Alice left

Enzo woke up inside his own room in his own Villa. He quickly rose up and rushed outside.

"Where is Alice?" He shouted and the servants rushed forward.

"Madam left earlier with bags"

Upon hearing this, his head rang in Surprise, he quickly dialed her but her phone is out of reach.

He quickly connected his men and servants including Personal Assistant Tony and Ryu Ken.

Luke was the one who answered and said, "President, we do not know yet. Our men are still looking. We found you alone, asleep on the couch. The guards on post outside can't stop madam from leaving, you slept for 3 days. We quickly transferred you to the hospital and sent you here after the doctor confirmed you are fine and were only drugged to sleep."

Luke's heart was beating so fast while he looked at his boss's dark face. He was clenching his fist and gritting his teeth.

Enzo did not say a word and smashed all the things near him in frustration.

His men did not know what to do as they looked at each other terrified.

Ryu released a deep long sigh. He was not sure if he should continue to report how they lost track of Alice's brother at the same time.

The Madam's plan was well arranged and well executed. All the things were executed smoothly making it hard for them to find even the traces of their whereabouts.

This is not just a simple game, whoever it is, is definitely in for a pronounced battle with President Enzo Clinton.

Ryu's thoughts were interrupted when he saw Enzo punch the table several times and blood dripping from his hands.

He quickly moved together with other men to hold him Boss down and stop him from continuing to punish and injure himself.

"What are you doing? Let go of me! You are all useless!!!" He shouted angrily.

'And I am the most useless of all!' He cursed himself silently. Today he realized how powerless he was.

When Camilla arrived, she saw him in an indescribable state.

Enzo's wide shoulders bent down with a sullen look on his face, bloodshot eyes and heartache written all over his silhouette. He looked like someone who has just lost a loved one. It broke everyone's heart that their dear Enzo Clinton was in such a poor heartbroken state.

This was the first time he had seen him in such a state. Alice has been irregular in the training center after the incident with Judy. SE only knew that Kyle was having his surgery but never expected that Alice was planning to run away.

Ryu was rolling the bandage on Enzo's hand.

He sighed and asked Roger who stood beside him. "How is he?" He asked.

Roger shook his head and answered, "It took us thirty minutes to calm him down."

"Madam Alice left a diary written by him before she left. I am not sure if I should give it to him now or not." Luke, the housekeeper said sighing deeply. He did not dare to look what was written inside but he was sure it was for their master.

"Hand it to me, I will talk to him. After the bandage is done, you all go out and leave the two of us alone." Camilla instructed.

Roger nodded in agreement. Then he signaled the rest of the people in the room to go out including the Ryu, the doctor.

She collected the diary from Luke before they left the room. Camilla never knew that Alice keeps diaries, this was her first time. But she knows that this has something or two to do with Judy and the strange lady (Serena) he was going to confess to Enzo.

Because that day, she had eavesdrops on them and she heard everything.

Camilla inhaled and exhaled loudly before walking towards Enzo who was sitting still and quiet.

"Mr Clinton, I think you need to read this first. According to your housekeeper, this was found at the table beside you. It's probably from Alice." Camilla said. However, Enzo seemed to be not himself yet.

He sighed once more before saying, "Everything will pass soon. Be strong and it's not yet the end of the world for you. Alice is not a heartless person, this happened because of something"

Then she placed Alice's diary on Enzo's lap before he left him alone.

Enzo glared at the diary kept on his lap for more than five minutes and finally decided to pick it up and read.

He opened the last page and read it.

Hi Enzo, you are probably wondering why I would even bother to leave a diary behind.

That's because I want you to forget all that happened between us and go on with your life like before.

I am a very bad person, right?

I played with your emotions and left you drugged. That's why I told you several times that I can't love you.

I am the only one that could touch you, but I know that it was purely coincidental, nothing else.

I bet you are reading the last page directly, am I right? That's what I thought.

If you feel like not reading it, that's okay. I can understand you.

I just hope you won't hate me too very much for not staying beside you.

If you only knew how much I really want to stay with you but it's a very difficult situation for me. I can not risk Kyle's life for the sake of our relationship.

Yeah, I know I am a coward. It's not that I don't trust you but I am really scared. Scared to lose my brother again, he's my only family... I loosed my parents in a ghastly accident, my father's property and even my boyfriend, But scared to loose you too.

I know you are a strong person.

You had always been a strong willed man.

So please ... for the sake of our good times... don't let a woman become your weakness.

You were fine without knowing me in the first place… I wish you remain good without me being with you again...

So just think of it as having a nightmare, a bad dream that you had and erase everything from your memory.

Forget me Enzo....and live on....the way you had lived a few months ago.... U know you'll miss me for being the only one that could touch you but... Don't worry, that has been taken care of, just live your life just like before you know me.

Thank you for good old times Enzo Clinton, Thank you for everything.... The love, the caring, the caresses.......

If Jah wished again, we would meet and I promise to be your wife willingly without any reason or collateral.

Enzo could no longer continue to read and closed the diary abruptly.

"Do you really think you can get away that easily from me huh?" Enzo murmured with an aggrieved tone.

Outside, Camilla saw Personal Assistant Tony who was leaning on the wall of the hallway.

The latter informed him all that had happened. They both shared the same thoughts.

Enzo needed his father's help if he wanted to get back to the person behind everything.

"Do you know when his parents will return?" Ryu suddenly asked.

Though quite surprised, Personal Assistant Tony answered. "They will return tomorrow"

Ryu was Enzo's cousin but they grew up like real brothers. He just hopes his parents could come at this moment, since they were the only one who could possibly help Enzo to recuperate from this condition.

He suddenly thought about other friends, Serena, Caleb and Ross and shook his head. It's better to leave them out of the picture on this matter because they might make the situation worst.
