Chapter Forty Seven - There is no need for any of this!!!

Asher

I had gotten up early and before Farrah to make us breakfast. She was exhausted by the time we got to sleep last night. I tired her out at her request. She wanted to experiment, and I happily obliged. I have to take care of my girl! She was a quick learner, a natural, that was for sure. I can’t recall ever having a night like last night. I have not ever felt that kind of passion, and I think a massive part of why it is was different was because we were in love.

I was standing over the cooker, cooking bacon and sausage, when my phone vibrated against the door counter. I turned the heat down and went to check it. The number on the screen isn’t one I recognised, but there was an attachment to the text. Maybe a friend has got a new number. It is the only thing I can think of because I don’t give my phone number out to just anyone. There was one way to find out. I opened the text, and the moment I did, I regretted it.

There was a photo attached of someone in only their underwear, no face, but I could tell by the body who it was.

Maisie!

I knew it was her because I have seen her body multiple times, and she has a birthmark on her left hip. What the hell does she want? She had stayed away from me for a while, and now this. I don’t understand it. I scrolled down to read the text attached.

I miss you, Asher! Isn’t it about time we start our little thing up again? You must be bored by now with the same girl. You know where I stay. Visit or give me a call, mwah! X

What makes her think I would even consider it? Yes, before Farrah, this shit would have worked on me, but I was with Farrah now, and I wasn’t interested in her or anyone else. I shoot her a text back.
NO! And that is the answer to all the questions. Don’t contact me again, and don’t send me shit like this either. I don’t want them. Go find someone who does. Leave me alone.

I wish that girl would stop using her body to try to get what she wants. She is smart, and I am sure there are other ways for her to get what she wants. It was quite sad really. I know I can’t really say anything because I used to use her, just for her body. A part of me hates myself now because of the way I used girls before I got with Farrah.

She was quick to text me back.

You know where I am when you change your mind! You know Farrah can’t give you want you really want.

I decided not to text back. Instead, I erased the photo and the text messages. I tossed my phone back onto the counter and turned my attention back to breakfast.

I don’t even know if I should tell Farrah what happened. Would she be upset? Would she think I asked for it? Or what if Maisie says something to her about it? I should tell her. We don’t lie to each other. I will talk to her after breakfast about it. She is not going to be happy, and I won’t blame her. If some guy sent something like that to Farrah, I would be pissed and end up punching them. I shoved it to the back of my mind and finished up with breakfast.

Once I had the food plated, I made two mugs of coffee, also. I found a tray to place everything on and headed upstairs to her bedroom. She was still sound asleep. She was sprawled out on top of the covers on her stomach in all her naked glory. I may have taken a moment to check my girlfriend out. I sat the tray on the unit next to the bed before climbing onto the bed to join.

I knelt between her legs and trailed kisses down her spine and over her ass. She moaned softly but didn’t move. I chuckled, sitting on her back and reached down to kiss her neck and stroked her hair.

“Hey, beautiful, it is time to wake up. I have breakfast for us,”

“Hmm, OK,” she said tiredly.

I took some of my weight off her, and she rolled onto her back and looked up at me, smiling.

“Morning, love,” she grinned.

“Good morning, my love,” I said, kissing her softly.

She groaned against my lips, and her fingers slipped into my hair, tugging it as we kissed.

“Mmm, easy, sweetness, we need to eat first, or the food will get cold,” I mumbled to her lips.

She parted her lips from mine, and I moved to sit next to her. I gave her a chance to wake up and sit up straight before I grabbed the tray.

“Aww, thank you for breakfast,” she gushed.

“You are welcome,” I smiled, “How are you feeling? Are you OK?”

“I am great,” she beamed, kissing my cheek.

“Good,” I replied and wrapped my arm around her shoulder.

Farrah snuggled into my side, and we tucked into our breakfast. I think we both needed the food to regain our energy. We ate in comfortable silence. Farrah seemed to enjoy the food, so that was good. I enjoyed it too. When we finished, I gathered everything back on the tray and set it on the floor.

“Farrah, can I talk to you about something? Well, more like tell you something,” I questioned.

“Sure, what is going on?” she asked, a little concerned.

“When I was making breakfast, I got a text from an unknown number, and it turned out to be Maisie. She sent me a photo of her half-naked and a text message suggesting that we start our little thing back up and that I should go over,” I said nervously.

I watched Farrah’s face turn from calm to angry in a split second.

“What? How dare she? Who the hell does she think she is? She had no damn right,” Farrah snapped, “What did you do?”

“I told her no, that I was not interested, and then deleted the photo and the texts,” I said, “Farrah, I am sorry. Please don’t think I asked for her to do this,” I added softly.

I don’t want her thinking I would do something like that to her. I wouldn’t. I couldn’t!

“Asher, of course, I don’t think it was you,” she said softly, “Why can’t they just leave us alone?” she added, whimpering.

I bring her to me, laying down and pulled her over me so that she was on my stomach. I stroked her back, not wanting her to get upset.

“I don’t know, Farrah, but no matter what any of them say or do, they aren’t going to break us. They are jealous, that is all,” I said.

“I know, it is just getting ridiculous now! There is no need for any of it,” she sighed, burying her face in my neck.

“It is, but we need to try and ignore them because they aren’t worth our time. I am sure they will become bored, eventually,” I said, kissing the top of her head.

“I hope you are right, Asher,” she responded.

I hoped I was too! I was done with this bullshit! With every single one of them. There is no need for any of it!

“I am sorry, beautiful, but let’s not let it ruin the rest of our weekend,” I said.

Farrah lifted her head and looked at me.

“Good plan! Thank you for telling me, “She smiled.

“Always, remember, no secrets or lies between us,”

I stroked her face, and she nodded. I want us to make the most of the time we have and not let those idiot’s get in the way.
