Chapter 10. Tom's strange behavior

One day before the wedding between Tom and Rose.

Rose did the splashing ceremony first.

Tom had asked Mr. Damar what the before the wedding ceremony was being held for.

The father told me what the wedding ceremony was like. The wedding Ceremony is a procession in a series of wedding ceremonies starting with making up the bride and groom. In this ceremony, many symbols or symbols can be used as lessons or guidelines for the bride and groom, to influence married life.

The wedding ceremony is carried out the day before the marriage contract. The purpose of the splash is to bathe the bride and groom so that they are clean and pure both physically and mentally.

Their wedding party was carried out with great fanfare, 'what are these humans doing' thought Tom because he was confused and wondered what they were doing this for.

The sound of a wolf howling was heard, "Where are my people now?" Tom asked a little nervously, afraid that if there was the sound of werewolves from his countrymen, he was afraid they would ruin his wedding and reveal who he was.

Rose, who saw her husband anxious, wondered why her husband was nervous, "Why honey?" she asked.

"Nothing dear, when will this show end, honey?" asked Tom with a little exasperation.

In that village, there is a tradition that weddings must be held until midnight.

Rose told Tom how many hours the party lasted.

Tom has never drunk human blood since he was in the world, until now he sees many humans dancing, some dancing with their respective partners.

Tom refrained from drinking their blood so he wouldn't make a mess on his wedding day.

The last time Tom drank he only drank the blood of chickens and goats on farms owned by residents, which surprised the residents of one village when all the chickens and goats on their farms and cages died from loss of blood.

Tom imagined if now he could drink human blood, 'ahh, he wants that thought, Tom.

Tom saw a girl who was about 5 years old, sitting alone. He wanted to suck the child's blood right away, but because Rose was there, he couldn't do that.

"Should I just look for live chickens? I'm very thirsty," Tom said to himself, he permitted Rose to say he wanted to go to the bathroom.

Rose nodded, "Yes honey, I'll go there to meet my flower, my friend," said Rose and walked away.

1 hour passed and Tom had not returned, which made Rose worried, 'did something happen to Tom', thought Rose.

Rose went looking for Tom, and she went looking for 1 house but she didn't find Tom.

Rose walked continuously looking for her husband's whereabouts.

"Tom, where are you?" Rose said while looking for Tom in all directions

Meanwhile, Tom, the man is now in a chicken coop field.

Tom at this time had finished sucking the blood of a chicken, and he also ate the chicken meat until nothing was left. Tom felt he was lacking from one chicken and wanted to pounce on another chicken.


But the sound of her calling his name sounded like Rose's voice discouraging Tom from pouncing on one more chicken.

"What are you doing here honey, it's so dirty here?" Rose asked, pulling Tom's hand out of the field.

Tom made an excuse if he had heard the sound of a chicken as if it was being squeezed by something that made Tom feel sorry for him and help the chicken.

Even though Rose saw that Tom looked like he wanted to pounce on the chicken, she tried to shake off the dirty thought, 'maybe I saw wrongly' thought Rose.

Rose smelled a strong stench coming from her husband's mouth, like rancid.

Tom seemed to understand right away and said that if he had eaten fish before going to the bathroom, Tom had permission to go brush his teeth so that his mouth wouldn't smell rancid anymore.

After finishing brushing his teeth, Tom came out of the bathroom, and the two of them returned to the party.

"Where have you been Rose, I'm confused about where to look, you've suddenly left me?" Ask Flowers.

"I went looking for my husband Flo," Rose answered.

"Where did your husband go?" asked Flower, surprised. This is their wedding ceremony, so why is Rose even looking for Tom? How strange.

"You don't need to know anymore, the important thing is that I'm back here right?" Rose replied, changing the conversation earlier.

"Rose, even though I already told you don't want to be with Tom, why are you still nagging, I know Tom is handsome but don't want to just because Ros is handsome, you'll have a hard life if I don't," said Flower at length.

From a few meters away, Tom could hear Flower's words, he kept staring at Flower.

"Just watch out for you," said Tom while continuing to stare intently at Flower.

Rose answered Flower's words, "I don't need a rich husband Flo, why should I marry a man who is rich, but I don't love him," said Rose.

Flower sighed, and chose to leave Rose.

The party had just finished at eleven o'clock in the evening, everyone said goodbye to their respective homes.

By this time Tom and Rose were already in the room.

Tom wanted to go to sleep soon so Rose would sleep too but it didn't seem like Rose wanted to sleep so soon.

"Don't you want to have sex with me, honey? Rose asked Tom, seeing Tom just sleeping beside her.

"I want honey, but it's already very late, I don't want you to feel tired, you haven't rested since morning, so let's postpone it first, maybe tomorrow we can do it," Tom replied, giving understanding to his wife.

Tom briefly kissed Rose's ripe lips, and after that, they got ready to pick up their respective dreams.
