Judy lost her baby

Alice's design class was over after twelve noon.
As soon as she came out of the classroom, she received a strange call from an unknown source.
"Miss Lewiston, this is director Miller from the Golden Entertainment, we are currently airing a show and you have been approved to be the helper to our costume designer, so I am calling you personally to come back and take the blueprints of the costumes”
Alice was stunned.
She froze for a few seconds before wondering, "Director of a movie productions?"
“Yes”
"I don't seem to have submitted a resume to you that I want to be an helper?."
Alice know of the person that was talking, any film that was produced by Gilden entertainment and directed by Director Miler always hits the mile stone, what more? The cast and the crew of the movie always have more popularity than they ever had.
Alice has not received a job for a while, even after her marriage to Enzo she had stopped going to her clothing store.
She is not yet ready to be casted as a costume crew member in a movie because she was just a trainee. She suddenly received a call from a big company like Star Entertainment. She felt a little strange.
She has not been interviewed by Golden Entertainment, nor has she submitted any resume to Golden Entertainment, no did she lurk around locations to beg for recognition, How did the other party know her phone number?
Before she could figure it out, the director from the other end of the phone said, "A friend introduced you to me. Miss Lewiston, have you considered it? Our salary is bery well, you just have to be the helper to our main designer, and you will definitely be satisfied with the price offered"
Alice didn't think deeply about what he said.
She seriously considered it and replied "I'm sorry, I'm not very familiar with the business of stand-in and I don’t think I can take the offer”
The other party seemed stunned for a few seconds before asking again "Miss Lewiston, do you mean to refuse?"
"Sorry, I don't think I might not be suitable."
If she did not marry Enzo, she must be short of money now.
Kyle’s surgery costs hundreds of thousands of dollars and requires her to work hard to make money.
She certainly won't refuse this job as a helper to the costume designer.
But now......
She holds a platinum credit card with a limit of one million dollars in her hand. She doesn't lack money at all, so she doesn't want to take up jobs that will not help her future.
To be a helper for a designer is just like being a stand-in for someone, isn’t that a little exposure? The main person takes all the credit for the job while she, the stand in or rather the helper will get a little token.
"Miss Lewiston, have you considered it?"
"Yes."

Alice: "Okay."

This phone call from Golden Entertainment is a bit strange.

They both left the class building and went to the cafeteria to have some food before preparing for the practical class.

The both friends sat down in the cafeteria after having lunch, then Alice’s phone rang again and just like when Director Miller had called, it was an unknown number that called.
Camilla snatched the phone to yell at whoever it may be, “Hey! Don’t you know how to stop when you are being asked to? She doesn’t want to be your helper so stop bothering us!”
As she yelled, there was a malicious laughter heard at the other end of the phone, Camilla was stunned, then she tune the speaker up and the latter voiced:
“Alice Lewiston come back to the family house right now! Or else consider your brother dead!” and then the call ended.
Without waiting for clarification, Alice rushed out of the cafeteria and boarded a cab straight to her family house. She was deadly scared especially the matters including her brother.

I know how reckless my family could be. Along the way, I made sure to call my brother but his number was switched off. I also tried my luck with Enzo and damn! His number was unreachable as well.
As I came down from the car, I rushed into the building and there, I met my family members looking as though nothing happened.
I tried her best to calm herself, the I began…..
“Why have you called for me?” I asked even though the anger in her heart.
Mrs Linda sneered and walked up me, “You witch! I know there is more to you since you got yourself a new husband after breaking up with your ex!”
I looked at the raging woman whose eyeballs held every contempt and hatred for me. I am also angry at her, but I have to calm down knowing that Enzo will not be here to save me.
“What did you mean?” I demanded.
Before I could know what’s happening, Judy dashed out of her room in frenzy and held my dress with malicious intent.
“It is all because of you Alice all because of you!” She cried.
I was stunned, what can suddenly come up to this? I am a gentle person by nature but I definitely hates it when I am accused of what I didn’t do.
I grabbed her hand and pushed her against the sofa, “What did you mean? What did I cause? Where is Kyle and tell me why you called me here”
