The Real Me

"We reached." She whispered to Grey who was holding her neck tightly. Opening his eyes he spotted the city lights far away. He scanned his surroundings. He could see the thick forest behind him.

"How's it?" Laura asked.

"Beautiful…" he smiled, noticing the dark sky with tiny stars. He walked to the edge of the cliff and gazed down. He couldn't see anything as it was dark.

"Grey… " Laura hugged him from behind. He turned around and captured her lips. As he travelled his hands through her neck she gasped. Soon Grey showered kisses on her face.

"I love you" he mumbled near her lips and kissed her lips again. As Grey's kiss deepened Laura stopped him by holding his chest.

"Grey… I need to show you something." She mumbled.

"What is it?" He cupped her face.

"The real me" she whispered. Grey stared into her eyes in confusion.

"Do you feel scared?" Laura asked.

"Laura… if you are with me I won't feel scared." He said with a smile. Laura smiled and walked back from him.

"Grey… as you know I am different. And I have another face." She said, stepping back. Grey frowned noticing she was walking back. But… suddenly she stopped.

"Don't be scared," Laura warned Grey. Grey nodded his head.

Laura squatted down and stared at Grey for a second. Soon her skin started to grow white hairs. As the hairs spread all over her body she soon transferred into a giant white wolf.

Grey opened his mouth wide seeing her changes. The soft white fur and red eyes surprised him.

"Wow" unknowingly he whispered.

Noticing the white tail of the wolf shivering, Grey walked to it. He extended his hand to touch it but hesitated. Laura who noticed his hesitation stepped forward and creased her neck on his hand. As the soft fur touched his skin he brushed his hand through the fur.

"You look beautiful" he whispered with a smile and hugged her neck.

"Laura… you are so soft… can I hug you?" Grey asked in curiosity. Immediately Laura neared him and brushed his face with hers. Grey chuckled, noticing her whitetails wiggling.

"I feel sleepy," Grey mumbled, closing his eyes. Laura squatted down on the floor. Grey soon hugged her soft fur and dozed off.

As the heat pierced through his skin, Grey woke up from his deep sleep. He saw a hand blocking his view. Titling his head he saw Laura who was sitting holding her hand to stop sunlight from him. He scanned her beautiful face which was glowing in the sunlight. Grey noticed that he was lying in her lap and she was brushing her other hand on his hair. Grey creased her cheeks.

"You are awake?" Laura trembled as his cold fingers brushed her cheeks. Soon he sat on the rock.

"It's morning!!! " Grey widened his eyes scanning his surroundings.

"Yes… come… let's go back. Or your assistant will go insane." Laura said and walked ahead. But suddenly Grey pulled her back and locked her in his arms.

"You are so bad Laura. Don't you think this isn't fair?" Grey expressed his disappointment.

"What happened?" Laura frowned. Grey leaned to her ears and whispered " What about our deal?". Laura traced her hand to his neck and stroked her finger on his shirt button.

"Mr. Flexis… I think you have to wait." Laura chuckled. Grey smirked.

"Fine. If it's worth waiting then I am happy to wait." Grey whispered in her ears and walked ahead leaving Laura numb.

"Shameless man" murmured Laura.

"I heard you" Grey shouted back and walked with a smile on his lips.

As they were out of the forest Grey frowned, noticing a large group of people. He could hear the loud voice of a man.

"What happened?" Grey murmured and walked ahead. As he neared the crowd Grey stood stunned noticing Luka who was shouting at police officers.

"Sir… please… understand us." A policeman tried to cool down Luka. Laura chuckled as Luka's words fell on her ears.

"I will fire all of you. I am telling you all that my boss was missing. But… You guys were not serious about it." Luka yelled at the officers who were gazing at each other helplessly.

"From yesterday night I was running to find him but… you guys were careless." Luka yelled. Grey stood dumbfounded noticing Luka who was pulling a stunt with the police officers.
