Welcome back to Emerald Villa
Alice walked inside the beautiful Emerald Villa again and was in awe. She missed the house so much as she saw the servants around bowing once one.
"Welcome back Madam" Luke said respectfully.
"Hello Luke. How are you have you been fine these days?"
Then a cute dog jumped out of the pen and jumped into Alice's hands.
Assistant Tony who was beside her whispered "That's Kie, Madam. President bought that a week after you left. I guess to represent yoi"
"What breed is that?" Alice asked sluggishly. The dog was small. It was cute though.
"It's a Lowchen the 'Little Lion Dog'. That breed is very rare and nearly extinct." Assistant Tony replied.
He wanted to tell more to Alice like how Enzo always talked to his dog as if he was talking to Alice instead.
But Assistant Tony saw Enzo walking towards them already so he zipped his mouth.
Enzo twitched her lips when Alice was about to give her the dog.
"No, no, no. I don't like animals." He quickly said with a hand gesture and then she stepped backwards.
He was not into animals and he did not know why either. Enzo will always pull back whenever she saw them running towards her. She can't touch them either.
Alice just shrugged her shoulders and turned around to hug and play with the dog.
"Wow, she seems to love that pet so much, thank goodness I bought it" Enzo murmured seeing how Alice cuddled and kissed Kie.
"Kie?" she suddenly blurted out and looked at Assistant Tony.
"Yes Madam, you are right whatever it is that you are thinking. And do you know that President always talks to Kie like he was talking to you in person. He was like…" Assistant Tony's narration was cut-off by Enzo's loud voice.
"Tony, stop narrating like a poet, inform Alice everything she had to do in the office and her post" Enzo instructed while he put food on the bowl for his dog.
Assistant Tony just scratched his head and started to relay all the information that Alice needed.
He gave her an ID card. Alice checked it and was shocked to see what there as the post.
CLINTON'S INTERNATIONAL FIRM
NAME: MRS ALICE CLINTON
POST: PRESIDENT ENZO CLINTON'S WIFE
She glanced at Enzo who didn't seem like he bothered and to Assistant Tony and he continued.
"So basically, your main focus Madam will be President's schedules and you must stay beside him at all times even during his meetings." Assistant Tony said clearly.
Alice nodded in Surprise and understanding.
'That's too easy. Who gives his wife an identity card?' She thought silently.
Assistant Tony bid his farewell after handing her luggages to Luke who took them to the a room that's beside hers and Enzo's room.
They had arrived at another part in Emerald Villa, Enzo's father and Ryu has'nt know anything yet.
"What is this?" she murmured with a crumpled face when she saw a connecting door inside her room. It was connected to Enzo's master room that should be meant for them.
It seems like her privacy will be invaded at any time too though she will not complain about it and he seems like he doesn't want to be close like before.
Alice exhaled, in truth she was a little bit disappointed because she was expecting that they will be sleeping in the same room after their intimate moment in the bus. Her face was deep red as she recalled it.
'Why are you becoming pervert lately and don't be too greedy Alice!' she scolded herself silently.
She went back outside and looked at Enzo. She found him at the garden area. He was still playing with his dog even though he couldn't touch it.
Alice pouted her lips and muttered, "Why do I feel like I've been discarded because of a dog? Are my the wife or the dog?"
Then she fixed her eyes on Enzo who was laughing loudly.
She still can't believe that Enzo had a tough time while she was away. She understood well what was Assistant Tony said.
Enzo even bought a companion to ease the pain and longing he might have been felt.
"Okay little doggy, I will try to treat you well even if I don't like dogs since you take good care of my woman." Enzo said to the dog as she shifted his gaze to the dog.
Then Enzo smiled wickedly. Alice thought that since she was free already, she can now do anything she wanted. And that includes of pleasing Enzo and trying to make him her husband Again.
She will make sure that she will stick like glue on him whether he likes it or not. She wasn't going to the the dull Alice from before.
