Mother Bella is your mum?

As the morning comes, Alice went to the shop immediately so she could brief her apprentices about the current situation.

She maintained her composure and said, "So keep doing great work. The new Owner is a good person and he'll take good care of you all. He had said he'll hire a new tailor that will be teaching all of you"

She was touched by their love and sympathy towards her and noticing tears in some eyes she said, "Hey stop crying, I will not go to a faraway place. My home is just 10 minutes away guys."

After the briefing, Alice returned to the resort where Enzo was staying as well as where Shawn was staying and walked towards the elevator to go up and saw Shawn on the way so she asked, "Going up?"

Shawn smiled and stepped inside the opened elevator. It was about to close, when the doors opened again. It was Enzo with his dark face as his eyes fixed at Shawn.

Alice froze at his sight. Shawn spoke, "What's your plan now? If you want you can work at my company and stay in the city for a while? I'll take care of you there. Let's talk about it in your shop or in my room. I missed your jokes."

Alice gulped and gestured Shawn to stop talking. Shawn frowned and raised an eyebrow.

Enzo was standing in front of them. The elevator opened but Enzo kept standing at his place blocking Alice.

So she pushed Shawn forward to go out from his side and said, "Excuse us please."

Shawn and Alice walked towards his room and did not notice the piercing and deadly gaze of Enzo behind them.

"What's wrong? Why did you stop me from talking? Do you know that guy" Shawn asked.

Alice rolled her eyes and said, "Yeah I do and I owe him a lot."

Inside Shawn's room, Alice asked, "So you own a company? I thought you're just a rich kid who loves to spend money and roam around."

Shawn laughed loudly, "Of course I am a rich man and not a kid. I own a very big company."

"And what do you deal with? I hope it's not some underworld kind," Alice said jokingly as she walked towards Shawn.

She failed to notice the sudden darkened face of Shawn which lasted for a second only before he laughed loud once more.

"So tell me, what's the name of your company and the business you're dealing with," Alice asked as she handed Shawn his favorite Jasmine tea and sat on the couch.

Shawn pouted his lips and said, "You know me for five months already and this is the first time you have asked a question about me."

Alice laughed as she heard the complaining tone of Shawn.

She was about to make another banter when her phone rang. It was Assistant Tony.

"Madam, you must hurry-up now at our the president wants you in his room to discuss some important matter. He said that if you're not there in one minute, he will start with reorganization immediately." Explained Tony.

Alice quickly stood up and said, "Sorry Shawn, I have to go right now. Let's talk later."

Then she ran through the door towards Enzo's room.

"What do you want?" Alice asked as soon as she reached Enzo's room. She was still gasping for air because of running.

Enzo was so close to her, she looked at his darkened face and asked, "What?"

"The conditions of the contract will start now. Read it here." He said with his annoyed tone.

"Give it to me and I will read it on my own." Alice answered with an arched brow.

'What did I do this time? Why does he look so annoyed anyway?' Alice complained inside.

"Why are you in such a hurry to leave?" Enzo asked in a hefty tone.

"Oh I have a guest and…" Alice murmured but was interrupted by Enzo's sharp voice.

"No! You sit right here and read the contract now. It's better if you have well understood everything. You're still my wife, our marriage certificate is still with me!"

"Okay, alright. Easy, why are so worked up? I am going to read that now okay? And don't threaten me with the marriage certificate issue, I don't like it" Alice said petulantly and stomped towards the couch as she fetched the contract papers and sat down to read.

Then she remembered about Shawn waiting so she used Enzo's telephone to dial his room.

"Hello it's me. Don't wait for me there. Let's talk some other time." She said on the other line then hung up the phone. She noticed Enzo was glaring at her.

"What? What's your problem, you look like a dejected puppy right now? Can't you see I am reading it now?" she hissed while looking at the contract.

Alice frowned and blinked several times while reading the contract.

'What is this? Am I demoted to a nanny now?' Alice complained in her heart. It was definitely a slave contract.

"Hah! You surely are bitter huh. Why don't we add a few more duties like helping you to bath like a caregiver?" Alice murmured unintentionally with sarcasm.

Enzo's face suddenly lit up as laughter dwelled in. "Yeah you are right, that's not a bad idea to add up and I will be anticipating for it the most."

Then he suddenly went back to his serious face and said, "That contract begins right away, so right now you must answer any question I asked you"

Alice frowned and wait for whatever he has to say, "What?"

"Have you know me before? I mean before the hotel issue or your brother's surgery case"

"No!"

"Did you know anyone called Hazel?"

"No!"

"Did you know anyone called Mother Bella?"

"No..." Alice looked up quickly. "Wait.. how did you know my mum's name?"

Enzo's eye widened, "Your Mum? Mother Bella is your mum?"

"My mum's name is Bella, are you trying to tell me that you've been stalking my family members too?"

Enzo didn't reply but tried to link what she was saying to his dream but nothing seems right.

He said authoritatively again, "I am hungry. Come for lunch with me in the restaurant below."

Alice sighed and stood up. "Alright, let's go," she said and walked past Enzo when she suddenly felt a hand grabbing hers.

"Didn't you read well the first clause? You have to stick like a glue with me right? So don't forget that." Enzo said simply while holding Alice's hand and walking out.

'L"That's the consequence of running away in the first place. From now on, you must follow me like a foot accessory always."Enzo added.

Alice although slightly confused, decided to go with the flow and let Enzo do whatever he wanted. She owed him a huge debt anyway so she was not reluctant to whatever he will ask.

Besides, deep in her heart, she loved the feeling of being close to Enzo once more.

Alice blushed at the thought while staring at their hands that were clasped together then she looked at Enzo. His face was so unreadable.

All the hotel employees looked at Alice with their mischievous eyes. Most of the girls were giggling, "They look so good together. So Tailor's boyfriend is the handsome new visitor?" one of the staff commented and Alice heard it. She looked at them sternly and signaled to zip their mouth and work.

Enzo gave her the menu and said, "You order the food since you know the best dishes in here."

Alice ordered shrimp and other seafoods. When the foods were served, she creased her forehead seeing Enzo just stared at her like he was waiting for something.

"I thought you were hungry, so why aren't you eating yet?" she asked while she started to get her food.

Enzo smirked and said mischievously, "Have you forgotten so soon wifey that I love to feed you? But right now you must feed me. Should I always remind you about the terms of the contract? You're my slave and I'm the Master so you have to obey me."

Alice's eyes widened with shock and said, "Are you for real?" However, Enzo looked so serious without even moving a muscle on his jaw while waiting.

Alice's jaw dropped and looked around. She can tell that most of the staffs were still stealing glances at them from time to time. 'This is so embarrassing.' She whimpered silently as she began to peel the prawns for Enzo who just observed her with amusement and impish grin.
