Confrontation
Fahmeen's POV:
"Oh, hi Sandra!" I wave at my newest friend as we walk to the car. But instead of waving back, Sandra turns around and goes inside the house. Maybe she didn't see me?
"What did you say, babe?"
Rolf is busy filling the car with our weekend bags.
"Oh nothing. I guess she didn't see me."
I can feel his perplexed expression as I take the front passenger's seat. He makes his way to the other side. I find myself watching River's house but as usual, it's empty. Not even Sandra could be seen anymore.
"He's not there."
I turn to face Rolf and he seems lost in thought too.
"He hardly is."
...
"The house is awesome, you'll love it. It's got a lake, the works."
"That alone excites me." I smile at him and Rolf gives me a quick kiss before starting the car.
As it was Angie's birthday this weekend, she wanted to use their lake house for the huge party. I was psyched. She had things planned for just the three of us girls, the third being Raven whilst she left everyone and anyone else to arrange the big day. We packed a few things as we would be staying there the entire weekend whilst their parents were looking forward to some alone time. It was hilarious witnessing the three of their faces as Thomas, quite bluntly, explained. Rolf went bright red and covered his face with his hands. Angie made the dirtiest giggle and couldn't stop laughing, I hate to admit but I joined in as it was infectious. Raven kept a poker face and asked them if they'd make it to the party and in which case Elizabeth said they wouldn't miss it.
"Did you bring your bikini?"
He keeps his eyes on the road, tapping the steering wheel as he patiently awaits my answer. I scoff and then immediately get a naughty idea.
"Wouldn't you like to know?" It's funny when he gets like this all because of black lingerie. It was his trigger.
I cross my legs and allow my skirt to rise high enough so that he could see my black underwear.
Rolf looks at the movement but immediately looks again once he realises.
"Oh shit."
We drive a little faster even though the journey would be another 2 hours.
He gulps and says,
"Put your skirt down."
Our eyes meet and he's borderline begging.
"Please."
"Fine, but to answer your question, yes I have."
"Oh thank fuck, there's a motel."
My eyes widen.
"What?!"
He pulls into the car park which was off the highway and unfastens both our seatbelts. He then pulls me into his lap and in for a kiss. I'm stunned silent.
I moan as I feel his bulge directly beneath my crotch.
Heavily breathing, he says;
"If we get there early enough, we can have the lake all to ourselves." He grinds my ass onto his erection, and his head falls back onto the headrest.
"This is so public, Rolf."
I try to get up but his strong grip doesn't let me move. He then pulls down my shirt and proceeds to kiss the top of my breasts, even noisily sucking on them. Shit, I didn't realise he'd get this horny.
"Come on, let's carry on while it's bright. Like you said, we'll have the lake."
He mumbles a no I'm good into my breasts and starts to unzip his trousers.
Paranoid, I look around for any people in our sights but only see two cars parked near. The motel was shabby and not chic. The sign was flashing on and off and most if not all the windows had their blinds closed shut.
"Rolf." I whine even though I'm enjoying his kisses.
"We'll be quick."
He uses his tongue to flick my nipple and just seeing him do that makes me bite my lip. Fuckkk.
"Fuck that, I'm taking you in the back as well."
"No, we can't." I pull his head back, my fist full
of his hair.
He continues nevertheless and I'm squirming in his lap, unsure if I should get comfortable or be lookout.
Suddenly I see a man leave his motel room. The jacket looks a little familiar.
"Rolf, there's someone."
"Mmmm." He's playing with his cock and nearly pulling down my skirt.
The man turns around and I see his face.
"It's my dad."
This makes him stop.
"What?!" I jump off his lap and adjust my clothes. Rolf on the other hand is about to open the door.
"Wait, what are you doing!"
He's already stepped out the car but he looks back with a sardonic smile.
"We're going to talk."
...
I'm following him, ready to stop a fight if necessary.
"Get back in the car, Fahmeen."
He doesn't even look over his shoulder and my father's still oblivious to us heading his way.
"No!"
"George."
Dad finally looks up from his phone but hides his surprise very well. He looks behind Rolf and sees me watching, nervously.
"Don't look at her, look at me."
My heart's beating fast as Rolf steps forward and basically invades his personal space.
"Rolf, is it?"
They meet eye to eye. Rolf clenches and unclenches his fists repeatedly, his body desperate to break from holding itself back. I can't see his face but I can imagine it. Yet my father looks relaxed. But I see he's been anticipating this.
"We can talk." I say and both men quickly look at me. Rolf isn't pleased, in fact I'd say he wants to drag me back into the car.
"Fahmee-
I put my hand up and walk towards my father. Before I could pass Rolf, he stops me.
"That's far enough. Please."
I see his eyes are pleading with me, I didn't want to constantly worry and defy him. So I stay put and he keeps his body mostly in front of mine.
"I'm guessing you didn't expect to see me here." My father speaks and avoids looking at anything but me.
"I didn't expect to see you at all." I cross my arms and I realise, I tend to do that when I feel emotionally vulnerable.
"I understand. Look, I heard about the baby." His voice sounds gentle and he's wary of our reactions.
"From who?" Rolf asks him.
"It doesn't matter. I'm sorry, for the both of you."
Rolf loudly sighs and steps away, he turns his back to us and I assume he needed privacy. My heart felt torn as I wanted to comfort him in some way but I know he's angry too. It's a scary mix.
"Dad, what are you doing here?"
"I had to see you, how you're doing. You're in a different country for God's sake, I just had to know you were okay." He comes closer and I see his eyes flicker behind me and then he cups my face. My father's never done this before so I stay frozen, anticipating.
"Are you okay?" My heart is thumping and I'm wandering why Rolf hadn't intervened yet or something. I didn't need it though. I see something different in my father's eyes. A change. Something good?
"I don't know... I think I am." My eyes go blurry from tears and my father hugs me. He actually hugs me and I don't know how to react. Suddenly I'm hugging him back and crying into his shoulder and it feels really good.
"Dad, why'd it take you so long?"
He hugs me tighter.
"I'm sorry."
I hear footsteps from behind me and my father tenses. Then, I'm guessing Rolf, puts his hand on my shoulder.
"Sweetheart, we gotta go."
I'm grateful he was being sensitive and I figured he was right.
"He's right, you should get on." He lets me go.
"Can I see you again?" I didn't plan on saying that, it just came out.
"Fahmee-
"Yes. If- if that's what you want?"
Rolf sighs, defeated from behind and steps back.
We exchange numbers and he tells me he's been staying at this motel. As I walk back to the car with Rolf, I know he's not happy. I wouldn't invite my father to the house or around Rolf's family. If I'm really doing this then I have to be respectable, as I imagine none of them would agree with what I'm doing.
"I know this is your decision and I'm so proud of you for being strong but please, be careful."
He kisses my hand and doesn't wait for me to say anything back. Rolf starts the car and we resume our journey.
I feel a little better and a lot less confused. I know what I'm doing and I hope I'm not wrong.
