Out of the tub.

Logan proposal held wisdom in them but not enough for Ian to act upon it, he knew that he was slowly growing soft on her, bringing her into his room would be pushing himaelf to the dead end as well as defining her position in his life.
"It was a joke" Logan said when he noticed Ian pondering on it.
"You were across actually giving it a thought?" He asked chuckling.
"If Luke really did break in here, he must have dealt you a hige blow right across the face" he said and Ian scoffed not giving into what Logan was saying.
"I'm correct right?" He laughed heartily.
"No" Ian reply was stern.
"Well forgive me but I am to add to your problems, my sister is returning from the war against the Rogue pack" Logan broke the news to Ian who didn't seem any concerned about it.
"Gamma Lilian is returning?" He nonchalantly asked.
"Yes" Logan replied half heartedly, he could tell Ian had forgotten.
"Your fiancee is returning" He said again hitting the nail into the wall.
"My Fiancee?" He asked.
"Yes Lilian" Logan replied.
"If I remember clearly I told my father I will be the last of his bloodline" Ian said.
"So when did I get engage?" He asked.
"Have you forgotten?" Logan asked knowing fully well that he had.
"While we both were away for training your father reached an agreement with my father, that you and Lilian would get married because you had made it clear that you had no intention of doing so"
"I still have no intention of doing so" Ian squeezed in.
"Says the man who is happily married" Logan joked.
"I believe that Lilian has no intention of marriage for me, You are her brother, make her understand" Ian said and Logan scoffed.
"I fear it will not be that easy" he said.
"Why?" Ian asked.
"On hearing the news of her engagement my sister was overjoyed, she has had a huge crush on you, to the public you are a single Alpha without a Luna, I understand that you have power over the council but part of the reason the council has not taken much actions against your refusal to take a wife is because Lillian was still at war, she is returning in a week and once she does the council will beacon on you for the topmost Alpha wedding, if you reject her then the people will truly see you as the enemy of your lineage, or.." He stopped.
"Or?"
"They start to question the appearance of a strange unknown woman in your life" he said.
"Sooner or later they will find out" Ian said.
"And do you wish for them to find out now?" He asked.
"Your marriage to Diane was a sham anyways, imagine how infuriated Luke will be when he hears of your marriage after keeping his lover in your house"
"You are quite evil Logan considering the fact that you do not mind your sister being a weapon" he said.
"I am only objective because I know that it is what she wants more" Logan replied.
"You bear in heart that your sister will only bear my only name not my heart right?" He asked.
"Who knows?" Logan replied snickering.

Rose thoughts were filled with the thoughts from that early morning, the first time Luke had fully given into her, she had created fantasies with that moment giggling at herself as her helpers helped her to a warm bath, the water dancing on her body was not helping when it came to controlling herself in front of her maids.
The maids were concerned but they weren't disturbed, they had seen her in bad conditions but at least this time she was happy.
"My lady you seem joyous" Grace, the head of her maids said but she replied with a smile.
Her thoughts was preclouded with the thoughts of her lips brushing against Luke's events though he had been asleep, she couldn't care.
"I am" she smiled.
In truth she had always loved Luke, that night at the ball was not the first time she had seen Luke but it was the first time he had seen her, she had met her mate two years ago being an elite warrior he had once been with his father at an address speech with the gammas, there she had marked her mate with her heart. She did not make it known to him for the fear of a devastating rejection instead she let her feelings bloom for him.
When she was finally ready to meet him the news of his engagement had spread round, that night she decked up to meet her mate, to get him at all cost and she did but the cost was deadly enough for her to have chosen rejection over it, the cost of bearing his name was bearing his neglection also.
"We are done" Grace said.
"Then you may go and wait outside, I want to soak in the water for a while" she smiled before flattening her body in the bath tub such that her head was covered by the water.
Grace went into the room to wait as she had instructed but ultimately remembered that she had not prepared her ladies evening wear and stepped out to prepare it.
She had taken a while to return.
Luke's mind was stuck with that night and the memories of Diane had stuck with him, he had no means of getting to her, of knowing if she was alright, as he thought about this things his mind drifted off to the look of agony on Rose face when she saw him, he had not seen her after that night but he could not forget how she had held on to him when she saw his desperate need to be held on to, there was no way he wouldn't give in to her, even though it was for that night alone.
He wanted to thank her and decided to go to her room for that purpose, on getting there he met an open door, concerned he stepped into the empty room, he looked around for a while and was about to leave when his sharp sense caught the subtle movement of water, he could decipher that she was in the bathroom, but something was wrong, the water was somewhat still and the room was quiet, he was not picking up any scent of Rose either so he made way for the bathroom.
Rose had caught on the the well defined footstep walking towards the bathroom, she knew they were not Grace's so she said her head into the water as that of a person drowning.
Luke barged into the bathroom and went towards the bathtub, the water from a distance seemed still and the red lights were not helpful, by the time he got closer he could see the ripples of bubbles on the water and the outline of a pale body inside the water, he turned off the lights of the bathroom and her room before slowly lifting her out of the tub.
