so pleasing to watch. News about me calling Clara my girl has gotten to the class, even before we entered the student were already shouting, saying all sort of rubbish that could come out from their mouths. Clara raised her head up and looked at me while we sat on the chair, with the way she looked at me, it was obvious that she wished she could disappear or run away, far from me and these classmate of ours. Well she has herself to blame because I suggested that we shouldn't come to school but she refused.

"They can't possibly be dating, for all I know the slot is just satisfying his sexual desire just because of money" Jane, the popular girl in the school said aloud. Clara looked angry but tried to keep calm and ignore. "Obviously what were you thinking? But I can't believe she is doing this because of money knowing full well the type of person Leo is, she is heartless just like him." Another girl behind us said, laughing with her friends in a mocking manner. I had been trying to control myself because of Clara and now these animals are just pushing me to the wall, it was so frustrating. Clara got up to leave but I stopped her, things will only get worst for her if she doesn't stay beside me. "The fact she knows he is a murderer and still"

"Shut up! Else I will be happy to give you a slow, painful death" I shouted, not wanting her to complete her sentence. All these just made me realize that I have been too gentle with them. Clara was already at alert and was curious to know what she was talking about. I wished silently for her not to ask questions, but my wish didn't come true. " What do you mean by Leo is a muderer, how dare you accuse my boyfriend of being a murderer, I would tolerate anything from you but don't ever call my love a murderer" I look up at Clara, it was surprisingly how she was defending me, the pleasing part was when she called me her love, a smile curled up on my cheek but it didn't last long, what I feared the most was about to happen.

"Oh please shut up Clara, why are you defending him? You are acting like you don't know your boyfriend is a murderer, why do you think everyone is afraid of him?" Jane shouted. Where are these people getting their courage from, if only I hadn't been too easy with them, but Clara made me like this. I saw Clara lips quiver while she tried to speak to me but words weren't able to come out and tears threatened to drop from her eyes.

"Oh the poor thing is about to cry, she is in shock" The school bully, Donald shouted in a mocking manner. It was surprising how the guys also joined the girls in this madness. " No she is just acting, how would she not know that Leo is the Leader of Black dragon, one of the popular and notorious mafia leader here in Italy" Clara screamed all of a sudden and turned to face me, she had a terrifying look on her face as tears rolled down her cheeks, she needed answers and hope that they were all lying but what could I say.

Clara looked devastated, disappointed and scared at the same time, she had been in shock since the girl mentioned that I was a Mafia leader, she stood on a spot with her eyes fixed on me. The teacher entered and sensed what was going on so he left without asking questions. Clara wanted to talk but she couldn't, words couldn't come out from her mouth instead more tears did. I tried moving close to her but she shifted and pushed me away from her.

"I didn't mean to hide it from you, you were going to find out sooner or later. I just didn't know how to tell you, moreover I knew you were going to leave me if you find out. I was scared Clara and I am now, so please just give me a chance to explain myself please. I begged Clara and the class began to murmur again, this isn't the Leo they know. "What has love done to me" I exclaimed with my eyes full of rage as I stared at each of them, they could tell the meaning of my looks. I will definitely make them pay for these with their lives or any of their love ones if Clara leaves me. They all looked scared now and began to leave the class one after the other till it was remaining only Jack who was sitting on his chair, looking at a book placed in front of him with his ears block with a earpiece.

"Listen to me carefully, I don't want to ever have anything to do with you. Don't you dare come after me now and forever! I can't believe I have been living with a murderer. My boyfriend is a heartless monster? I fell in love with a Mafia leader? This is outrageous!" Clara screamed and threw her books on the floor. She pushed me away from her forcefully and walked away, heading towards the door but I stopped her.

" You wouldn't dare to leave me! The moment you step out of this school, go to my house immediately. I mustn't look for you, remember you are still my maid. One more thing, if you dare to leave my house, or even run away thinking I won't find you, I will. If you disobey me, consider your mum and your sister dead, I will kill them. Go and find out more about me, you would know I don't joke with what is mine and you are mine Clara, mine forever and I will do anything to keep you by my side forever. I will kill anything and anyone that tries to stop me."I let go of Clara's arms which I had been holding tightly, also hurting her but at that moment, I didn't mind.

All I needed was for her to understand my message and know that I wasn't joking. Clara ran out of the class terrified. I had succeeded in instilling fear in her, that way she wouldn't think of leaving me and I will have time to explain things to her. Jack suddenly got up from where he had been sitting and watching silently, he was heading to the door obviously to help Clara as usual.

"What are you doing Leo, why are you traumatizing this poor girl you claim to love, is this how you treat"

"Shut up or I will kill you too, you don't know half of it Jack" I pushed Jack and left the class, pushing anything and anyone on my way not minding if they get broken, spoilt, injured or even dead.
