Chapter 67

Third Person’s Point of view

"Ignorant, to say the least." Yora couldn't stop talking as she stood there watching Augustus go away.

She was aware of Augustus's whereabouts at this point. He will go to Archer in the hopes of obtaining Elle. What Archer and Augustus didn't know was that they may have determined the location of the cabin that Logan had constructed, but they couldn't demolish it. Because she's the one who put a magic barrier in it. Yora couldn't help but smile when she realized that Augustus still believed she was still the weak Yora.

Since Augustus left Yora, Yora has become strong. She made a commitment to herself that she would never again allow Augustus to hurt her. Yora's forecast that she would encounter Augustus again at this place was not completely incorrect. Fate had been harsh to her since she had not anticipated that they would not meet in the last several years, but she still had a soft spot in her heart for the guy. She isn't troubled by the fact that she has fallen in love with the guy who has done nothing but harm her.


Yora hurriedly put on her clothes so that she could assist Logan.

To topple Augustus, she has to solidify her position in Logan's castle as soon as possible. If she wished to depose Augustus from his current position, he needed to be a high-ranking member of a leadership group. It is not enough for her to just have power in her hands. Soon after, she realized that she had no choice but to overcome Augustus since it was the only method she knew of getting retribution for the wrongs that he had done to her before.

When she came out, she suddenly felt Elle's presence no longer inside the cabin.

She had a fleeting impression that Elle could be interested in going together with Logan. Her grin expanded even wider as she figured she would be able to demonstrate to Augustus how much she had grown in the preceding few years.

Immediately, she moved to the location where she could sense Elle's presence. Logan is invisible to her since his aura has been obscured. Given Logan's ability since, after all, he wouldn't be a Lycan king if he couldn't perform something as basic as that.

Logan, on the other hand, does not say that he feels Augustus and Archer are close to them. He can feel Augustus and Archer's aura roaming around. He didn't want to cause any concern for Elle. He had the opportunity to be with her now, and he would never let him lose the lady he had fallen in love with. In the event that he needed to re-chain Elle again, he would do it; just don't let Elle to leave his side. Logan, on the other hand, was prepared to go to any length for Elle.

They stroll together towards the flower plant, which has a variety of different kinds of flowers. Because it is spring now, the breeze is stronger, making it more pleasant to go for a stroll. Elle's grin remained unwavering as she reached for a little flower. It is crimson and black, and if you look carefully, you can see that it represents blood.

However, since Elle finds everything to be lovely, she didn't even give it a second thought; it was only Logan who did. When Logan saw the white flower, he took it up and the two of them came to a complete halt.

Elle's body was turned towards him by him. Elle simply stands with a broad smile on her face, holding the flower in both of her hands and taking a deep breath. In order to make her face even more blushing, she lifted her eyes to Logan. Her wolf desperately wanted to warn her not to feel that way, but she couldn't stop herself from feeling it.

"W-What?" She pushed Logan's body in a little unnatural manner since she was uncomfortable with its appearance. Elle had no idea that in the two days she spent with Logan, she would come to the conclusion that she would never want to return to Archer. Logan was her one focus, and she just wanted to be at his side.

When Logan finished, he smoothed her hair and placed the white flower on her ear.

Elle was perplexed as to why, despite the fact that the guy's hand was so large, she felt so light every time the man touched her. She just believed that what was occurring to them at the time would continue indefinitely. She wants them to remain in this state all of the time. No one can come up with anything. If only she had the ability to really...

She, on the other hand, thinks about Archer. She was well aware that Archer was already concerned about her.

"Right up until now, Elle, you've been holding me captive."

Once again the questioning of Elle returned.

“Ahm… Logan. Every time you use the word past, a question bubbles up in my head and I have to think about it. I don't remember you, so how come you seem to have known me for such a long time?"

"It's because I've known you for a long time," Logan let go of Elle's hand, and he beamed a bittersweet grin at her. "I understand you don't remember me for a variety of reasons, but... Every time I look at you now, I just want to take you away from Archer and spend the rest of my life with you, making a lot of wonderful memories. If only I had the ability to achieve it."

Logan continued his stroll, but Elle was completely taken aback by what Logan had said. The questioning simply became more intense in her mind. What exactly does he mean?

He really wanted to pursue Logan, but he was unable to do so because two guys suddenly halted in front of her.

When she discovered who they were, she let go of the flower and dropped on her knees on the ground in surprise.
