Chapter 82 Reunion with Annie
Late at night, Tina entered Leonard's room, blushing as she seated herself on the edge of his bed.
'Could it be that Tina has discovered the joys of lovemaking and now wants to do it with me?' Leonard felt his heart begin to race.
Tina lowered her head and asked, "Leonard, have you ever made love to Julie?"
Leonard looked at Tina in shock, not understanding how she knew about this.
Seeing Leonard's confusion, Tina continued, "That day when I went to the library, I saw you enter a hotel on my way. So, did Julie teach you all your sexual knowledge?"
Leonard finally understood that Tina had seen him on his date with Julie.
After a moment of silence, Leonard looked at Tina seriously and said, "Tina, that's my private matter. I hope you won't bring it up again."
Tina heard the firmness in Leonard's tone and looked at him in surprise, wondering if he had been possessed. He seemed completely different from before.
Although Leonard had a better relationship with Scarlett in this household, Tina still felt like a dog she had raised for a long time was being taken away by someone else.
"Alright, you've grown up. We won't discuss your privacy. Let's talk about something else." Tina reached for Leonard's phone, which was lying by his pillow.
With a puzzled look from Leonard, Tina aimed the phone's camera at his eyes.
"After a flash of light, you will forget everything that happened on the mountain!" Tina said, pressing the camera shutter.
A strong flash of light hit Leonard's eyes, making him instinctively lower his head and close his eyes.
"What are you doing?" Leonard asked, rubbing his eyes in dissatisfaction. But when he opened his eyes, Tina had already left his room.
"What on earth? Do you think you're an alien agent from Men in Black?" Leonard muttered, picking up his phone to turn off the flash, only to see a new message from Annie.
Annie: [Leonard, how was the meteor shower on the mountain?]
Leonard: [It was spectacular. I recorded a video and will send it to you later. By the way, how is Bill? He wanted me to take him to the mountain, but I refused.]
Annie: [He's still a bit down. I'm planning to take him out for some delicious food tomorrow.]
Leonard: [How about I take him to his favorite pizza place? You should come along, too, Annie.]
Annie: [Can I? That sounds wonderful. Thank you.]
In her bedroom, Annie lay on her bed, smiling at Leonard's invitation on her phone. 'I really look forward to seeing you tomorrow.'
The next day at noon, Annie brought Bill to the pizza place Leonard had mentioned.
Leonard greeted Annie and Bill. "Good afternoon, Annie. Bill, cheer up! Let me treat you to some pizza."
Bill licked his lips at the sight of the various pizzas on the menu and nodded happily. "Alright, I'll forgive you then!"
Leonard ordered several of Bill's favorite pizzas, and they sat down to chat.
Naturally, the conversation turned to the meteor shower Leonard had seen on the mountaintop.
Soon, the pizzas arrived, and the aroma made Leonard and Bill's mouths water.
"You eat first. I need to use the restroom," Annie said, standing up and heading towards the restroom.
This pizza place had three restrooms, but they were unisex without gender signs. The first two stalls were occupied, so Annie went to the third one, which had a sign on the door noting 'Lock is broken.'
'Looks like I'll have to hold the door while I use it,' Annie thought, as she couldn't wait for the other stalls to become available. She entered the third stall.
While eating pizza, Leonard suddenly felt the urge to use the restroom, too.
"Bill, take your time eating. I need to use the restroom as well," Leonard said, wiping his hands and heading to the restroom.
He found the first two stalls occupied, so he went straight to the third one.
Leonard pushed the door open, and Annie instinctively let out a gasp as she had just finished using the toilet and was about to stand up and pull up her pants, not holding the door.
"Annie, I'm sorry. I didn't know you were in here," Leonard said, blushing and about to turn away. In that brief moment, he had seen Annie's bare lower body.
But as Leonard turned, Annie suddenly pulled him into the stall.
