After listening to Leonard's account, Scarlett didn't doubt his words. She believed in the redhead's existence.
"I need to tell Dad about this so he can be more careful," Scarlett said, but Leonard immediately objected.
Leonard shook his head. "No, we don't need to tell Uncle Lowell about this for now."
"Why not? " Scarlett looked at him, confused.
Leonard thought for a moment before explaining, "Uncle Lowell has been very busy with work lately. We shouldn't bother him with these family issues. Since we know that woman is not a good person, we, as his family, need to be on guard against her.''
Scarlett frowned, hesitated for a moment, then nodded. ''You're right. We can't let Dad deal with this alone. We have to be on guard as well. Besides, if this woman had other ways of dealing with Dad, she wouldn't have used such a despicable method.''
''Scarlett, you're so smart. I didn't even think of that,'' Leonard praised Scarlett for her intelligence.
