Chapter 48 Cousin Sophie
At dinner, Mrs. Romy had prepared spaghetti, and the family sat around the table eating.
Scarlett glanced at Leonard while eating her spaghetti. 'Today's sex with Leonard was amazing. I want to do it again tonight!' she thought eagerly.
After taking a bite of her spaghetti, Tina looked at Lowell and asked, "Dad, weren't you supposed to report your work at the company tonight?"
Lowell was about to answer. Suddenly, Scarlett exclaimed, "Dad, don't tell me you got fired. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought so many clothes. I would have saved you some money instead."
Lowell glared at Scarlett and said discontentedly, "I didn't go to work tonight because I'm waiting for someone. Your cousin Sophie Kim. She's on vacation and wants to visit for a few days."
Mrs. Romy happily chimed in, "Ever since Daniel's family moved to London, I haven't seen that child in years. Leonard, do you still remember Sophie?"
Mrs. Romy glanced at Leonard, who was chewing on his spaghetti and nodding.
"Of course, I remember. We were very close when we were kids. Sophie was chubby back then and always tried to take my toys and snacks, but she never succeeded. I'm really curious to see what she looks like now!" Just as Leonard finished saying, the doorbell rang.
The Lowell family looked at the door in surprise.
"Could that be Sophie?" Mrs. Romy put down her utensils and hurried to open the door.
Lowell followed his wife, calling out to Leonard and the others, "Kids, come and greet Sophie with us."
They stood up from the table and gathered at the door.
As the door opened, Sophie appeared before them. She wore a light yellow tight-fitting T-shirt and denim shorts. Under the shorts were two long, fair legs.
Sophie, carrying a suitcase, greeted the Lowell family, "Uncle Lowell, Aunt Romy, Scarlett, Tina, and... Leonard, good evening!"
"Are you Sophie? Oh my God, you look completely different now. Come in, child!" Mrs. Romy exclaimed in surprise, welcoming Sophie inside.
Scarlett and Tina looked at Sophie in surprise, while Leonard was completely shocked.
"Sophie? Are you really Sophie?" Leonard exclaimed. He couldn't reconcile the chubby little girl who used to fight for his toys and snacks with the slender, quiet girl in front of him.
Sophie stepped forward and stood in front of Leonard, standing on tiptoe to touch the top of his head. "Leonard, You're still the same as before, just a little bit taller than me!"
Leonard finally confirmed that the girl in front of him was indeed Sophie. When they were kids, Sophie said that she would grow taller than Leonard and take all the snacks.
'Sophie's transformation is incredible. I thought she'd grow from a chubby kid to a chubby adult,' Leonard thought to himself.
Tina suddenly stepped forward, taking Sophie's suitcase and bag. "Sophie, let me help you with your luggage. By the way, you'll be sleeping with Scarlett for the next few days. I need to write my novel at night, which might disturb your rest."
Tina smiled at Sophie and then winked at Scarlett, who had a reluctant look on her face.
"Scarlett, you won't refuse my suggestion, right?" Tina said with a mischievous smile as she carryied the suitcase upstairs.
Scarlett gritted her teeth and clenched her fists as she watched Tina's back. She had planned to have sex with Leonard tonight, but with Sophie around, all her plans were ruined.
'Damn, I hope Tina's novel gets rejected by the publisher!' Scarlett cursed in her mind.
"Scarlett, you don't look happy. Do you not want to sleep with me?" Sophie asked, poking Scarlett's hand sadly.
Scarlett quickly shook her head. "Of course not! I just don't like Tina making decisions for me. So, you'll sleep with me for the next few days."
With Scarlett's approval, Sophie happily hugged her tightly. "I'm so happy to sleep with Scarlett!"
Sophie suddenly turned to Leonard and said, "Leonard, let's go to the beach together tomorrow!"
