"Par"!
That slap is from me to Serena, what guts or audacity did she have to talk ill of my husband? Yes I agreed that I married Enzo for Kyle's surgery, that doesn't guarantee that anyone can bluff anyhow.
Serena held her cheek and eyed me, her face blazing with anger and shock. I stood before her without batting an eye, I'm not going to be a petty doleful girl that they could bully.
"Clap, clap, clap" that suddenly came from Judy.
Then she faced Serena, "You see what I'm saying now Miss Serena that this cousin of my got some guts? That's how she had also slapped me when I have her money, but I gave her the hardest slap"
Miss Serena managed to struggle back to her feet, she glared at me with anger then threw a paper at me, "Take that... Read it and sign it now if you want to save your brother's life"
Hearing Kyle's name my eyes lit up in shock, "What? Did you just say Kyle?"
"Yes Kyle, easy is boring sis, Kyle is my brother as well as it is yours, you're older but I'm older than you in some aspects" Judy threatened.
My hair stood and froze in my body, my heart rushed to my mouth, adrenaline gushed out if my veins; I suddenly became Speechless. Why are they mentioning Kyle now? Who knows whatever they are planning.
A sinister smirk crept up Judy's face as well as Serena's.
"Wait... What is in this paperwork? What did I need to sign?" I asked in frenzy.
Thinking the had got me, the two of hem sat down coquettishly like a queen and her emissary. I looked like a puppet standing in front of them. Then they began,
"On that paper Alice, you'll sign that you'll tell me the secret of touching Enzo" Serena said aloud.
I laughed at this impossible joke. The secret of touching Enzo? If I knew such secret I'll also be as happy as them.
"How will I know that? I just know that I could touch him" I pleaded.
Serena eyed me and ignore my excuse, and continued. "You Alice Lewiston, will leave Enzo willingly without telling him why are go faraway"
"That you Alice will...." The door of the sewing room was knocked opened and Several students rushed into the room perhaps expecting to see someone dead or something bad.
The disappointment on their faces couldn't be mistaken for the one a kid that missed his playing section would have as they saw the situation.
I took the paper that Serena threw and left the room without sparing anyone a glance including Camilla but she followed me immediately.
We stopped at the carpark, completely forgotten about the pending class.
"What's going on? Who's that lady?"
I was very nervous, I was shaking under my breath, Kyle was my weak point, I can't trade him for anything, not even for Enzo who was now my husband.
I had kept the paper so she won't see, to avoid questions and said , "Don't worry about anything Mila, and please don't call Enzo for anything, don't even tell him that anyone came to training center"
Camilla Squeezed her face in displeasures but I ignored her and called Roger immediately. After sometime, he came with another car different from the one that he came with.
I hoped into the car and he sped out of the compound. My eyes met with that of Roger on the rear view.
"Madam are you okay? You look flustered?" Roger asked.
"No it's nothing" I managed to say and picked my phone to call Kyle.
"Yes, where are you?" I asked.
I could hear some voices from the background, which seems to be from his roommates. "Hi sis, I'm in the dorm, why did you sound moody? Is anything wrong?" He asked.
A year slipped my face, everything I ever do since after our parents died was for him. Kyle was the only living family left, My uncle and his family are no longer my family.
Judy made matters worst, I will do anything to save Kyle no matter what. I cleaned the tear on my face and replied, "Nothing little brother, I just missed you and did you hear anything from Judy?"
There was another long pause in which noises from different angle echoed before he answered, "Yes of course, she came to my school yesterday with her friend and even gave my roommate gifts, tell her thank you"
My heart jumped! Judy and Serena had already met Kyle? What if they Poisoned him? Should I just tell Enzo so that he could warn Serena off?
"What's wrong sis?" I heard Kyle's voice.
I cleared my throat so that I won't sound so worried, "No it's nothing, I will call you back"
As I ended the call, I took the paper and read the contents again my head rang in shock as I read the last line..... "WE COULD KILL KYLE IF ENZO KNOWS ABOUT THIS, NO BODY INCLUDING CAMILLA"
What? They could kill Kyle? Is Serena that heartless? I know that Judy could make many threats, I could keep Judy under control but Serena? To what extent would she go?
"Madam where are we going to?" Roger asked.
I looked up from the Paper in my hands with tears.
"Go straight to Enzo's Office" I found myself saying all of a sudden.
