Chapter 15

Stein is a child who can be said to be a leader on their planet and he is completely unmarried. So when he heard the news of losing his parents was something that really hit him especially knowing that those who kidnapped his parents were detected as humans from planet Earth.

He almost went down without thinking about anything, but the residents or who could be said to be fellow residents of their planet forbade him because he had to go down in very good condition and had to make sure if he would return because if his parents were not found then he would be the next heir.

The requirement to be the heir is that he must be able to find the bodies of his parents to be a proof that there is no old leader.

Sicily was his helper, if only he didn't have to search for his parents then he would have already kidnapped this girl and brought her to his place. Stein stayed in Sicily's room for a long time looking at the girl while thinking. It was just that he didn't know what he could do, so now he could only get up and walk away from his seat.

"I will discover their whereabouts even before there is any movement and the increasingly inappropriate behavior of the humans who intend to profit from my family."

For the past few years he had heard that there were some humans who deliberately abducted aliens for research and the like and he was afraid that his parents would experience the same thing. She didn't know where her parents were and it was enough to disturb her mind that she was a little stressed.

Stein rubbed his face as he walked away from the place where he should be able to feel calm. Sicily was the one who could make him feel that calm, so now he could only be a man who thought about his desires and life.

"I can get her later when this is all over. Right now my job is to find my parents and settle all this. I can't fail, this is a matter of life and death, I must find their whereabouts."

Stein returned to search all over the place in several parts of the world that night. Using the flying method because he could also fly at lightning speed but everywhere he stopped and looked there was not a single place that was really visible.

He didn't know how far he would get with all this, because the more he searched the farther it seemed and he was already exhausted. The world was vast and for the size of her search on earth she didn't know if it would work when because the detection system seemed to be malfunctioning at the moment.

"Please retrace where my parents are, I can't find their whereabouts at all and even the detection device is slightly damaged. Can you send a new one through the system?"

Stein walked towards a chair and sat there wearily while taking in the surroundings. It was still day here while it was already night in Sicily. It clearly showed that this place was actually a different continent from where Sicily was.

He didn't know how far he had come but he was very tired and needed to take a short nap to replenish his energy.

The city was very peaceful and there were no signs of people being disturbed by anything and there weren't even any aliens. It was only in Sicily that there were aliens, so the professors there were busy trying to find out and explore the existence of aliens, which of course they never accepted.

Aliens and humans are already different types, they certainly don't like it when there are creatures that are different from them in the same place because if they are different there will definitely be an intention to break through and control. That's why humans are wary, what's more, some of them have also felt colonized by other nations or the like.

"Where should I find you, Mom, Dad?"

Stein sighed heavily, feeling very tired but also not knowing how long this would end so he could only stay silent and think how long would he do all this until it was over?

"In the future I have to be more careful because of course if one alien has been caught then they have detected our presence. If I ask Sicily for help, of course she won't agree and she will be afraid of me because I'm not human. While she is a student who intends to investigate the existence of aliens. It's so complicated, I can't even figure out the good from the bad because everything is so messed up."

Rubbing his face, Stein felt like a failure but he knew he couldn't give up. He had to do everything he could to get what he wanted and that was something he absolutely had to do.

"You look tired, did you not sleep all night?" Sicily asked while looking at him who was eating.

They were currently at the dining table, having breakfast and of course they were going to do more and more things that led to human life.

"Umm, I slept for a long time because I was thinking about some things. I haven't found the whereabouts of my parents or my family since I fell and it made me wonder if they were there, what would happen? Would they be able to restore my memory?"

Sicily raised her eyebrows and smiled softly. "It is very difficult to restore memories if they are not triggered by something that was related to your life. If you really want to restore your identity and maybe find out about who you were before, you can come to the civil office and request for your identity through a face and eye scanner. They keep everything complete there and you should be able to find your identity," Sicily said, making Stein raise an eyebrow.

"Will it work properly?"

"Yes, don't you know that after we turn 17 we will make an identity card about ourselves and our nationality. It shows that we are official citizens and of course it's something that everyone on earth has. The card is our identifier so it must have a residence at the civic office because we made it there. At least you can find your home address if you don't remember and that's an easy thing to do since you can ask them to track it down."

Those words made Stein pause, it was impossible for him to have an identity on Earth since he wasn't even native to Earth. He had to find another way since this was a way that would be able to get into his realm, but the scanner system and the address was something that made him feel interested.

"I can investigate this from some professors related to the search for aliens, right? In what transparent system can I retrieve and check a lot about their identities and residential addresses. With that then I can go to their homes and see if my parents are there or not since most of them never come home so it's a pretty good way to get me further information." Stein smiled softly and looked at Sicily after he thought about the plan in his heart.

"Thank you for teaching me, I understand better now."

Sicily smiled and nodded, she knew that Stein was a smart person but because she had amnesia so she forgot some things that might be involved in this matter. She also wouldn't do anything without being asked because that would be presumptuous while Stein would want to do it alone to feel more confident.

"Didn't you see your Professor?"

Sicily shook her head at his question. "No projects and I have no intention of adding more because it's quite tiring. I've been neglecting the search for aliens because I'm too tired to have anything to do with extraterrestrials. I slightly regret choosing a different major but there was a dream I had planted inside that wanted to be part of the research organization system about outer space. But right now I'm losing interest and maybe I can get my interest back when I calm down," she muttered with a sigh.

She knew she could, right now she just needed to make sense of everything because it was something that could make her feel sane. If she followed John's taste, this would never get done.

"You just enjoy your life, as long as it's not too late. You can also have a relaxing massage if you want, it seems to calm the nerves."

Sicily smiled and nodded. "I intend to do that today. Do you want to come too? Who knows if that will make you feel better and will have a big effect on your lost memories?"

"Umm, I don't think so because I'm not comfortable with my body being seen by others even if it's a man. I don't know why I think this way, maybe it's because I've never let anyone touch my body since I was a kid. You can go alone and enjoy your time, I'll wait for you back home."
