CHAPTER 49

Warren Bay was taking her to his brother. He asked Sophia to sit in the car but she didn't as her eyes were watching an old man that was standing in the sun. He was struggling to sell flowers but no one paid attention to him. The man was so old that he looked in bad condition. Sophia's heart hurt at the sight. She was suffering from so much pain, but she had to help the old man. Sophia asked Warren Bay to wait for her!!! She then ran towards a store. She got inside then bought a bottle of water and some bread. She came out of the store. Warren Bay was watching the girl carefully. What was she doing?
Sophia then ran towards the man first she took her jacket off giving it to him. Then she gave him the water bottle and bread. Sophia asked the man the price of flowers. She bought all of them giving the man a handful of money.
The man smiled at her. Then caressed her head. She then came back to him. Warren's eyes widen looking at the pure soul.
The ghost was surprised by the actions of the girl. She is so pure with a soft heart. How can they kill her? Also, he felt a feeling inside him. The bloom of a flower!!! Sophia smiled at him. Warren smiled back to her.
Warren motioned her to sit inside the car. She sat inside the car. He drove off from the library. In all the route he was watching her. Her beautiful eyes, her face, her lips.
Sophia touched her mark a few times as it was burning so badly. His attention was all on her... Sophia didn't notice that they came to a very sacred place. Warren stopped the car in front of the warehouse.
Wayne Bay was waiting at the door. He smirked while looking at his brother. The girl, he could feel her mark. They both will be free from these bodies soon... He would get his power back soon. Sophia's eyes widened when she looked at the place. She looked at Warren who was standing outside the car. A fear ran down her spine. It was not a hospital!!! Where was she? Where did he bring her?
Warren came to her side then opened the door for her to come outside. She shook her head in a 'No' manner.
"Where are we? Why did you bring me here? I will not come out." She said her throat was dry.
"Come out. I will tell you everything. just came out right now. " he said. his eyes changed color to white.
Sophia got scared of his aura as she saw his eyes changing color but she didn't get out. She struggled to close the door. At that the other man came toward them. Her eyes widened looking at Wayne Bay, his twin.
Wayne grabbed her from the hand and pulled her out of the car roughly.
"Girls stop struggling!!! Now you can not go away from here. It will be your dead body soon..." Wayne said laughing loudly.
Warren felt bad when he touched her so roughly. He looked at his brother who was dragging Sophia with him inside. Sophia was struggling, she started crying and shouting for help but Wayne didn't listen to her cries.
Warren ran behind them inside the warehouse. He saw Wayne was dragging her to the chair. He clutched her hairs then slapped her on the cheek. Sophia was still struggling. Tears ran down her cheeks, as a bruise formed under her lip when he slapped her. Warren then ran towards Wayne to stop him. He clutched his arm. Wayne looked at him with a fire in his eyes.
"What are you doing brother? Why are you stopping me? She deserves this for hiding from us." He shouted at him. Warren looked him in the eyes with the same intensity.
"Don't do this with her. She doesn't know anything about us!!! We can not torture her. It is a bad brother!!!" He shouted at him. Sophia was watching them, her hand was in Wayne's hand.
"Brother. you are fighting with me for this disgusting creature. Don't forget who we are? Why do we need her?" He said to him.
"I am not forgetting anything. Just stop behaving like this with her. She is such a pure soul she doesn't deserve it all." He said when looking at his brother with a doubt.
"So you started to have feelings for her? Isn't it? I can feel it!!! Brother. Are you attracted to a mere human? How can you be with a girl that is just our server. We can be free from here right now. I am killing her!!!" He said. Then he grabbed Sophia from her neck.
He was applying pressure on her neck when Wayne threw a punch at his face. He loosen his grip on Sophia's neck. She fell on the ground then started coughing badly to the choke on her windpipe.
Warren threw another punch at his brother's face. Wayne was on his knees due to the strength of the punch. Warren grabbed Sophia from her arm then looked her in the eyes.
"Run from here!!! Run as fast as you can. The car is outside, go away right now. " He ordered her.
Sophia had to save her life. She nodded her head then ran towards the door. Wayne got up on his feet, he was about to follow her but Warren kicked him. They both started fighting and Sophia ran away from them. She ran towards the car, ignited the engine but it didn't work.

She hopped out of the car and was about to run away when a truck stopped in front of her. A tall and muscular man with a hot blonde woman stepped out of the car. The woman went to her and hugged her while the man ran into the warehouse. "I am Calla, that was Ethan. We are here to help you." The woman said and grabbed her hand. She pulled her back into the warehouse where Ethan had pinned the twins on the ground.

"Stop, he saved my life. Please don't hurt him." Sophia said and pointed her finger at Warren. Ethan let go of him but kept Wayne on the ground. He pulled a knife out of his pocket and started reciting a spell. He stabbed the knife into Wayne's heart by the end of the spell. Wayne gasped loudly, grayish clouds escaped the body and vanished into the sky.


Ethan injected the cure into Sophia while Calla searched for the letter. She found it under a painting that was lying on the floor. Pulling out two envelopes, she went back to Ethan. He nodded to Warren then took Calla back to the car.


Warren cupped the back of Sofia's head and crashed his lips on hers. He kissed her passionately and she kissed him back with equal passion.
