Chapter 92 The Assessment about Mrs. Romy
As Leonard emptied his semen into Mrs. Romy's womb, they both collapsed, exhausted, in the dirt.
Their bodies were covered in dark soil. Mrs. Romy lay on her stomach, her vagina still open, mixing fluids dripping onto the earth.
'This felt incredible. Leonard's ejaculation felt akin to sowing seeds in the earth,' Mrs. Romy thought, resting before dressing again. The fluids in her vagina left her underwear damp.
'Since leaving home, I've enjoyed this freedom. I'm even reluctant to return,' she mused.
Leonard dressed, and Mrs. Romy pulled him towards her mother's house.
"My mother's house has a bathtub. Let's take a bath," Mrs. Romy suggested.
"Sure!" Leonard replied, smiling.
As the bathtub filled, Mrs. Romy thought about her recent feelings.
'I feel like a woman who doesn't want to return home, wanting a new life. Why do I feel like a different person during sex with Leonard? What kind of person am I? How do others see me?' Mrs. Romy pondered, eyes on the running water.
'Who should I ask about this? Scarlett or Tina? They're too young for such philosophical questions. Lowell might be at work. Who else?' Mrs. Romy thought, then remembered someone.
On a New York commercial street, Diana Gwyn swayed, eyeing the surrounding stores. Her straight, smooth legs and model-like figure garnered much attention.
Diana's phone rang. It was her sister Romy, whom she hadn't heard from in a long time.
"Is there something you need, Romy?" Diana asked.
Hesitant, Mrs. Romy replied, "Diana, I wanted your opinion on what kind of person you think I am."
Confused, Diana questioned, "Why such a strange question, Romy?"
Awkwardly laughing, Mrs. Romy explained, "I've been staying at our mother's place in the countryside. The change has brought new insights. I wanted your take on me."
Diana entered a café, ordering coffee. She thought for a moment before replying, "I think you're very kind, always considering others, even at your own expense. Sometimes, I think your kindness borders on weakness. Not knowing how to refuse could eventually hurt you."
Mrs. Romy was silent before speaking, her voice somber. "I see. Thank you, Diana."
She hung up, but Diana pondered if Romy was facing trouble. "Why would she ask me that? Should I visit her?"
Elsewhere, Mrs. Romy watched the filling bathtub, reflecting on her life.
'Diana was right. Life's been smooth: school, graduation, work, marriage, having Scarlett and Tina. I've sacrificed everything for my family, never considering my desires. What do I truly want?' Mrs. Romy was lost in thought as the bath overflowed.
"Aunt Romy, the water's ready!" Leonard's shout pulled her back, making her shut off the tap.
"What were you thinking, Aunt Romy?" Leonard inquired.
Smiling awkwardly, she pointed to the bath. "Just tired and zoned out. You go first."
Leonard shook his head, looking at the bath. "No, Aunt Romy, let's bathe together."
