Psychopath Ben

"Grey. I hope we will meet soon." Jessica hugged Grey and drove her car out of his mansion. Grey giggled gazing at the car.

"God!!! you are great!!!" screamed Grey, stretching his hands in the air. Being satisfied by Jessica's visit, Grey walked cheerfully to his bedroom.

"Madam… Don't you think something is fishy about Young Master's behaviour?" Ben mumbled to Daisy, who was watching her son's happiness with a smile.

"Of course. He looks happy. Ben… Find out more about Jessica and her niece," ordered Daisy and walked into her bedroom.

"Luka… My boy, the devil is coming to you," Ben smirked and walked to the outhouse.

Entering Luka's bedroom, Ben smirked. Luka, who was in deep sleep and unaware of his dad's plan, woke up when Ben patted his shoulder.

"Dad, what's your problem?" "Let me sleep," he said, turning to continue his sleep. But he wasn't able to move. Being conscious of his sleep, he gazed at his hands and legs, which were tied up to the bed.

"What the hell is this, dad?" Untie me…" Luka struggled to untie his hands but nothing helped him.

"Son… calm down … You can't untie it. If you give me the answer to what I want, I will leave you. Or else you will be here like this for the whole night." Ben threatened his son. Immediately Luka alerted himself.

"What you wanted to know?" Luka stared at Ben.

"Who is Young Master's girlfriend?" Ben asked calmly. Luka was shocked, yet he smirked inwardly.

"No… I won't tell you." Said Luka and turned his head away.

"Are you sure?" Ben raised his brows. Noticing Luka's silence, Ben lowered his head towards Luka.

"Okay. If you are not willing to tell me it's okay, Have a good night's sleep with some of your friends then." Ben said as he raised a glass jar in his hands. Luka was stunned to see a bottle full of little white rats.

"Dad… I am… afraid… of rats… take it away." Luka gulped, noticing the rats. He tried to remove the rope from his hands.

"Why should I? You won't speak about anything, then why should I need a son like you? I think you are a waste." Ben glared at Luka.

"Dad… I am your son. Don't you feel guilty for hurting your son?" Luka tried to convince his dad. But… Ben tried to open the box.

"Don't open it." Luka cried immediately. But Ben didn't listen to him. He opened the jar.

"Sir… he doesn't have a girlfriend... I just tricked you, dad." Immediately Luka yelled out.

"Then where did he go today? He was missing for nearly six to seven hours." Ben held the lid.

"Dad… that…" Luka stammered.

"Luka… Don't tell me you don't know." Ben warned Luka, gazing at the glass jar.

"Dad, he didn't inform me. But he was at Blue Moon's Cafe the whole day." Luka said.

"Why?" Ben narrowed his brows.

"Dad… I don't know, but he was looking for a girl's profile for the last two days. She owns that cafe. That's what I know." Luka mumbled while gazing at the rats, which were ready to pounce on him.

"You mean he is looking for Ms Knight?" asked Ben in shock. Immediately, Luka nodded his head.

"That's all I know, Dad… Leave me," tears started to stream from Luka's eyes.

"I believe you told me the truth. If I found out that it was a lie, Then I will feed you to these rats." Ben extended the jar to Luka. Immediately, Luka screamed out in fear.

"Don't shout," Ben released Luka. Luka gazed at his hands, which were red.

"Dad, tell me the truth… Am I your son?" Luka scowled at Ben.

"I too doubt that. You don't have any qualities of me. I will ask about this when I see your mom." Ben smirked and walked out, taking the jar with him. Luka stood stunned, listening to Ben.

"He sounded like a psychopath? Doesn't he know Mom died years ago?" Luka murmured. Luka cursed himself for being the son of a dad who didn't even think before trying to hurt his son.

"Thank God… That beast went off. Luka, you must be careful in the future." Warning himself, Luka drifted back to sleep.

Meanwhile, Jessica parked her car on the porch and walked to the elevator. She opened the door using her fingerprints. By entering, she noted that the whole house was dark.

"Didn't Laura arrive yet?" Jessica murmured and switched on the light. Immediately she backed up her steps, noticing Laura standing right in front of her with red eyes.

"Why are you late?" Laura stared into Jessica's eyes. But noticing Laura was going to read her mind, suddenly Jessica sealed her thoughts.

"I just went to the cliff top." Jessica moved away.

"Ahh… I didn't see you at the cafe today. Why?" Laura questioned Jessica.

"I just took a day off. and went to the cliff top. That's it." Jessica headed to the refrigerator and picked up the water bottle from there. She gulped it.

"Why are you sweating?" Laura peered at Jessica.

"Nothing… I am tired. Let me take some rest." Jessica hurried into her room and closed the door. Immediately, she let out a relieved sigh.

"No… Something is fishy," murmured Laura and walked to her room. Laying on the bed, her thoughts were engulfed by Grey. A light smile appeared as she remembered him asking her to be his girlfriend. He didn't even hesitate to get married, which surprised her.

But soon the smile vanished from her lips as she remembered Jessica's words. Laura walked towards her closet and took out the locket. She creased it. Laura never removed the chain from her neck. But now she doesn't have a choice. She thought that if she didn't wear the necklace, the problem would be resolved. But she was wrong.

She was confused about how Grey knew that she had a necklace. She was unable to ask him about it. For the last 15 years, the locket was her strength and hope. But now she was forced to remove it. Laura closed her cabinet, as she doesn't want to remember anything.

But... Can she forget the promise she made to her mother? Can she forget about Grey?
