Old Mr Clinton's proposal

At a bar around Enzo's Villa. Serena Britain and Judy Lewiston sat across each other glaring at each other with expressionless face until the sister served their coffee. Then Judy broke the silence.

"Can you tell me why you called me here Miss Serena? Or after chasing Alice away, what we need now is staring completion?"

Serena room a sip of her coffee and placed the cup gently on the table and glared at her, "Your actions will determine what we came here for; now that Alice is gone, who's going to the Lion's den?"

"Did you mean Enzo?"

"Who else? This junction leads to his Villa"

Judy sighed. She slipped the espresso coffee again and asked. "We don't need discussion about that, you can go to his house and sympathize with him of course. I can't go there because we're not in good terms"

Serena glared at her, "You know that now that we get rid of Alice, I am still trying to think of what to do with you? Because thinking back at it, you and Enzo are not in good terms so how will you help me for real?"

Judy stood up, "Let's wait and see, but don't forget our agreement; the first person to get Enzo gives the latter money"

"What is going on here? Ryu? Why did you call me immediately" Old Mr Clinton, Enzo's biological father roared as he entered Enzo's room.

Hw saw His son who was reeking of alcohol, in a completely disheveled appearance. Empty bottles were scattered on the floor and Enzo was sitting down on the carpet with his back leaning on the side rail of his bed. He looked broken and frustrated at the same time.

Assistant Tony, Camilla and Ross who stood behind the the looked at each other. It's been a five days now and there's still no progress in the search for Alice.

Enzo was personally leading the search; they even tried looking in other co for any possibility.

Because of the frustration of not being able to get any clue of Alice, Enzo drank the whole day.

Assistant Tony and Ryu both did not expect the sudden arrival of Old Mr Clinton at Enzo's Emerald Villa.

"I am completely disappointed! I can't believe that the son whom I raised will be so weak and fragile that he will be broken in one small gush of wind like this!" The old man hissed.

Enzo heard his father's words and smirked.

"Are you here just to express your disappointment and scold me dad now that I disappointed you once?" He asked mockingly.

Old Mr Clinton let out a loud scoff. His domineering aura was clouding the whole room.

"I am here to bargain with you dummy brat! I can't watch you ruin your life like this." Mr Clinton exclaimed.

Ryu shook his head. As expected, Enzo's's help had a vicious circle.

Enzo and his parents didn't have a good relationship. For the fact that Enzo cannot touch any woman is a disappointment.

Right from after his education, he had rejected the offer of his father's family bussiness and started his own. Even though it was called Clinton's International Firm ans Shopping mall. Still it was under Enzo's name.

His family was reach but he was a self made Billionaire.

Suddenly there was complete silence in the room. And then, the Old Mr Clinton opened an envelope and threw some pictures towards Enzo.

Assistant Tony and Ryu's eyes widened with shock as they saw the pictures that were splattered all over the floor. They were Alice's and Kyle's pictures. She was smiling happily in all those pictures as they were leaving an hotel.

Enzo picked each of the pictures as he stared astonishingly at them.

'She is looking so happy while I am suffering like hell here?' Enzo scowled silently while he unconsciously crumpled the pictures in his hand.

"You want that woman right? See how powerful your father is? You've been tracking her for five days now but still you have got no lead while your mum and I just snapped a finger and those pictures appeared!" His dad declared scornfully. Enzo is a son that always reject helps from his parents.

Ryu peeked at Tony who was scratching his head right now. His eyes were conveying, "You're a useless assistant and will be fired out soon."

Personal Assistant Tony's face was becoming pale with Ryu's meaningful stare and shaking head. He did his best but it was really difficult to find out about the culprits with their limited connections.

Breaking their lines of thought came a deep hissing voice, "Tell me what you want." They heard Enzo saying to his grandfather.

His face was expressionless. But revenge was written in his eyes.

Old Mr Clinton grinned and said, "What else do you think this old man of yours want?"

Then he continued, "Just embrace the power I want to give you and the world will be yours. No one would even dare to bully you! Stomp on all those who dare block your way. Oh wait, not stomp it's not good on the ear. Show those people the consequences on bullying a Clinton! Punish them until they beg you for mercy! You are too soft to be my son!"

"Your mother and I have many powers and controls, women couldn't touch you, I guess that was a peculiar fate, but Join the family bussiness, you have tried but establishing yourself son, but you can't do it alone, don't you think you should embrace your family now? Remember before you start your company.... It was your mum's money"

Enzo looked at the pictures in his hands with still unreadable expressions on his face. He remembered Everything after his education. His parents indeed were still the source of his wealth, for they had sent him to school and also gave him the investment to start his own company then he said with a stern voice, "Alright dad, let's do as you wish then."

A wide grin flashed on Old Mr Clinton's face as he dialed a number on his phone.

"Call for a board meeting tomorrow, they will meet their real President." His voice was very loud and clear then quickly hung up the phone.

"Secretary Tan, go inside and bring all the documents Enzo needs to sign and stamp!" Old Mr Clinton shouted and in an instant the Secretary of Clinton's Official Holdings, Inc. entered with the company Attorneys and handed all the documents to Enzo.

The company is involved in selling and shipping cars from other countries. They have many branches all over Europe and America and now, Enzo Clinton has to manage everything including his own, Clinton's International Firm.

"I don't think you need to read all of that since it's the power I am giving you. Just to be clear. Prove yourself worthy for five months. Convince the board that you are the right person for that position. Show them what you got and I will personally deliver to you the culprit and that woman. Nothing goes free nowadays so you should work hard starting tomorrow if I were you." Old Mr Clinton said simply.

"Don't touch a single strand on Alice. Just give me her whereabouts after these months. I will take care of her after five months." He announced emotionlessly.

Ryu sighed as he witnessed the scene. In the end, Enzo had to embrace the things he kept on running away from the start, his parents bussiness and money.
