The Information
I slowly read the book I found and it explained that there was actually an activity that created a balance between two or more worlds. It could connect several souls in a bond even though the souls were separated in their own worlds.
Of all the books Afrow has presented, this one was the closest to the information I wanted to get. Plus, his easy-to-understand explanations made me even more serious about reading this book. I'm hoping there's at least a little bit of information I can get tonight.
"You seem very serious in reading your book, I became curious about what you read. It turns out that you really like magical things," Afrow said.
I don't know why I immediately reflexively covered up the part I read, even though he probably wouldn't suspect that I was reading about this. But if I think about it, this topic is actually quite a movement because it is related to how to get out of this world. He could have been in my head and knew that I wanted to escape from here.
"I'm sorry to have surprised you," Afrow said in response to his own words.
"Ah that's not it, I don't need to apologise just because of a small thing. Honestly, I actually really like things related to magic, but because I was born as a human, I don't have the ability to control or possess magic power. It must be quite an exciting life to be you because your life has a variety of activities and also abilities that are much different than ordinary humanity," I said in praise.
"It's not always the case, if we possess something then surely the Moon Goddes will hold us accountable for what we possess without exception. That's why actually having magical power is also not an easy thing or something that can only be seen from the fun side, because every day we have to train to increase our magical power, and also protect ourselves from threats from people who are stronger than us," said Afrow.
"Especially for people in important positions like the Lord Alpha King, they live in a state of anxiety and vigilance every day. With an irreversible sequence of events and enemies everywhere, such a life is very, very unpleasant. In fact, I sometimes think of living like an ordinary human. But unfortunately, I was created as a werewolf," Afrow continued.
I was stunned, I started to feel guilty that I said those words just now. It's like I'm belittling the lives of werewolves and taking it lightly to live each day. If it was another werewolf then I wouldn't have bothered and didn't feel guilty, but since it was Afrow who heard you then I felt a little guilty because she was a very kind person to me.
"Sorry, I didn't mean that. Living like you guys must be hard," I said feeling sorry.
"No need to apologise, you didn't do anything wrong."
Then we focussed on the content of our respective readings until I came across a sentence that I thought should really be understood and analysed carefully.
The content of the sentence conveyed that the connection between a person in one world and a person in another world would make them connected and possibly make them experience an exchange of places or what is called transmigration. This is not impossible if there is a clash between their respective dimensions and also a clash between their spirits and their bodies in that world.
It was also written and explained that the empty body of a person in one world could actually summon or draw energy from the spirit of the person connected to that body in another dimension. Therefore, there was a possibility that I had shifted dimensions in that way and entered this woman's body. What amazed me was that the other version of me was very similar to the me in the world of humans.
I got to thinking and wondering if I moved into this Aluna's body because actually the original owner of this woman's body had actually died or left her body right on the day when I was trapped in the forest and tried to escape the pursuit of loan sharks. If that's the case, is it possible that I am destined to continue this woman's struggle?
Never mind that my curiosity became even more intense when you had found a glimmer of very important information, but when I wanted to find out about the next piece of information my eyes found nothing but a blank sheet on that old, worn-out paper. I'm really disappointed and it feels like I can't accept that I just got a clue but the series of clues fell apart in vain.
"What's wrong Mrs? Why do you look upset? Is there something bothering you?" said Afrow.
"I didn't find the continuation of the contents of this book even though I was very deep into the contents of this book and was entertained. But apparently the continuation is not written here and it just stops there without any continuation. I'm so curious but I can't find anything even though I've been going back and forth between the pages over and over again," I complained.
"Oh my, that must be a very unpleasant feeling," Afrow said.
"That's right. But it's so sad that it was the first book that I really liked. If only I had found the continuation of that book, I would have been so happy and excited," I said.
Afrow was silent for a moment. "If the content of the book is still hanging there might be a continuation of the book from another version. Please wait for a while here I will find a book similar to that or I could find a continuation of that book in another book, while you wait for me to find that book please stay here while reading other books."
He then stood up and walked towards the bookshelf not far from us, I cheered happily in my heart that it was so nice to have a personal assistant like this. Everything can be done easily and just give orders. It's not like I'm trying to make fun of Afrow, you're an ordinary human, it's certainly not easy for me to pick up a book from a shelf that's almost tens of feet high from the floor.
After some time I waited while reading another book, then he came back while carrying some books and put them back in front of me. You're face doesn't imply pleasant things, how could her expression change like that?
"What's wrong Afrow? Why do you look dissatisfied?" I asked.
