Chapter 60 - Claimed (Part 2)

The drive back to Kai's apartment felt like it was painfully slow and quiet. Kai kept his hand on Adalyn’s thigh as he steered in his car in to an underground garage for the apartment block.

"You have a place here?" Adalyn asked.

"I do." Kai replied quietly.

Kai still hadn't said anything about what had happened back at the palace, but given what they were there for, she didn't want to ruin the mood by bringing it up now.

Kai parked the car and came around to her side to let her out. He opened the door and took her out-stretched hand. Adalyn still hadn't yet had a chance to change out of the outfit that she had worn to the club but she had at least removed all of her heavy makeup before Kai arrived.

She was all legs as she stepped out of the car and Kai took in the view appreciatively.

"Come with me..." Kai led her in to the elevator in the basement. He put in a key in to the slot by the keypad and the door slowly closed. As soon as the lift started to go up Kai was on her. He kissed her aggressively and started rolling up her skirt to get a better feel of her ass.

She had barely stepped out of the lift when Kai swiftly picked her up. Adalyn wrapped her legs around his waist. "The apartment tour is going to have to wait until later." Kai growled in to her neck and squeezed her ass.
